The actual grooming itself isn’t bad, but the main issue I’ve had is they tell you it’ll take 1.5 hours and then they take almost 4 hours. The last time I went they said it would be 1.5 hours, so I planned my errands around that. Then, over 2.5 hours had gone by and when I called they said 20 more minutes so I drove to the store. The 20 minutes was not correct, and I proceeded waiting for well over an hour. All in, the 1.5 hours I was told was actually almost 4 hours. The grooming itself is fine, but the inconsistency in how long the appointments take and them not providing accurate grooming times makes it difficult to feel that they are reliable and takes up a lot more of my day than it should with never being sure when they will be done. I will be finding another groomer in the area.

Emma in the tropical fish department, was gracious, personable, extremely patient with me and certainly was knowledgeable about the different species of fish.I’m sure she will be seeing me again😉
