Super helpful employees and bargain prices are found here at this Goodwill. I continue to feel disappointed in the Goodwill stores in my area as the prices charged for items are unreasonable and restroom facilities are not always clean. This Goodwill store is located on Route 30, Lincoln Highway, in Lancaster, PA and I am so glad I decided to visit because I am now a fan and will happily take this 90-minute trip just to visit this store. I’ve taken quite a few pictures of items to show the bargain deals in addition to showing the huge selection of items they offer. The employees are absolutely fabulous, the store is immaculate, and the ladies room although dated is clean and in perfect working order. This Goodwill store deserves an A+.

My Mom and I love to visit Goodwills. We are vacationing in Pennsylvania and stopped at this one on a Wednesday afternoon. There is plenty of parking. When you walk in the entry has shopping carts. Inside to the left, front there are public restrooms and water fountains. There are also drink and snacks machines if you are feeling peckish. This is one of the largest Goodwills I have visited. I appreciated that all the clothing is organized by size. Their tags all have a color and each week there is a color that is 50% off Wednesday - Saturday and $2 on Tuesday. There are numerous rows of household items. Lots of books and movies too. Checking out you must register your name and number in order to receive the discounts. The prices are on the higher end for the Goodwills I have visited. I will definitely be back when I am again visiting this area.

This Goodwill has been going down hill for months now. :( The unorganized mess is one thing to try and get around, you will never get through all the racks, incredibly unorganized and new product carts everywhere. As frustrating as that is you put up with it for the deals. ( which are we even getting deals anymore is another subject altogether!!)But then when you go to checkout and are met with an incredibly rude and demanding employee. Horrible experience. The employees name was Brent. He acted strung out. Demanded I put things up as he was still checking out one stack. ( I was actually waiting because I was worried he would break them with how rough he was being.) He tossed all clothes on a pile and roughly grabbed and bunched all the tags in his tag to scan them. When he wasn’t sure if he had them all he ripped ten off one by one. Multiple times he responded rudely as if the customer doesn’t know how to place items on a checkout.I will avoid this employee at the checkout. He should not be the face of the company and interacting with customers with such poor social skills.Do better Goodwill. You have customers who’ve shopped here for decades and we know how good it can be.

I absolutely LOVE going to any Goodwill I see! Sometimes you find incredible things for unbelievably cheap! Like this drone for example, I love drones and I just so happened to find it here and it was only 2 dollars!!! And I also found one brand new role of filament for my 3d printer, which are not cheap but at Goodwill I payed 6 dollars for the drone, the filament and this cool little usb vacuum for my keyboard and desk!!! SCORE!!!!

Drove all the way up here bc I thought that there was a goodwill outlet center which is where the big bins are & u could get some really good deals. Yea, that outlet doesn't exist anymore, just a store. ItS so big that u can't fathom looking at everything, shirts are so tight on the racks that u can't go through them. Employees either don't speak english or are rude. what else? Oh yes- overpriced! If I'm gonna pay $6 for a T-shirt, I'm gonna go to Walmart & get one & it's brand new. Goodwill stinks anymore.

Huge selection but please double check who's putting price tags on things? There are some brand new items with the original tags still on the product and goodwill has their price tag even higher. Makes no sense. Keep costs down. I'm seeing things priced wayyyy higher than ever. It's GoodWill get it? USED for the most part, clothing and housewares. Plz realize people are hoping for a bargain shopping there. I couldn't believe some of the prices on women's clothing. All dresses were $9.99.... seriously? I'll return to your location after I see prices drop alot.

First time here. Enjoyed both parts of the outlet and the store. Everyone was wearing a mask, respecting 6ft rule. Lots of fun, things to pick through in both places. At the outlet everything is mixed together... Suggest you bring some gloves 🧤 with you so you don't cut your hands 👐 will be back

Some areas are decently organized while others are quite messy. Some employees don't speak a word of English and can't help with your questions. Pricing is bizarre, with Talbots clothes being priced up for no reason. There is no rhyme or reason for pricing and shoes are set out without any thought behind it. But wait till you get to the housewares and electronics section; that section is the definition of an unholy mess.

Was treated so disrespectfully even after standing in line for 5 min waiting on someone to even come to check customers out. The cashier was extremely rude 3 times in the 2 minutes it took him to check us out. I will never go to that store again. It’s not worth saving any kind of money to be treated the way my kids and I were treated.

Huge inventory, but they doubled all their prices. Half of the home goods are the same price as buying new.

I love this Goodwill for the most part. Most of the staff is friendly and Ive become friends with some.I have NOT been happy with the policy , that if it don’t have a tag you can’t buy it. Such bad customer service. If it’s in the store and in your hands and you can’t take it home , thats bad customer service in my opinion . It’s not the employees fault but Corporate should do better.Yesterday I went to the store and was so excited with two books I found . I go the register and they say we can’t sell it because it don’t have a tag . I pleaded with them to scan another book , nope.good grief it’s a book , put 2 or 3$ on it like the others. But nope , they said it might be out tomorrow. So I go back the next day and found the exact two books in a customers hands and she bought them RIGHT in front of my eyes. I kept hoping she’ll not buy them but nope she walked out with the two items I had in my hands the day before.Anyway all to say I am a very regular customer and would like to be treated like a respected customer , not like a policy corporate makes.

This goodwill location has the regular store on one side and the outlet bins on the other side.I’d say the store is quite organized, there are a variety of options available in different styles.I found a few pieces that I can use for different styles I tend to have on any given day.

My husband, who is legally blind, was shopping at your store location on Lincoln Highway today assisted by a friend. He brought a pair of sneakers to the counter to pay for them and the cashier rudely took them and told him they were not for sale?!?!???How is this even possible?!My husband is not one to put up an argument, but when he told me this, I was flabbergasted. How in the world, do your employees have the right to grab something from a PAYING customer and tell them something is NOT FOR SALE???? Not to mention your horribly trained employee who gave ZERO explanation of why he couldn't purchase a pair of shoes.Shameful treatment from a place that supports disabled people like my husband. I plan on escalating this complaint as far as I can. BE BETTER THAN THIS!

I had unpleasant experience today at this location when checking out at the register around 3pm. I was assistef by a cashier named Vickie, she was extremely rude to me talking back to me when I asked her to finish ringing me out because she already started processing my transaction when another customer interrupted to ask a questions. After showing obvious anger towards me. She angrily shoved receipt into my face. I told her to just place the receipt in the trash, and she said back "you put it". Extremely poor customer service. No one deserves to be treated like that! I hope this situation will get attention.

This is review is in regard to Brent H, who I understand is the assistant manager of Goodwill on Licoln Highway in Lancaster PA.Brent has continued rounding up and essentially stealing from me as a customer the last 3 times I had caused me out. Every single time he tried to minimize rounding up without asking me, but saying "I gave you the discount so I just rounded up".The first time he did it in the outlet center sign and when I said something he apologized profusely saying it was a habit. He then approached me on the other side of the store and continued to apologize. The fact that he has now done it repeatedly, MULTIPLE times since then just shows me that he is purposely stealing and will continue to do so. I do believe in donating but I choose where I donate too and your company is not a place I want to donate. This infuriates me that Brent is clearly doing this to everyone who passes by his line. I don't know if he earns rewards or what his motivation is but he is lying and stealing for people and I wish your company would do something about it. It's so simple to just ask people if they want to donate and it they don't then move on to the next person.

Nice place. Has a good selection of items, and a retail store nearby. I enjoyed coming here, staff was nice and the lines were not a mile long.

We love shopping here when visiting Lancaster. I would give a five star but a couple things I wish they'd work on.I would love to see them put the clothing by size like most goodwills do nowadays. It would make it a lot easier for customers. I literally skip the clothing due to this, and they have a ton of clothes in there. Some prices are a little high, but not terrible. Staff could be a lot friendlier when checking out.

This is a humongous store. Little overwhelming, but there is so much to see. I do think their prices are a little high. Great if you are looking for something specific. I did find some great buys. Books, sweater lots of housewares. I would definitely go back if I had more time.

Went to check out the bins today! I usually go to the ones in Avondale, but heard good things about this one. Very clean & Organized. They switched out bins a lot (which is a good thing). My finds include: Free People Jean's, a new Starbucks Tumber, Athleta Tanktops, Lululemon, PINK & Victoria Secret plus 15 other items all for $17.31. Yes the bins take a lot of work, but its worth it.

As they had a decent selection of clothes but was not organized at all, sizes was all mixed together with kids and adult clothes all mixed together. And not to mention that kids was running around like it was chucky e cheese and the staff would look at you like you wasn’t welcomed.

This location has its goods and bads. It’s large which is very nice, it is not organized, the household items are just tossed amongst the shelves, it has a large Childrens section. The outlet store is decent sized, although I found bugs in the bins so I chose not to buy anything from the outlet store.

This goodwill is like any other. Could probably use a little bit of organization but other then that its a nice one. The only problem that I did have but I didn’t want to remove any stars for one employee because everyone else is nice there. However, I believe his name is Scott (he had his arm in a cast) but I’m not a 100 percent that was his name, was incredibly rude to me and my girlfriend. I checked out first and I had folded my clothes that I got in the bins and placed some DVD’s on top. I placed the items on the counter and he threw the DVD’s off and said you can’t do that. I’m not sure what it is that I did wrong. So I checked out to with my card and he was annoyed that I didn’t remove the card right away and said I need to tale it out very loudly. So I finish and its my girlfriends time to checkout and she was unaware of what happened with me. So she also had some clothes and a flower pot. He took the flower pot and full force, slammed it on the scale. Which caused it now to be dented on the bottom. He was lucky he didn’t damage the scale. He told me that we needed to figure out how to check out before we come again. I don’t want to get in trouble or anything but it definitely was a scary experience. We went over to the store side then and shopped around and he was over there then. We waited until somebody else was at the checkout to proceed. We usually have Joy who is incredibly nice and cool. So she gets our high praises

Probably one of the worst Goodwill's I had ever been in. The bin room was a disorganized mess with people pushing me out of the way. The goods in the bins were average at best. The main store was a disorganized mess too. Shelves were messy and what store doesn't have baseball hats to buy? I am assuming I could have gone here a bad time and it may be more stock on the weekdays? I would skip this store next time I am in town....

Brent rounded my total $$ to the nearest dollar without even asking me. That is stealing. I travel and go to many goodwills and this is the only time this has ever happened to me. I can't believe this guy is still there as I see other reviews about him doing the same thing. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT GOODWILL!!

At least 7-10 people waiting in line the majority of the time I was there. Only 1 employee seen the entire time, working the register (who was less than pleasant). Women's and men's clothes mixed together, and not even offered a bag for the 10+ items of clothes I was purchasing...no signs anywhere that we needed to bring our own bags either. Very disappointed, as this used to be a nice place to shop.
