Tragic how bad this place is…THE WORST. Save yourself AND your money.Pictures speak.So here are two for you to absorb.A, placed an order for a frozen drink and mini pretzel dogs for my son, a strawberry lemonade and mini pretzels for my parents. The clerk pushed this disgusting looking part empty cup of mini pretzels (that look as if she was snacking out of them) my way and was only too quick to grab money. I said those don’t look good it looks like some are missing, do you have any others? I got a NO and a TUDE. Then I asked if there are more being made and although you could clearly see an employee working on it she said no and if there were they’d be twenty minutes. A solid WASTE. Seeing that they had no care, no customer service I figure that they probably aren’t following any food safety protocols either. Don’t need food poisoning, don’t frequent this place. Absolute waste.

When you are cravin a pretzel. You cant go wrong at this place. However the line was pretty long and people get frustrated with employees who are just standing around laughing and joking instead of opening up an additional register..Besides that the pretzels definitely hit the spot

Wanted to purchase a cup of pretzels to share with my mom. The young man flipped the cup of pretzels into another cup and dropped a pretzel. I asked him if he was going to replace the pretzel he dropped, he said, "they can't do that." I said, so you want me to pay full price for a less amount of pretzels in the cup. He just looked at me dumbfounded, as if I asked for something foreign and he said yes. I smiled, said no thank you and left. He made a comment as we were leaving, "she is upset about a pretzel!"I was not upset, I politely with a smile said no thank you.Honestly, they looked old ,& very greasy, probably were in the warmer all evening at the very least.

Literally the worst auntie aunts to go to! They are just children working here just messing around not caring about the food that clearly is burnt. The “supervisor” if she even is one is a child working for children. Not worth it. Whoever hired them. Wow.

These are the best pretzels!! But, everyone else thinks so, too. So, you usually have to stand in line. But, that means the pretzels are always really fresh!!

1st time there with the family. Had to wait for more pretzels which was fine but my order was not right. Apparently we were not ring up for the pretzel nuggets that we wanted. Long story short we wanted them, somehow we were suppose to buy them but was not going to line hop and the associates offered no solution. Quite busy so rightfully a bit annoyed at the situation so we took the rest of our order and a older woman beyond the counter yelled what do you expect you didn't pay for them... Free huh...Being in retail yeah I would have given a customer a nugget for free. Just my opinion. Customer lost.

These pretzels are my favorite hot pretzel. They're moist (for pretzels), made fresh throughout the day, and so delicious and buttery. Highly recommended! I'm a traditionalist, so I prefer the salted pretzel with a good amount of mustard. But, try them all... find your favorite!

Went in for a quick snack but the selection was 3 options ..pretzel nuggets..regular pretzel or cinnamon..did I mention the young chick flagging down a guy..to give him a bag full of food ..runs back in and adds a soda to rush it back out but had no urgency to stock up the hotbox ..that was entertaining and also made my decision to walk out ..two kids unsupervised "working"..Auntie Ann's..this sht show is a mega fail

I've always loved their hot dogs rolled in a pretzel roll. It's the right balance for a savory item. It adds a bit of a buttery taste to it. The one bad thing about it is that I feel like I need to eat two of them instead of just one to satisfy my craving. It's a fast food version of comfort food.

Out of all the Auntie Anne pretzels out here they are by far the worst how they make the food to serving food how they treat customers and MAY I ADD how they treat their employees 🤨 they need new management for sure especially when management leaves children running the place on their own

Trailor not always there or even open. When there the pretzels they are good. Carvel ice cream also sold there. Easy access to free parking lot from Rt 30 east. Wheelchair accessible. Bathrooms available in outlet center. Customer service center available.

Poor management. Open at 10am, we walk in at 10:54am and zero pretzels (case was totally empty) and no slushees. Why were they even open?? Poor planning and disappointing to walk all the way around the parking lot construction to find out they had essentially nothing to offer. 🙄

They also sell Carnival ice cream there which is pretty awesome! Good, quick service, and they always have the pretzel I want ready to go.
