I wish we had discovered Basset and Lab sooner!! Amazing selection of such creative treats with quality ingredients. My dog is an extremely picky eater and she loved everything we got. The staff also couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly even though we came just before they closed. They even do personalized cakes if you call with a few days notice. Highly recommend!

Really impressed! They sell Fromm and have the most adorable dog patisserie section. The shop has a curated feel to it with only natural ingredients. I can’t wait to give my Great Dane the chicken foot cupcake I purchased. Definitely worth the drive.

Absolutely LOVE Basset and Lab! My dogs love their treats! Everything is always so fresh. Only place I can find that I know for a fact my sensitive stomach dog can eat anything from without an issue! Staff is always so pleasant and their birthday cakes are a must! 😊

Had to check out this pup bakery. We were not disappointed! So happy they carry Fromm dog food. We also tried the freeze dried pumpkin...it got 4 paws up in this house. The customer service was friendly and answered many questions. It was a delight to shop here.

My dogs love Basset & Lab birthday cakes. They never disappoint and the decoration is pretty. This is my second year getting them and will celebrate my dogs birthdays with their cakes.

I've stopped in twice already for two different birthday cakes and a handful of other different goodies. Not only did they love everything but I was really impressed by how well they tolerated all of the different snacks. Usually when we buy pet store goodies it gives them the runs but not this time! Even better all of the kitchen items were reasonably priced. We'll definitely be back for some more fresh snacks!

I took my baby Glory in there today for the 1st time. It was her 5th birthday. We got her lasagna and cookies. The lady working there was really nice and friendly and gave her a couple treats. We will definitely be back

First time there and it was a pleasure. Nice selection of high quality toys and a even better selection of food. The owner ( sorry I forget your name) was so nice. She let our pups try a few different treats. She discussed questions I had about CBD for dogs and even carried out a gigantic bag of dog food for us. Love the mini cupcakes we got. Yes, that's a real dried minnow on 2 .. Lol.

I live in the DC area so I actually haven't been to the physical location of B&L. However, my cat is having a pancreatitis flare-up, and she was only diagnosed this week, so I was recommended a certain product with digestive enzymes. As it turns out, B&L is the only store between here and Pennsylvania (or to the south) that had this product in stock.I bought this item first thing Wednesday morning, and I emailed them on Friday to ask for an update because I was trying to get the enzymes quickly. (B&L never specified a time so they didn't break any promises, I was just anxious for my kitty.) Next thing I know, I check the mail and the product was ALREADY here. B&L managed to get this product to me in just over 48 hours.While I may not have a pup myself, I'm incredibly grateful for this store for keeping their products in stock and going above and beyond expectations. I can tell their commitment to their human customers and their love for the four-legged ones. If their in-store experience is anything like their online one, you'll be well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I heard about this place from a friend and visited shortly after we had a house fire and lost everything we owned. It was my dogs birthday on the day I stopped in and since we had lost everything I bought for her birthday, a friend suggested i visit this place to get a cake for my dog. They had a great selection of food, toys and gourmet items and were incredibly kind to me. I would, without a doubt, recommend this place. Their kindness and clear love for animals is inspiring and I really can’t say enough nice things about their shop and the people who were working that day.

Such a cute shop! I’m always looking for natural dog food and treats and this place had the cutest little snacks for my corgi. Very reasonably priced and had the cutest little cupcakes. Will be back!

We brought our sweet pup Naomi in to the shop today looking for something to fatten her up. The owner was very helpful in figuring out what would be our best option and even helped me to look up the current food I am using to get more information for a comparison. The baked goods look so good I almost asked if there was a human side and a pet side for the treats. We got some of the trio cheese treats and was nervous they wouldn't be eaten..... now we have to go back ASAP to get more because Naomi is obsessed with them and loves the food as well. Very lovely place to go and you take your pet in with you.

Friendly owners that helped with everything including answering any questions I had and offered us samples. Our dog loved the goats milk so we bought that along with dried rabbit ears, a single beef patty and a rawhide free rawhide treat. Would highly recommend for any loving dog owners who want to spoil their mutt with fresh baked in house dog treats including doggie birthday cakes, cupcakes, quiche pies, shephards pies, etc.
