It was so wonderful finding a Disney store again - I loved going to these as a kid, and really missed them when the Maryland locations closed. This had a nice selection of Disney outlet merchandise from the parks! Great service, good prices, and a nice variety of children's and adults' clothing.

Cute store overall - they have a lot of neat products and they often change their products for the seasons, and there's always something interesting there. They also have some good deals for clearance items. The store is organized well and clean, and the staff are friendly.

Our place to get our Disney fix. Hopefully, this store will remain open as it is one of the few remaining Disney outlets within driving distance.The selections can be hit or miss. But that's to be expected when it comes to shopping an outlet store. We have definitely had more hits than misses though.Staff are always friendly and helpful. It's a welcome change from most shopping experiences these days.Prices are actually not bad considering Disney loves to squeeze every penny it can from its consumers.This store is a must-stop every time we go into Lancaster.

Selection in store was good. Alot of children's clothing. The spots in the store where I usually see adult clothing is now all kids. It seems to carry less and less adult attire.Also the loungefly bags, there used to be such and assortment now not so much.Cast members were very friendly and helpful.

Disney store always brings the little kid and all those happy feelings out when you enter the store. Employees are always pleasant, and welcoming, they were all busy re stocking shelves.This store has merchandise but some of the signage was a bit confusing, prices were not matching in some places and they were out of a lot but its Christmas time so it was expected.

Nice store. Kids love it. I didn't like that you do not get a bag for your purchases. They offer you to purchase a Disney tote to put your many purchases in.

Awesome store with a great selection of toys, costumes, cloths, pins, plushies... etc... just about everything and anything Disney, Disneyland, and Disney World. Very friendly staff, good prices and discounts. I would highly recommend coming here to load up on disney stuff before heading to disney parks as you can save a ton of money compared to buying at the parks!

The store’s size is similar to the typical Disney stores in shopping centers, which was unexpected. I looked forward to significant discounts, but the prices were not much off from those found at the Disney parks, lacking the anticipated value. While it was nice to experience the store, the premium pricing does not motivate me to plan a dedicated visit again, unfortunately.

I'm very disappointed by what the store offers this holiday season. There were plenty of clothing options for children, but mostly size 3X or medium for adult clothing. There were very few choices for adult clothes. Several were unflattering dresses that looked like night gowns for senior citizens, lol. It's true!! Other than that were a ton of orange, yellow, 6 pink sweat pants. The home goods were just sad! I go every year at this time because I collect the sketchbook ornaments. They're a bit pricey this month, so I will wait for a good sale. The location is a 2 hour drive to and fro. The strip mall is a sad little strip mall with unappealing stores. There are always lots of people walking and car traffic due to the outlet stores located a half mile away. GO EARLY!

Big store, good selection of Disney merch, most of which is marked down. They also had Disney face masks (regular price) for $6 each. Same selection you'll find online or at the parks.

It's the only Disney merchandise store around anymore, it may not carry everything the Character Stores carry but they have some good stuff, the staff is pleasant to deal with and the store is neatly kept.

Oh, how I've missed the Disney Store. I was excited to visit this location since the ones in my area closed.I was hoping that it would be more...outlet-ish... than it was. I expected more merchandise that was spillover from the parks but there wasn't that much and what they did have was priced rather normally. The outlet by us would have considerable discounts on the park merchandise.I ended up purchasing what I had hoped, Christmas ornaments. They used to be a little cheaper in the stores than online but they were still pretty pricey at $25-29 an ornament. Don't get me wrong, they're really hefty and well detailed. Was just hoping for that outlet discount.Service was top notch as it always is at a Disney location. Got a friendly greeting by all the cast members.Their shopping baskets are huge and way tooo oversized if your just buying a few small things.Annoyingly, they don't provide bags unless you buy a reusable. Otherwise, you walk out with a handful of stuff because you already have way too many reusable bags and don't need another.

You may as well close this one like the Hershey one was earlier this year. It's been a good 4 or so months since I've been here, and when I went last week I saw about 85% of the same inventory. It is not stocked well, and I was also irritated that I called to ask if they had a larger selection of pins (which I was told yes both new and clearance) and when I got there the same day I find 5 clearance pins and one regular. Was not happy since I have to drive about 1.5 hours to get here.

Last of the Disney Stores in Central PA! The cast member was kind and helpful. She even wished me a magical day! I also saw cast members handing out stickers to kids. Store is clean and organized too. I love going here!!!

Accidentally found this Disney store a few years ago when I came to Lancaster for vacation! One of the very few left! I’m so happy I found it! I came back last week while on vacation again! Selection of items is great! Had a different variety of bags, shirts, dress, pjs sets, sport jerseys, tshirts and even shorts! Loved that they had a little Disney at home section! Good selection of little knickknacks for your home like mugs and cookbooks. They always stock up with new item and I haven’t seen any repeat items whenever I came to shop! They had so many 50th anniversary items which I was happy about! Staff is super nice and helpful! Great selection for men, woman and kids too! I ended up leaving the store with a few items! On sale non the less! Paid $3 for a 50th anniversary shirt when you know it’s triple in the parks! Got another tank on sale! Spiderman tee on sale! And Mickey sweatpants! On sale! And for you Starbucks cup lovers they have them in stock! But hurry not sure how long they’ll last! Only down side was I saw one re seller in the store grab a whole section of items which completely wiped it off the clothing rack. Only thing I can’t stand when it comes to Disney stores or any Disney things for that matter is re sellers. They should have had a limit on what you can have when it comes to certain items. That’s my only complaint. Leave the items there for the people who just don’t care about the money but genuinely adore Disney and want to show off their Disney pride! Other than that! I hope and pray they stay in business! I live in NY and will gladly take the four hour trip for the Disney store! Ok ok and the sight’s of Lancaster to.

Went to the store in hopes of getting some Marvel merch, only to get there and find out it's closed for some reason. There was a sign on the door that said, "Closed. Will open soon" with no date or time as to when they will open. An employee from another store said it wasn't open the day before(Jun. 7, 2023)either. Was really looking forward to shopping and so was my family. We kept driving by the store every now and then to see if it's open, but was discovered to see it still closed. I am not from Pennsylvania, so I can't visit the store later because I live far away.
