The staff isn’t educated on what they do. Spoke with Terry Cordes aka HR for an account manager position and she was unable to tell me what the workload is like, all the job entails, didn’t know how the company gets it’s clients or how I would be getting them, what CRM is used, literally no information besides “our products ship in a day” and we have touched base with over 30 states with warehouses etc and that she doesn’t know anything else about the company.

HAD A Penn Vet rep introduce me to iPet Pro Glucose monitoring system few years ago and she placed order for extra strips and metering hardware. I have gone through the first 50 test strips that came with the order in the kit and now went to the extra test strips that she ordered for me. they do not work because she ordered strips for the IPet not the iPet Pro which are not compatible. Called Penn Vet today to discuss and they responded tough luck, it was too long ago. Very poor form as this was all under control of their rep who made a mistake, but they will not do the honorable thing. Will never order from them again.
