All I can say is Thank you!!! Had to make a reservation a few days before the 4th of July weekend after driving for over 16 hours from Florida to visit family. My sisters dogs were not having it with a strange dog in her house. The staff at Petsmart PetsHotel took great care of my Shadow. My kids and wife were sad so I stopped by for a visit with them after Shadow’s 2nd day and he was a happy pup. Staff was very friendly, from the phone receptionist, the front desk at hotel, to the people in back. They answered all our questions and were really reassuring us that Shadow was in good hands. Best decision in short notice and it was worth it. When we picked him up to head back to FL he was bathed and got a goodie bag of treats with a report card!!! Will definitely use this place again in my future visits to PA.

I send my pups to this location occasionally and have never had an issue. Even if I have last minute plans, they are always able to accommodate. I go to Banfield for my pet's health needs so transferring information was easy.

Our dog Loki was a stray rescue we had picked up about a year and a half ago. We work really hard with Loki about his insecurities with humans and other dogs. We were very anxious to have him stay in any kennel. But let's face it. Everyone needs a Vaca. After researching we picked pets hotel at petsmart. We booked a 4 day 3 night stay. We added half day doggy day camp, doggy ice cream and a private suite. We packed up his huge comfy blanket and all his toys. I pre portioned food so there would be no issues.Off we went. We did receive two pictures of Loki. This was awesome but also had us missing our pooch.We returned Monday morning. We did get there earlier than we had said. But they were fine with that and had Loki packed up very quickly. Loki came out and had a huge smile on his face. For a minute he didn't want anything to do with us. Then he realized. Barking kisses and rolling on the ground quickly insude. He seemed healthy and happy. The girl who rung us out let us know key points to his stay. For example, Loki wouldn't poop inside, go figure :) But what impressed us is she took him outside and walked him instead then! Wow, going above and beyond! Thank you petshotel and all the employees! We now can take vacations with no worries and honestly it was reasonably priced.

Loved it! They sent me a picture of my puppy while I was on vacation and he received a goodie bag when we picked him up. Everyone knew him when walking out the store, I felt like he was very well taken care of.

Petshotel at Petsmart has been reassuring for us. They always update us on our dog, and love caring for our energetic doggy.
