Moose is surprisingly a very picky eater. I introduced him to raw meat (different companies) when he was a puppy and he has enjoyed it thought out the last 3.5 years but does gets bored easily and not food motivated. I found BJ's Raw on Google and thought I’d give them a try as they are fairly local to me (a little over an hour). I ordered the Introductory Package last night and it was delivered this afternoon!! I was able to get some of the beef blend thawed to put in with his other food this evening… he literally inhaled it! I can’t wait to give him the other varieties to try. I’m definitely sold at this point!

Started our two dogs on the introductory package and they loved all of the mixes that come in that. Food was packaged nicely. We are happy with it and will continue to feed them BJ’s Raw food - Great customer service too!

My Bernese puppy loves BJ's raw. Got her in April, started her on BJ's Premium mix raw in morning and a beef kibble at night. Reason I do this is because if something ever happened to me, there is no guarantee anyone she ends up with will feed raw so I'd rather she be used to some kibble. Don't want her suddenly given straight, likely cheap kibble, end up with upset and diarrhea, put on vet meds cause people are ignorant, etc. Important to think ahead. Some dogs are sensitive to kibbles, are fussy about taste, prone to digestive issues due to kibbles, etc. Save the headaches, messy cleanups and their tummy problems and just feed a balanced raw, it so worth it.The Premium mix 5 gallon bucket is most affordable per pound. I keep it in the chest freezer. I partially thaw, take out what I'll use in 2 week increments, portion and put them in kitchen freezer.Otherwise, just portion the entire bucket out when you get it. My puppy whines when she hears me getting her this food and eats it right up. She does not drink so much water with raw food because of the natural moisture content. Drinks alot with kibble. Also, the stools don't stink and are much smaller because it is real, clean food. There is less waste, her body utilizes almost all of it, you get your money's worth, it's not all crapped out. Kibble is basically waste product, much larger, stinky stools.The health benefits alone are worth it and you'll not find better pricing for what you get at BJ's.The only suggestions I have are.... I would prefer more of a chunky meat for chew. Mush packs around teeth and gums, and bowls. Would be great if the bucket was preportioned in 2 lb packs but it would cost more.I hate the bucket lids, pain to open. I got an airtight gamma lid for 5 gallon buckets on Amazon. It just snaps on, the lid screws open, easy peasy. Older, arthritic people will have issues trying to open typical lids. Maybe offer a gamma lid with first bucket they can save and snap on future buckets ??

My Aussie pup loves BJ’s raw pet food. I’m vegan (not that anyone cares😆) but it is strangely fun to prepare his meals with this food😆. I also feel good knowing he’s getting the nutrients he needs.I order a bunch of food and it delivers by early evening the next day (insanely fast shipping). I knew nothing about feeding raw food and they make it a much simpler process with the puppy mix. I also called them because I had a lot of questions—they were so kind, informative, and helpful.Their product, customer service, shipping, cost are wonderful. I have absolutely nothing negative to say and find it so cool that such an efficient business exists😆 If you’re searching different foods for your dog—you won’t be disappointed with these guys!

I’ve fed my Choc Lab raw diet for 6 years and he’s 6-1/2 year old. I’ve used BJ’s Raw products for a couple years now and love the products! We decided to go raw.After attempting to make my own food for my dogs and all the work it was. I tried other delivery options but still found it difficult to portion. Then I found BJ's.What a difference. Scoup (I warm it) and serve. Both of my babies are always ready to eat it. No more walking away from the bowls and not eating.I know everything they need is in it.The containers are convenient, easy to store and I can even fit 2 in my RV fridge for camping.

I started feeding my beagle/lab raw food after reaching out in desperation to a healing animal chat. The improvement in her is remarkable. She LOVES her new food and is slowly healing from over a year of allergy inducing foods and copious amounts of meds. From the first visit the staff was so caring and knowledgeable as to how to help Brandi. She now LOVES going in to the store to see the kind workers there. I am so grateful to have this resource to provide quality ingredients to my pup. We have hope that she can fully heal with this new diet!

We’ve been raw feeding for 5+ years, often making our own mixes. The planning, time, mess, and lack of storage made it a bit of a chore. So we were super happy to find BJ’s in our own backyard!They use the same high quality ingredients we would choose with all the protein options, also including veggies and tripe! We buy the fresh 5 gallon buckets and re-package it ourselves to store in our basement freezer. Very economical that way. It costs us a little over $1,000 per YEAR per DOG, which - when you consider the outrageous price of vet care - is a small price to pay for a healthy best friend.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I have received 2 orders now and both have came frozen and within 5 days of ordering. My baby is allergic to alot and they have many foods for her to choose from. Not only do my 3 dogs go absolutely ferel over this food The customer service is top notch. I have sent a few emails that are all answered in less than 3 hours,most of the time after hours. I look forward to many more orders in the future.

We have 2 long haired german shepherds. They've been fed a raw diet after reacting poorly to dry kibble. We used another raw food first and we started with BJ's a few years ago. They love it! We buy the 10lb tubs of ground turkey. They are on automatic delivery and it's so convenient. The insulated boxes can be used for so many things! They provide great packing options.The plastic tubs can be used for so many things too: crafts, plantings, supplies, toys, etc. Really anything you want stored and stacked would work.Great product and really awesome customer service!The dogs never refuse to eat and are very healthy. They are 11+ and 10+ years old. I recommend a raw diet (using BJ's products) to all my dog owner friends!We're very happy with BJ's!

They have the most affordable prices that you'll find anywhere for quality raw dog food. It's even more affordable if you pick your orders up in store. It's a significant amount off.My poodle has allergies so we use the beef blend and he loves it and has done well on it.I've only interacted with one employee, but they were very professional and nice 🙂

We've been using bj's raw for a year now. We prepare our dog's meals ourselves so it's very convenient to order organs and supplements from bj's. Sometimes we get mixes just to make it a little easier on ourselves and get him something different in the bowl. Surprisingly his favorite mix is basic one. He eats it in a minute. We tried almost every meal mix bj's is offering and he loves all of them, but the ones that have duck in them.He is extremely picky (or just too spoiled) and won't touch the duck in any shape or from in his bowl. I usually order a lot at once and keep it in the chest freezer until we need it, but no matter how large my order is it always arrives in 1-2 days to Delaware. Everything is always fresh and nicely packed. I absolutely love bj's, it helps me spoil my dog even more and keep him healthy and happy.

Bj”s is AWESOME!! My Labrador Retriever has been eating raw from BJ’s almost two years and absolutely 💯 loves the food. I’ve tried several foods in my past and this is the best out there. They care about the nutrients and nutrition for the animal and are very pleasant to work with. They ship on time as I live out of state and it’s very easy to track your shipments. I have been purchasing BJ's Raw Pet Food for my dog and cats since September or October of 2022. I used to purchase raw in the store, but wanted the food be locally. My pets love their food, and I love it because it is cost effective for me. I would highly recommend Bj's Raw Pet Food for anyone that wants to feed their pets raw.

I hv a 10 year old white bull terrier who is allergic to everything ! Raw Rabbit is a godsend for her health! Great quality & excellent customer service . Lots of choice. Placed my order to try this brand on the 18th of April. Apparently they don't ship on Fridays because it is over the weekend. Even though on Shop it shows it had shipped. To he fair if you research the sight eventually you will find this out.So I emailed them asking for the tracking number. They told me it had not shipped and would not arrive until the 25th. 7 days after ordering. This was to long for me to wait, my pup needs his food. So I asked to cancel. Nope. They would not cancel because it had been "packed up". But I could pay 20 bucks to have them ask UPS for a return. Now why the hell would I pay these people 20 bucks to go stop the box from going out. It had not shipped. I decided to let to it ship and was going to leave it be. Until now at 6:40pm I get a notice that it just shipped. Guess they have never heard the quote " "A happy customer tells a friend; an unhappy customer tells the world.”Let me add...it had not shipped and make that clear. UPS recieved it at 6:36pm. I emailed them and asked to cancel it 4hrs earlier. They could have cancelled. And there is no charge from UPS if you don't ship, they will refund you.

I have been feeding my mini Australian Shepherd BJs Raw Dog Food for 6 months and it is amazing! It has lowered my dogs protein in his urine and he does not need any medication for that. His coat is soft, shiney, and he sheds a little less. He is still active at 14yrs old and continues to thrive! I drive 1.5 hrs every month and it's worth the drive!

Plus, the benefits show in his beautiful, shiny coat and white “tarter free” teeth. He doesn’t have any doggie odor, either. And, last but not least, yard cleanup is a breeze! I will never feed anything but a raw diet to my beloved dogs. BJ’s raw makes this so easy. Their shipping is extremely prompt, the product is packaged in a way that is so convenient. The quality of the food is unsurpassed, their customer service is awesome. I am trying to determine a use for the containers that the food comes in after the food is gone. It seems a shame to just send them to the landfill. No doubt they are recyclable but there is truly not much recycling actually happening to products sent to the recycles. Bjs raw food keeps my pets healthy and happy. They take all of the work out of feeding raw by providing pre-mixed and custom raw pet food in simple to store containers. I will never go back to feeding kibble or any other raw food after discovering bjs raw pet food. It's the only raw food that my dog and cats will gobble up and not be picky about eating it.
