I cannot say enough good things about the care our pets receive at Neffsville. We have a 90-lb. pit mix who loves people but is incredibly anxious with any sort of procedure (she snarls at the wand that checks for microchips). The doctors and staff have been unbelievably patient with her and have worked with us to figure out a routine that will keep her comfortable and get her the care she needs. We also have a 10-lb. cat who used to be about 4 pounds heavier and the doctors and staff have been so helpful in figuring out what's going on, keeping us feeling reassured and positive and -- thankfully, it seems -- getting our cat on the mend. These guys are just the absolute best.

Followed our favorite vet who took a position at Neffsville and I am very impressed. It's a much longer drive but we certainly feel it's worth it! Large, clean facility, super friendly staff, wonderful doctor (only have experience with one)

We have been coming to Neffsville for our two dogs for over a year for boarding and vet care and they have done such a good job with both! With our puppy we got all of his puppy shots there as well as his neuter and Dr. Moog provided excellent care. They also have an easy to use app which helps with making appointments and are open late so we can go after work

I found this place based on multiple online searches. Submitted an inquiry, received an email within minutes and was able to get an appointment. Everyone I dealt with was really nice. The vet was informative and kept the puppy comfortable while she did his check up and gave the vaccines. Previous vet I went to was a small vet office. Vet was great but had to travel for services for my previous dog. This time around I wanted to find a bigger establishment that offered more services but treat you like a smaller office would. I was very pleased with our first appointment.

Our first visit here due to a surgery our pup needs, we were recommended here by a friend. Dr. Sloyer is wonderful & so is the staff we met the day of our visit. It’s clean, very pretty inside, and def one of the larger vet clinics we have been too. We had a great experience coming to Neffsville and we will recommend them to our friends who need vet services. Great place to take your pets. All of the staff and vets are very welcoming and kind. They help you with any questions you have and take care in how they handle your pets. I’ve only been in for regular check ups and vaccines, but they also offer other services like pet boarding and grooming amount others. Overall, a great place that you can trust to take your pets.

I have been coming for years to this vet. Dr Rosenbaum has been amazing with both my cats. She has done a dental surgery on my one that went flawless and sees my other cat yearly as well. She is always in a calm manner, you never feel any rush or unwelcomed. The vet techs that are working do a fantastic job as well!

They always do a great job for my dogs. The Vets and techs always try to great the pet by name, speak kindly to them, and show genuine care for the pet.We had to let our first dog go here, after 2 years grieving him we rescue our good boy Ragnar. During the first visit we were put in the same room where we let Duke go. It was emotional to say the least. The staff moved us to a new room and noted that we shouldn't be put there again. I appreciate their care and compassion.

I have nothing but positive feedback for this clinic. The folks there arephenomenal. Especially Dr. Riehl, Dr. Rouen and Misty. They have been so good to my Baxter, so patient with me and with Baxter. :) They provide excellent care and compassion. They're always just an email or phone call away whenever I need help or have questions. Hats off to Neffsville Vet Clinic, you all are awesome!

I've been going for a few visits now with my cat who had a skin issue, I had no idea what it was and Dr. Blithe when I came in was so helpful and respectful. She explained everything thoroughly and was super helpful.The vet tech(I did not catch her name) who helped us as well was amazing and everyone here is so kind. This was our first vet after moving from Tennessee and I was nervous at first but they are amazing.Everything is clean and well set up, it's quite a large office and everything looks so well put together.I will continue to keep coming back here in the future with my other cats and any other animals.I would give 10 stars if I could.

What a team they have!!! Our Luna is a Mastiff. She's big. They were so accommodating with her. Made sure there wasn't other animals that may be upset or get Luna upset. Then we were able to ask 100 questions to both assistant and Dr. We weren't rushed. SO informative. Feels amazing knowing my dogs, my fur-family, will always be in the right hands. Minneo's Mastiffs gives 5 stars and the biggest thank you to the Neffsville Team.

Very disappointed. They take a $79 deposit from you and if you miss that appointment the $79 goes into their pocket and you have to make another deposit if you want to make an appointment!? Bad business. Don’t understand while they still have my $79 they won’t make another appointment for me without me paying $79 more. People do make mistakes and I think I should have had a second chance. Vets are always so busy I can’t imagine that me not showing up just screwed up the whole day. You have my $79 ! Unbelievable! Would definitely not recommend this place. Too bad.. you lost a very good client with three pets. Just moved from out of state too.

The staff at NVC is beyond amazing. My dog was diagnosed with Melanoma 6 months ago and Dr. Blithe was very open and honest with her diagnosis, my options, and treatment. She supported my decisions the whole way through and was very compassionate and caring every step of the way. The staff was very helpful and compassionate as well. I had many email exchanges with Misty and she went above and beyond to help and comfort me when the time came to end Champ's suffering. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

My dogs have been patients with Neffsville for three years now. They were the only ones allowing me to go in with my pet during the Covid years. That was reason enough for me to stay with them. Provider turnover is pretty high. In the past year. Have seen some changes. Feel as though the patient care level has decreased. Appointment wait times have been increasing. Last appointment was a 45 minute wait with no explanation as to why. Staying with them for now but may be considering another Vet in the future.

Our senior dog Daisy loves it here! Everyone we see from the front desk to the techs to the exemplary Doctors are absolutely WONDERFUL! Dr Blythe is so thoughtful, gentle and caring with our girl. I can't say enough good things about this practice. I always have peace of mind that my dog is getting the best cutting edge care when I bring her in. Daisy says the pets, scratches and treats are her personal favorite!

Friendy staff and dr. I got the appointment set up, got what my dog needed, no issues. They even took the time to get to know my dog from the beginning and ask questions which was nice. Gave recommendations and advice on other things as well.

We just had our first experience with NVC this week, with our fearful German Shepherd. Her previous vet retired and she was due for a heartworm test. She hadn't been eating much lately and she was losing some weight. What started as a normal appointment, ended up being a major surgery the following day, to remove her spleen and a 13cm tumor that was growing on it! Dr. Rosenbaum and the team took great care of her and communicated with us throughout and after her surgery. She's back home and recouperating with no complications. We only wish we would have found NVC for Abbey years ago!

Wonderful staff, excellent care, great location, and a wide range of services. I always feel absolutely comfortable bringing my dog here for care, grooming, and eventually boarding. My dog is so happy to go to the vet and see some of her favorite people. I'm very, very thankful to the entire staff. Dr. Riehl and Dr. Hockenberry in particular have been just superb.

My dog has epilepsy and we specifically switched vets for her care. I truly believe that I have had more time with my dog because of the care I received from Neffsville. My other dog has high anxiety and the staff is amazing at working with her. I would highly recommend Neffsville to anyone that asks!

Consistently, staff are pleasant and very accommodating; my cat is particularly anxious going to the vet and they modify things to make it as easy as possible for her. Neffsville Veterinary Clinic is a wonderful facility that offers great care for your cats or dogs. The staff is friendly, informative, and helpful.Even when we had to say goodbye to one of our beloved dogs, Neffsville Veterinary Clinic offered a quiet private room set up just like a comfortable living room for us to spend time with our pet. They let us take him out for a walk on their grounds and we're so kind, understanding, and supportive, even allowing us privacy and time after saying goodbye. They simply allowed us to just leave when we were ready.When we got a new puppy, we immediately started taking her to Neffsville Veterinary Clinic, and we have always had positive experiences. I highly recommend Neffsville Veterinary Clinic for your dog or cats' needs.They also have a pet hotel and grooming salon on the premises.
