Stopped here for lunch on a road trip. It was very busy inside, which I expected from a McDonald’s on a major highway at peak lunch time. I didn’t see my order number on the screen so i asked the cashier if my app order went through, he wasn’t sure so went and got his manager. I asked about my order and the response i received from the manager was “I don’t know, and I don’t care.” She then walked away. The majority of the employees were pleasant and prompt, and that’s why I gave 2 stars

Used the mobile app as they ask you to. Gave the code at the drive thru. Had to give it again at the pay window, told to drive thru, get to the window they didn't have our order had to pull forward and sit as all other vehicles even ones that entered after we pulled through got their food then eventually it came out and when it did come out they hadn't even given us our drinks. Had to wait again for drinks. Avoid.

So I had a great experience at this McDonalds today. Super friendly drive thru people! Food was very fresh tasting and probably the best double cheese burger I think I've ever had from any McD.Parking: 18 wheeler parking lot next door

Clean and food was basically fine. But surprise surprise did I get what I ordered? No .. what's new.2nd visit- Ice Cream machine mysteriously "DOWN" againAs a whole attitudes were pretty poor. Lots of moping, mumbled responses and very slow service. Observed the cashier a la cart an order instead of giving the customer a meal- the she preceded to argue with the customer that that's what he wanted.. fixed it for the customer after she made a scene.. manager had a careless attitude. If I could get a meal for 5 bucks I really wouldn't care but now it's north of 12 for a meal and quality is worse.

Had a 10 piece nugget and one of the nuggets looks like it half eaten and the other one has a weird color to it I swear I am not making this up because I know it sounds crazy lol fyi I ate all other ones except the weird 2 that is why they are the only 2 in the box

When I rate fast food, I compare apples to apples... too many reviewers out there who seen to compare a McD's to a steakhouse.When compared to other McDonald's restaurants, this one is pretty good. Clean bathrooms and seating area, friendly service. Hot quarter-pounders that were well put together and served up fast.No complaints. This is a good spot for a quick meal.

This is what both my husband's quarter pounders looked like. He couldn't eat them. Fries were cold. Service was rude. Never coming to this McDonald's again

I’m truck driver and I paid for double quarter pounder. I took my order and drive to nj area. When I open my order that was single burger. I called them and told them you gave me single burger but i was paid for double. They said bring back your order and even didn’t say sorry. They are stupid and unprofessional. B....s

Service and quickness of getting food has been good lately, food still isn’t always correct or in the best condition when you get it. Website and window worker says they open at 5am if only they was true they might do better as a McDonald’s off a major interstate next to a truck stop. 6:02 am 7/7 I’m at the not open drive thru and as leaving 2 walk ins are at the locked door

We arrived before closing time. Ordered at the kiosk. The two of us hungry adults quickly ate, yet somehow the the lights went out.We kinda laughed since we are pretty old and never experienced something like that, so we sat in a McDonald's with no lights on while a young lady was cleaning nearby tables.Pretty ridiculous they would do that to guests.... at least that's what we called them when we were in the restaurant industry.There are other options not far from this location. Explore them unless you are ok with little attention to the guest experience.
