My groomer, Brenna, does an excellent job with our extra small yorkie. She works quickly and always follows my instructions for what I want done. The entire staff is friendly and helpful and I am always able to get an appointment. Thanks for doing a great job with my precious pup!

The staff was very courteous; however, when I expressed the cut I wanted for my puppy, I was told by the groomer his cut had to be one way and I had no choice. His nails were cut even though I said they were just cut (nails were so sharp when I picked him up, scratching everyone and everything)!!! I talked with others in the dog grooming field and they said this treatment was unacceptable. Let's just say, my puppy's next haircut at a local professional groomer was outstanding and just what I ordered!!

My first two experiences with their groomers were great. They were timely, they were professional and they did a very good job. Unfortunately, the third time with a particular groomer named Santiago, he was somewhat unprofessional and he cut my dog shorter than I requested. Upon pickup, he was somewhat friendlier and I decided to give him some grace.I need to schedule another appointment for grooming and he was the only one available and so I decided to give Santiago another chance. My appointment was at 8:30, he never showed up until 9 and was very rude and did not speak. Apparently he had a rough night, I tried to be understanding. He attempted to convince me to cancel my appointment because he did not want to be at work that day. I explained that because I work long hours and many days in a row and this was my only available day. He remembered my dog and said that he would not cut him as short. I told him not to cut him the way he did the last time, he looked in the chart and said, "yes I did shave him pretty short" so, I picked the longest hair length on the board. When I return to pick up my dog, Santiago have left work early, therefore I was unable to confront him. He had shaved my dog SHORTER than the last time, shaved his face, his ears, his whole body so low I could almost see the pink under skin. There were nicks and cuts on his belly and boy parts.I understand that people have rough days, but when we go to work we have to put on a professional face and do the right thing. It was apparent that his emotions were charge that day and unfortunately my dog was the victim. I'm thankful to the cashier who was willing to hear me and offer me a discount. I realize that it is just hair and it will grow back, but the way he treated my dog was just not acceptable.

Tessa is very welcoming and just does an amazing job with Cassie my Yorkshire Terrier. Cassie was denied grooming services from PetsMart and when I went to Petco Tessa assured me she could handle my dog. Ever since the first time we have always gone back to Petco and Tessa has taken very good care of Cassie

Whoever I get to trim Winston's nails, they are always pleasant, caring, and do a great job. They have also recommended some other products that help with his health. Always can get a time that suits my needs. Money (cost) very well spent compared to other places.

The groomer did not communicate well what she planned to do with my dog. My dog has long hair and although I asked for a trim, she completely shaved the dog. It was uneven with many patches shaved too close to the skin. My dog keeps yelping when I touch her tummy. The grooming area was dirty. On top of everything, the total price was double what I normally pay at another groomers. I will never, ever return to this location again.

The groomer, Tessa is very friendly and professional. Our dogs are always happy to see her. They always come back smelling and looking clean. The store is also always clean the other staff are always positive and helpful.

The employees at this location always do such a great job with our dog! He has some very thick nails that we have tried to cut at home ourselves, but can't do. The groomers are excellent at it!

Excellent service from Tessa although they were extremely busy, she had my pet done in about 3 hrs. no fault of hers I think they need more groomers since we are dealing with coronavirus for so long everyone wants an appointment and they are overwhelmed

I didn't actually go through with getting grooming here due to an issue with the website. It looked like I was booked for 7/15 and when I arrived, I want on the schedule for 7/15. Turns out the booking somehow went in for 7/24 and that wasn't going to work for me. The workers were all courteous but were too busy to fit me in. I let them know what I had seen on the website and they shrugged and said that "corporate controlled that." I don't know if they will report it to "corporate" or not. They were not able to get me in the next day and I didn't ask beyond that.

Our dog looks horrible. The staff was not friendly, did not listen to what we said, when we picked our dog up, they handed him off and went in a back room. Our dog's testicles are cut and open with bleeding. There are spots where he is shaved down to skin. I spoke with a manager and was supposed to get a refund but instead got charged a second time. Will never return to petco.

Stephanie has always done a terrific job with our maltipoo, Pepper. Besides the actual terrific cut, she puts Pepper at ease to the point where when we arrive at Petco, Pepper gets excited to be seeing Stephanie.

His front nails were not done & my dog had severe anxiety after we left they charged me full prior but he got a bath supposedly he was only there for a half an hour when I asked how long & was told an hour

I paid $40 for a bath , nails cut and grind , ears cleaning and a few more things and my dog still have his ears dirty they cut his nails but they don’t grinds it , looks like they don’t brushed enough , I really disappointed.
