The ladies there are so nice. I called for my chihuahua to get her nails cut down. I'm new to the grooming thing since I've only ever had cats. Anyway I thought you could just walk in like when I get my nails done lol. Well they found a small window and took her in and did an awesome job. My boyfriend held her and she did great, she's a very nervous dog. Anywho thank you so much for a wonderful first experience!

Finding this place was truly a blessing! I had flown across country with my cat and we were staying with my parents for a few weeks before moving to Pittsburgh. Even though they were already fully booked, Cathy was able to squeeze Ned into her schedule for a bath and clipping. It’s hard enough to find someone willing to groom a cat, let alone last minute! I’m just bummed I have to find someone new in Pittsburgh. I may just save Ned’s grooming for when I visit my parents. Thank you again Cathy and Country Pets! Your caring nature makes a difference.

I brought my two cats for a first visit for nail clipping. I was concerned that they would up of fight too much that the nails wouldn’t be able to be done. Several vet techs have attempted and unable to get them. Staff was professional and knowledgeable, and were able to cut both of my cats nails quickly and they made it look easy. I will definitely be returning.

I took my cat, Simsa, to Country Pets Grooming for the first time a few days ago & loved the service they provided for my little boy. He was clean, fresh, trimmed, and looking great! The staff was pleasant and friendly. They took good care of Simsa.

This was my first time using a groomer to take care of my cat. I wanted to get her nails done and teeth cleaned, and both of those services said it was offered on the website. When I called to make an appointment, the lady told me they can do nails but not teeth. And she said “I don’t think anyone can clean a cats teeth.” What does that even mean?Anyways, I scheduled a nail clipping and it took them less than 3 minutes to do the “clipping”. When we got her home, all the nails were unevenly cut and it looked like 1 hadn’t even been touched. She didn’t seem hurt or anything, but I thought the job was very rushed, especially for $10.I wouldn’t take my cat here again. The only reason I gave more than one star is because this place seemed to be dog friendly due to the amount of dogs they were handling and grooming at the time of my appointment. So if you have a dog you would probably have a better experience.

Just took my dog to this place for the 4th/5th time once of the times before she cut him a little bit, this time it is drastic. Its not just skin, its into his flesh. He is running around like crazy, wont eat wont drink. He has a vet appointment now. Shes always been very aggressive, other than that whole thing his haircut is good.

$80 for cat grooming and they forgot to cut the cat’s nails. The place looks like a zoo. It was too crowded; they bring their own personal pets there and it looked dirty. It made me concerned that my cat would contract an illness there.

Country Pets Grooming did a lovely job trimming our Poochon's hair. They were gentle with him and left him feeling comfortable and cool in the summer heat -- and handsome indeed. I highly recommend this dog salon.

I came in showing what trim my dog usually gets at other places and they shave him...I am traumatized now it’s definitely not going to grow back the same way. Gave them a two stars for the great customer service but I’m not sure if I’ll return :/

Country Pets has been our groomer of choice for years. All of my parents Yorkies and now even my cat have gone there and they do a great job. Would highly recommend!

When I came to pick up my puppy, I asked the groomer Deb to cut more around the cheeks and as she tried to cut more she grabbed her by her neck and told her to stay still with frustration. That is not professional or how you treat animals. When I got home she had uneven cut parts and I noticed a cut around her nose. I don't want to think of how she was handled before I got there because I'm sure it wasn't well since she's been jumpy and uneasy afterwards.
