Great nursery, you name it they have it but also great prices and full supplies from pottery to unique plants. Highly recommend a visit if in the area or looking for a driveI love their free/inexpensive little potting area, a great way to not make a mess at home or make a gift for someone. Lots of tiny terrarium plants

To say I’m obsessed with Ken’s Gardens would be an understatement. We’ve been meaning to stop by for almost a year and I’m so glad we finally made it! They have everything - little pots, huge pots, veggie seedlings, rare houseplants, soil, trees, shrubs, anything a gardener would need! I would definitely set aside some time to wander through the gardens and shop if you’re in the area!

i’ve been a customer of ken’s for many years now. they always have an excellent selection and competitive pricing. the staff is knowledgeable and always happy to give advice or answer any questions. i particularly enjoy taking dogs here to help train them and desensitize them to new environments and people. the staff is always respectful of our space and make sure to ask before interacting - which is huge when i have a nervous dog with me. i recently held a private event for my clients and their dogs and we had such a good experience.

Stopped in today, March 13, 2024 and was impressed overall with the place. My only question is...why are Proven Winners 4.5 inch pots $6.99 at Ken's when, just 5 miles south, the exact same plant is available, at Fisher's Greenhouse...for $3.49?

Ken’s Gardens is a wonderful place for all your garden and plant needs. The care they give to the things they sell is incredible. The variety of plants they carry is exceptional. The prices are fair and the service here is friendly and helpful. Both locations are really good but my favorite is the Smoketown location. Planning on gardening this summer- head on over to Ken’s.

Ken's Gardens is the kind of place I love to visit- you'll have a really great feeling just being there.The plants are well cared for, so rest assured you'll get a happy healthy plant. There are several rooms and growing spaces, which allows you to implicitly understand the kinds of plants you're looking at even if you don't recognize them. We visited on a rainy day and we're able to leisurely explore without getting soaked :-)The staff was friendly and helpful. Also, the prices were reasonable.

Thrive. This is the perfect word for the plants I have gotten at Kens Gardens. These plants are so well cared for from the beginning, that they will just thrive in your home and garden. If you need further instructions on caring for your plants the friendly staff will equip you with the knowledge and tools you need.

It was my first time here and the experience was great!! They have a large variety of perennials, shrubbery and trees. In addition to houseplants, herbs, some annuals. Their prices were very reasonable and the staff are pleasant and fun. I most definitely will be back... most likely Monday. 🤭😊

Wow! If you’re into houseplants, definitely check this place out! They have some Hoyas, Philodendron Micans (and other varieties including black cardinal), cacti and succulents, etc. as well as some beautiful decorative pots. I picked up a little Hoya Crimson Princess (Hoya Carnosa)

This gardening season is my first in the area. I found Ken's to be nicely stocked with the perennials and shrubs I was shopping for and reasonably priced, despite no active "sale" being promoted. Staff were helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Quart perennials were $6.99 and established hydrangeas were $27-$28. To boot, they were giving away a small annual or herb to any customer to celebrate Earth Day.

I love Ken's Garden's in Smoketown. It's my go to nursery for unique native plants in the early spring. They also have a few nice native shrubs and trees if you're concerned with our eco system. Great friendly customer service as always. Fun craft classes too.

Very quaint little place. Reasonable prices too, though the herbs can get a little steep. I always make it a point to look for the two cats they have hanging out there, though I couldn't find them today. They both have thumbs too, which is the most adorable thing ever.

Wide variety of healthy plants. I get my tomatoes here every year plants grow tall and strong. A lot of cute fairy garden things. From tiny little fairy houses to cute fairy garden plants. Large variety of potting soils and fertilizers as well.

This is a neat place with lots of different plants and decorative pieces and pots for your plants. It is really a great green house. Their prices are a little higher tho. But I love to stop in and see what new cacti and succulents they have!`•

Ken's has excellent inventory and selection, from herbs and vegetables to small trees, and everything in between. I would have given five stars if not for the fact that twice now I have struggled to find an employee to help me. When found, they are friendly and knowledgeable, but I had to wander a long distance to find help.
