They are very generous friendly and professional intelligent to the customers about location of items and great brands. They have a parking spaces.They have needed more workers. Their products and brands are very reliable excellent quality and prices are moderate expensive and low price . They treat customers with respect and Assistant.

I couldn't find what i was looking for at the other location in Coatesville, so i drove for a bit over 1h ( due to high traffic and accident on that route, i checked my gps and it took me over 45 Mts 😵) to find it here.I found my husband favorite chocolate Toblerone.👍🏻❤️Besides the long drive, and horrible traffic no matter what time of the day u come by, isn't bad.The staff was very nice and the store was very clean.👍🏻👍🏻😁It's Great to shop when ....How much you have SAVED IS HIGHER of how much you have SPENT ❤️❤️❤️

We absolutely love this store. We are from Jersey. When we visit PA this is at least 3 times a year. We are sure to go to this store. Why the prices are right. The veggies are always fresh. The cashier's are always pleasant, always greeting us with a smile. We are the Perry's and we love the Grocery Store see you in December!

I love the setup of this location. Great use of space, friendly staff, more great products at affordable prices. With the rise in price everywhere, I'm happy to see that there are places we can go to stock up and not pay an obscene amount of money. I hope they are able to continue to keep their prices low because it definitely lifts a weight off our shoulders to provide for our families. Thank you Grocery Outlet.

Usually love coming to this store & all their bargains. However I went today 12/22/22 @ 2pm with my 1 month old niece and experienced a worker with cans of apple cinnamon air freshener in each hand excessively spraying down the entire store, going up and down every aisle, and making sure to get all the way around my niece. It was hard to breathe for me, so I can only imagine how she felt. I had my wife take the baby to the car as I paid to take her out of that environment. Who in their right mind purposely sprays an obscene amount of aerosol spray around a newborn?? When another customer asked this worker why it smelled so strongly of apple cinnamon, he lied and said to her, “We sell a lot of apple pies!” Really?? Will not be returning.

I love shopping here, this specific location. I always find interesting things at stupid low prices, and I can usually find about 80-95% of my shopping list here as well. Don't go in hungry, however. Too many good looking snacks lol

Clean, helpful staff and full shelves at very good prices. No, GREAT prices and they have items below the chain stores!!Prices below market,many different brand names and all very tasty. All staff members know if they a product and where itis in the store. They are always filling shelves and stocking person usually knows if there are more in the back. I noticed they have fresher grapes and bananas than Walmart and Costco and if you count throw aways of the item, they are lower. Quick and easy to shop there and you don't have to check yourself out.

Staff is friendly and helpful everytime I stop in. I have a few regular items I go for...staples for my pantry. Everytime I find some yummy treats and helpful household items not on my list. I like to shop here first on my grocery list to see how much I can get. Big savings!

Wide variety of products,lots of name brands most are at great discounts. I love their individual salads for just $3. Very clean store and friendly, helpful staff. I do check pull dates on items i won't use up quickly some are neat their pull dates.

Great discount place. It's the sort of store to stop in often because you never know what you'll find. I love that they often have gourmet or vegan specialty items for amazing prices which are hard to find in Lancaster as it is.

Fresh produce prices are unbeatable. Pretty decent selection too. Same thing with bacon. Egg prices are great. Milk priced right. We don't buy many packaged goods, but that's where you'll find the most savings if you buy that sort of thing. Also, great prices on resealable storage bags, trash bags and paper products. Most of what we buy still has plenty of shelf life, but I'm not afraid of buying short dated items... even if its past expiration date. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. If you've never tried Grocery Outlet you should really consider it. We make plenty of money, but why pay more for the same stuff somewhere else?

I want to thank this grocery outlet because we are able to do most or sometimes even all of our grocery shopping at this location. When we tell our friends about it we describe it as “going on a treasure hunt!” The store is clean, bright, well organized, easy to navigate and it seems there is always something new and exciting to try. I also appreciate so much that there are organic and “whole” food products. They have an entire isle dedicated to “Health” food, much like you’d see in a giant. The prices on these items are so affordable here and we’re able to buy items we may normally have to pass on at full price. We’re also able to get a good selection of fruits and veggies as well! Thank you so much! It’s a pleasure doing our weekly grocery shopping at this location!!!

I wish a Grocery Outlet store was near where I live. I always try and find one when I am traveling. Friendly people with great prices and you don't need a dumb membership card.
