This location is decent for the most part. Things are stocked well, mostly organized, and laid out well. Some of the father's day items were a little out of stock. And the lines at the registers were a bit long. But overall, it's a solid location. And it looks like they're starting to sell products in the food areas for $3, $4, and $5 each!!

The narcissist lady who works the register referred to me as "papi" and my mother as "momma"... I don't find that very professional, and don't appreciate it whatsoever. And seems to call everyone by those terms... HUGE areas are of the store's products are non-existent, even though four other stores nearby are completely stocked on any given day. There were THREE options for toothbrushes. Any other store would have like 30. I'm just assuming someone doesn't order products or something. Why would other stores have everything and this one doesn't? It's like this all the time.

I used to really like this Dollar Tree but I don’t know what happened to this location. Today was the second time in the past week I had a negative experience. First time, as I was leaving; I forgot the cart had that pole on it and I was about to take the cart out when an employee yelled at me instead of politely saying something to remind me. That day, I just left and let it go but I can’t believe the way these employees disrespect the customers. Then today, I walked in, at one point while I was in the back this one employee who was walking past might as well have just run me over the way she just cut me off with this rude facial expression. Then I was up at the register and I had put the basket on the belt bc there wasn’t a place at the register to put empty baskets like there normally is in stores so you don’t have to step away from line to place it in the original spot. Cashier says, is this yours, I said yeah didn’t know where to put it, he rudely says, over there. Like I said, there should be a place at the register so I don’t have to leave the line since people are savages trying to steal your spot in these places. I ended up just putting it on the floor bc I didn’t like his rude tone. I paid then ended up coming back in bc I saw a miscellaneous charge. I’m trying to discuss it with him. He again rudely was like how many items did you purchase and what do you see on the receipt. I did see miscellaneous but it was difficult to see the rest since number one it isn’t printed well on receipt and I didn’t have my glasses. I basically told him I felt I was overcharged bc I was calculating to the most maybe 13.00. Thinking further about it, I think he may have been correct about the amount but what threw up red flag for me was his rude demeanor and that misc charge. Then he took a comment I made and twisted it as if I had made some violent threat and that wasn’t what I meant. I meant he will reap what he sows when I said it would come back to him. Poor customer interaction. Doubt I would return to this location.

The store was neat and well stocked! The cashiers are friendly & quick to move the customers through the line. These crackers taste very similar to Ritz Crackers and are priced for $1.25.

I can not stand this store the employees the manager they are all filth every time I go to this store I have a bad experience there lazy disgusting and disrespectful I go outta my way to go to a different dollar tree store just to avoid this one

Never have I ever been so overwhelmed by dollar tree. Only because it is so organized and clean. The workers definitely deserve a raise. They have more of a selection than other dollar tress in the area. A+ store

Review on all Dollar Tree stores: I bought frames from several Dollar Tree stores. All of their merchandise changes quickly, then it's gone for ever. Sad, I wanted more of the same, but not available anymore. Otherwise I like the store.This plastic container is perfect for all your small bottles of craft paints. Hold about a dozen for $1.

I used to be a regular customer of this store but lately it has been operating really weird. Today of all days I had to grab few last minute things for my sister's Bachelorette and I planned on going to this store specifically.Well, in the middle of the day, on Thursday, it was closed. The sign showed "Will return at 12", yet at 12:40pm it was still closed. Same thing at 2pm. Between 12:40 and 2 I checked back 3 times. Witnessed at least 15 people who had to turn around looking very unhappy.Whoever had to close it better have some emergency excuse in mind. My conclusion - I can't count on this store anymore. I'll be a customer of Dollar Tree next to TJ Maxx from now on.

They have incredible Amazing things to purchase sales prices are very quality products and brands in all businesses to improve levels and changes goals.They are very friendly generous and treat their customers with respect and kindness.They needs more employees for their jobs and positions.They have some house hold things, kitchen items, holiday items, kids toys, accessories of beauty products and brands,bathroom items, snacks, candles, candys, and other things that will improved our quality of lives too.They do not delivery, they do not do pickup.They are very games, gifts cards, birthday cards and other things too. Let encourage to go and purchase there.

The .25cents extra is understandable when you can make up the difference in a couple items easily! I really love the arts and crafts that changes with every different location I have been to!! Plus if you buy food you can use my lame joke and say you are on an all plant diet because you get your food from Dollar Tree! woo woo!!!

Just went there for the first and last time! I had just went and donated plasma so I figured why not stop by and do a bit of groceries. I went in got my items but it was a bit too much for me to take out to the uber given I could only use one arm. An African American woman by the name of Vic with this horrible synthetic bright red hair came out and just was going off about the fact that I took the cart out. I explained to her why I took it out and that once I was done I was going to put it back inside and she still proceeded to take my bags out and was about to put themOn the ground! She then proceeded to say it’s customers like you that take the carts out even though there is a metal pole on it. I told her that her employees saw me and she should talk to them not me. I already called corporate and left a complaint

Was looking for craft item. My gosh this store has almost everything imaginable. Must shop wisely but have enjoyed this place. Plenty of parking. Pleasant and helpful sales associates. Gets 5 stars

Staff pleasant. Stock is clearly low, however they are currently stocking now.It drives me crazy that so many people don't put things back they don't want, they just throw them down. I organized a small section in the crafts and also office supplies. This obviously is not the stores fault and they are too short staffed right now to pick up after everyone. The hours have even been cut back that they are open. :( I hope they get fully staffed again soon!

I go there for note pads pens etc. I have no problem with the store but the person claiming to run the store was unimaginably rude to fellow worker and then customers. She was asked for someone above her and wouldn't give the information. She was yelling loud enough the whole store heard her. If I go back there it will only to be to speak to a manager.

This is the best Dollar tree in Lancaster county hands down. The food selection is the best and it's always stocked they never run out like other stores. The service here is really good service is nice at the other locations but exceptionally so here. I recommend it thusly....

This store is getting very disgusting. I had to walk through hundreds of strings from star shaped helium balloons blown up in the emptied trashed holiday isle. Not to forget to mention the whole store is in a total disarray too. I knocked on the managers door to inquire about purchasing balloons and this hairy faced manager answered her door with a full mouth of food and said she was on her lunch break and couldn't help me and shut the door while only 1 cashier was working diligently to PLEASE a line of customers near the middle of the food isle! This is NOT a store I'd come back to EVER if something is not done for cleanliness and management

This store needs a complete overhaul , new management, first walk in the door : no hand sanitizer in the dispenser, carts no disinfectant for cleaning. ( a must for the safety of your customers) very unclean thru out store , things on floor , stock stuffed on shelves, not organized by products. I don’t blame the staff , they have no leadership to train them and they are very friendly and doing the best they can . I appreciate their service . Dollar Tree should care about this store , like most of their other stores which are very nice and a joy to shop. I must say , this store has made a marked improvement over the last month ! Things are getting better and the stock and cleanness has improved greatly ! Way to go Dollar Tree and a shout out to your staff 😀

I don't like the fact that you can't take shopping carts out of the store. I frequent Dollar Tree often and purchase quite a few items, but have to make multiple trips to the car to get them loaded into the car. Overall, the prices are fabulous and the staff is very friendly!

Its a good and big dollar tree. You can find most of the stuff and deals. Good place to buy seasonal decor. The staff was very friendly and nice. Its a little busy in the afternoon and only one cashier was open. However, it was a good and neat dollar store.

This location is generally well stocked and not too messy, but the store itself is small, and the aisles are consequently small. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. Pro tip - go during non peak hours for a much better experience.

I understand the whole staff shortage situation. I was there yesterday they closed at 6, I spoke to a worker, she had an attitude with customers leaving and customers walking up to the door and then I asked her is this the timings on the door here that use will be open for now on, she said yes. Today is Thursday why are they closed? I went at two different timings around 12noon and 3, when there supposed to be open until 6?

There was kind of dirty disorganized and the lines take forever there's not enough help probably because they don't pay enough to keep people in there and the people that are there are worked like slaves. They used to have better quality stuff there and they just don't they've taken good things that I used to buy there all the time out now they got a lot of junk that I rather go pay regular price for better quality. The employees don't smile and aren't friendly either that's bothersome.

The older cashier lady was so sweet and kind and very fast. What a great employee to have. Some customer tried to start a fight with her but she wouldn't engage. Good job lady!

Quite disappointed. I made a purchase from the store on lititz pike today and the cashier didn't give me a receipt. I went back later to make an exchange (bought the wrong color) and they wouldn't allow me to do so. The store manager even said she remembered me from earlier and told her cashier to make sure she always prints a receipt. I could understand if I wanted to return everything but just to make an exchange? It's not even my fault that I dont have the receipt. And it's not like I could prove my purchase with by showing a credit card statement, the credit card machine was down and they only accepted cash.

Super selection of Hallmark $1 greeting cards. Aisles easy to navigate. Shelves well stocked. I'm alwAys amazed at what can be bought for only a dollar! Take your time and stroll through this huge store. You'll find lots and lots of bargains!
