This store on Marietta Ave is 80% closed no matter the time of day. Who ever owns this store needs to replace all staff immediately and find people who actually want to work. Store is unorganized and boxes ect everywhere. Worst customer service, when they are open you have to wait in line until a work is finished smoking and or another employee decides they want to do their job. Don’t believe me review the hours and Cameras the past 3 months.

I find many office items here at great prices and selection. The staff has always been very nice and helpful. Convenient location right on Route 23, Marietta Pike. Not very far from Centerville Road. Worth the stop just to save money.

Unfortunately today isn't a good day for any store. March 16th 2020. The store had slim pickings on a lot of different things. The employees however were in good spirits. They weren't complaining because they had to keep stocking the shelves or that there were a lot of people. They all had a smile on their faces and were pleasant to talk to. I've only been here 2 other times. During those visits the employees were the same. The store was clean and products were easy to find.

Nice "go to" place when you need something fast.Stopped in to get a bag of Match Lite charcoal. I was lucky and purchased the last large bag. They had a few small bags. Sometimes they run out of things that you're looking for, but they are worth the time to stop and check them out.

The new store in Silver Spring is great. Clean, organized, and they have a nice manger and a very helpful and friendly staff. Had a check out issue, quickly resolved. I love the convenience for basics and love their seasonal area. Kudos for the cold beverage selection especially the Swiss line of drinks.

Line was a little long but some lady was cashing a check and the clerk was new to the process. I was surprised to learn they even cash checks! I would call first tho and make sure the store is able to do that for you! They had some cute clothes that did not cost much at all! Five bucks for a pair of sweatpants and other items too! Store was very clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. I had to ask where the bathroom was and the lady handed me a bathroom key from up front. The bathroom was neat and clean as well!

The employees here are overworked and short staffed, they need help to run the register and stock shelves. As a result, the store suffers. It’s an unorganized mess with aisles blocked off, product on the floor, out of stock, etc. It could be whipped into shape nicely if they had more help.

The one staff member her has crossed the line when she pushed my nephew and took items put of my daughters cart. I will never shop this location again. The store has been a mess for a good 3 months with aisles block with stock. Worse experience ever in any store. If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Over all staff if very rude and crossing a line that never should happen.

I really like Dollar General, and I had high hopes for this store. It was nice when they first opened, but they're really going downhill quickly. Nearly every time I'm in there lately, things are a mess. There is stuff off the shelves, and on the floor. There are big carts around like they're stocking shelves, but I never see anyone stocking, so they're just blocking everything. They're also out of of a lot of items, most every time I'm there. Shelves are looking bare. Austin is a great person on register, but one time recently, I was checking out, and the woman was talking to someone else the entire time. Never acknowledged me when I said thank you or anything. Just very disappointed lately.

This DG Store started out very nice but went down hill very quickly. Every time I go to this store it is very unorganized. Product is all over the floor carts sitting around in the isle that you can’t even shop. Very disappointed 😔. It’s not the employees fault they need to have a night shift to allow for shelf stocking and cleaning up.

This store is fairly new compared to other Dollar stores in our area. However, by the looks of the inside it is quite disorganized, unclean and out of many products, probably because nobody is stocking. The isles are cluttered with bins and carts filled with products that need put on theshelves. This store needs better oversight.

This Dollar General, has several pros and cons.Pros: Lots of items and a great variety in both perishable and non-perishable items.Cons: Very messy, stressed out staff, dark (very little lighting) and the concrete interior made the place feel sketchy.Overall: I would recommend going if you like Dollar Generals and what they have to offer, but expect to feel a bit uncomfortable and crowded while you shop.

This store is unique in its architectural design. (A manager indicated that the design is being used for future stores. Kudos to W. Hempfield Township for insisting on a village-type appearance.) Usual good array of inexpensive items. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Worth a visit.

by far the Best Dollar general in this area. Store is very clean well stocked Cashiers are friendly and very helpful. I've never had an issue I will travel to get to this store for those purposes. I purchase dollar items Here they have an entire section called dollar days. HINT AWESOME ITEMS.

Brand new building that only houses "Dollar General". It is also a training store so the staff is super ready if I need help. I have been in many DG stores over the years. None of the other stores come close to the organized inventory or the cleanliness of this store. "Super Excellent Operations" in this place.😎

Yes, they have some what cheaper items. Every time I'm in there I see different employees. I'm not saying all the cashier's are like this but my last experience the cashier scanned probably the most expensive item twice. Even after I mentioned something he claimed he didn't scan it twice. I paid the bill and before I left the counter I gave him the receipt back and reminded him I only got one of the items. He did a return, with stating the returned item did not work, and gave me the cash back on a purchase that I used a card for.

Love the dollar store. This particular store went downhill since it first opened. Empty shelves, carts with boxes sitting all over the stores, difficult to shop as the ailes are blocked with carts of boxes that need emptied to shelves. More staff is needed.

Great store in the chain ... Super assortment of Everything !!! Very friendly help and service ... Manager is excellent and very personable !! Really enjoy my visits here instead of other DG's where I dread going ... Only thing I wish they would carry is Pipe Tobacco .....

What can I say but everything is one dollar and when you live on a dime this is your go to place. Prices and items are not too bad. I like the cashiers as well. Always friendly to me

Very unreliable! This is the third time I have have come and they close early. Although they never post their hours (for good reason!), they usually are open until 10pm. Whenever they don't have 2 employees, they just close early. Cannot depend on them being open in the evening!

Like the new place. But when you put handwritten signs on the door that say closed at 8pm and ur hrs are till 9 something's wrong. I have gone to the store alot and 5 times now its closed early.
