Absolutely loved this place. After our dog got into something, our vet was pushed out 3 weeks. But this organization was great and squeezed us in the same day due to a cancellation! At our office visit, the staff was great and very personable. They kept me informed as to what the plan of care was and had me feeling at ease within a few minutes of being there. I would highly recommend as this is our new vet office.

It's been a few years since our dogs died, and the time has come for a new pup. Our old vet retired so we heard good things from two friends about Leola Vetinerary Hospital and decided to go with them.Upon entry, the Leola location is clean, simple and immaculate - just as a vet should be. So clean that one could eat off the floors! But I don't recommend that.The gal at the counter already knew who we were even though it was our first visit - shecouldn't wait to see our new puppy. We felt very welcomed.The technician was patient, thorough, knowledgeable and super friendly - we didn't feel rushed as is sometimes the case. She answered our many questions completely and patiently.The Veterinarian was the same - thorough and patient, and took the time to ensure all questions were fully answered.Felt very at home and welcome, and very assured by the combined technical knowledge. I'm sure anyone who tries them out will experience the same.

Great staff and Dr.Steed was very informative and very professional. I will recommend this Veterinary to everyone! I felt bad, my granddaughters one ferret bit Dr.Steed and drew blood, but Dr.Steed was so nice about it. So sorry again Dr.Steed. we love this Veterinary!!❤

We were recommended Leola Veterinary Hospital when we got our puppy. They did not disappoint! Because of covid, we called when we got there and spoke with a nurse. She listened to all my questions and was very kind. After we hung up she came out to my van to pick up my puppy Ember so they could do her exam. I then got a call from the vet who was amazing! I didn't feel like she was rushing around and she answered all my questions and referred to me some great books&websites to help with puppy training. I am SO HAPPY with this office. If you want to feel like you&your pet matter this is the place to go!!

We switched here from another local vet hospital and have been very happy. The staff is friendly and Dr. Steed spent a lot of time not only explaining things to us, but also following up to see how things were going. We were looking for quality care for our dog at a reasonable cost and are very pleased.

Took my dog in 3 weeks ago for a wart to be checked on his neck, they said it is non cancerous but still needs removed. Got the estimate emailed 3 days later to the tune of $1700. He is almost 14 years old so I did not feel comfortable putting him under anesthesia and after the antibiotics it looked good and wasn’t causing him any discomfort. I took him back today against my better judgement for a nail trim and I heard several yelps and wales of pain from behind the door. He comes out with blood in his fur and his wart was ripped open. When I asked what happened, I was told “he had a hard time getting off the table”. They said they didn’t have time to do anything today but to make an appointment next week for it to be checked, if they bothered to look at his records, they would’ve seen he was just in a few weeks ago to have it checked and this incident was 100% on them. The woman who took him back must’ve thought it was funny because she was giggling when she brought him out. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE, they try to make things that THEY did your fault. Wish I could leave 0 stars..

We are on vacation, from NC, had a puppy emergency and they made us an appointment for 10 minutes from my call, walked in and was seen right away, they directed us to another office for xray and everything turned out well. Very happy with the service, the price was much higher then I am used to but I suppose that is the difference between the north and the south. Thanks to all the staff.

This was the 3rd vet we took our cat to and the only one out of the 3 that found what was wrong with our cat. The cat had cancer of the ear and was suffering for awhile because no other vet checked hard enough. The doctor explained everything to us and we set up surgery at Lititz vet. Unfortunately the cat did not make it after surgery. This staff was incredible in this time of grief they sent a hand written card signed by the doctor and the staff. We appreciate them very much for taking the time to do that. You guys are now our forever vet thank you so much.

I was concerned about the future of the Leola Veterinary hospital after the passing of Dr. Haver, but the staff have been friendly, accomodating, and very compassionate to their clients. Pricing is relatively comparable to other veterinary offices like this, but much cheaper when compared to emergency vets. The kindness and honesty I experienced cannot be understated, the majority of the people here genuinely care about people and animals.

Dr Haver has been taking care of my dogs for over 20 years. He saved the life of our first dog, Elssa. She was a sad rescue case that had been poisoned and dumped. David's care impressed me from the first day. We had Elssa for 8 years. Max, our bloodhound/lab mix had cancer in his 13th year. Dr Haver helped us make some delicate decisions in order to be sure that Max was happy and not in discomfort. He made several phone calls during Max's last few days that I never expected. His honesty and compassion during Max's last few minutest was genuine and much appreciated. When we brought another puppy to see David for the first time, he said he was truely happy for us and we were excited to put our new friend in David's care. I've recommended Leola Veterinary Clinic to several friends and they all have the same experience. Great doc, terrific staff!
