This home is very comfortable and I would stay here again. Every detail is well tended to and beds are all comfortable. We were three families with three generations under one roof and there was plenty of room to spread out and have fun. It is located close to all winter activities and in the summer it would be even closer to the lake. After skiing all day we really needed the hot tub! Thank you for a memorable family get away.

We had a great Christmas weekend at the Aspen. House was plenty big enough for all 14 members to have their own bed. 2 double sided fireplaces made for a cozy feel. Massive dining table sat 10 plus chairs at counter. 3 minutes to Big Boulder. 3 minutes to local restaurants. 5 min to Boulder View Tavern. House itself was well equipped, but needed a lair of scissors. Clean enough. Great stay!

Great Poconos location. The house was clean and equipped with all the stuff you need for your vacation. I really loved the kitchen area with ample seatings for our group. EV charger is installed outside. Maintenance staff was quick and extremely courteous. I would definitely rent it again and recommend to others.

Great house with good layout for big group. Felt clean and was easy walk to pickle ball courts. Hot tub was clean too, but if we were there longer, would have wanted more cleaning or chemical instructions as it gets cloudy with use.

Absolutely beautiful house. Even better/bigger than the pictures, and the perfect place in Lake Harmony for a large crowd. Everything was sparkling clean on arrival. Check-in was easy. My favorite features in the house were the outdoor gas fireplace on the covered deck and the MASSIVE kitchen island that could fit your entire group around it. We will definitely be renting Rainier again in the future.

We had the best time at Lake Front Livin’! The house is gorgeous, so clean, and has nearly every amenity you can think of (including an elevator which made bringing the food up to the third floor so much easier). The bedrooms are so generous and the combined kitchen/dining/living on the third floor is perfect for big group gatherings. We had a big group of friends together for a birthday celebration and we cooked every meal together, played games around the giant wood table, enjoyed the downstairs game room all day and night, loved the hot tub in the 20 degree weather and couldn’t get enough of the views of the lake. We even saw a bald eagle fly right by us from the hot tub! We can’t wait to come back in the warm weather and enjoy the lake!

Gobbler’s Knoll was the perfect rental for our family. It was clean, well equipped and in a prime location for winter activities. It was just a short, 5 minute ride to Big Boulder and within 30 minutes of Great Wolf Lodge which was perfect for a rainy day! Would definitely stay here again.

Gobblers Knoll is a beautiful home with plenty of space for our four families. The kids enjoyed playing pool and video games in the basement. The house is conveniently located to skiing, restaurants, and other area attractions, although we enjoyed just staying in as well. We would love to stay here again!

Would highly recommend staying at the Lucky Buck rental. The house is very spacious and the kitchen has two fridges, two dishwashers, and two ovens which is extremely helpful for large groups! The house was very clean and made for a wonderful long weekend!

Our group of 16 (8 adults + 8 children, half of whom were teens) stayed here just after July 4th this year. We had originally booked another Pocono Mountain Rentals property but the owners of that property decided at the last minute to use the property themselves and it seems their request was processed around the same time as ours, so we had to look for another property. Bob (who runs the operation) made things great by offering us a slightly bigger property for the same price as the one that became unavailable. We stayed in the Red Rock home and we know from pricing it out earlier that it was more expensive than our original booking. This was a great goodwill gesture and well appreciated by us. When we had questions a couple of times and called during office hours, staff were quick to help us out. Bob, too, was responsive when we tried to reach him.Upon arrival, we were happy with the house’s appearance inside and out. It was attractive, well laid out, spacious enough and had some really nice amenities such as a hot tub, fire pit, a Weber grill on the (spacious) deck, pool table, arcade game, and passes for several people to access Lake Harmony (which is not accessible by the general public).There were enough beds to accommodate everyone and the dining table inside was able to fit most of us. Some of the kids were more than happy to eat downstairs and hang out and there is also picnic table seating on the deck for those who wished to dine al fresco. Loved that it was 3 levels, too, so that we were not all on top of each other all the time and had the ability to spread out as desired. Parking available for several cars and very easily accommodated our group's 4 vehicle. The property is also set back from the road and the distance between houses was also a big plus, so there was no disturbance from others.The feedback from most of the group was positive. There were a couple of niggles such as one bathroom door not locking, the backyard could use better lighting at nighttime (since fire pit is back there), a couple of beds being a little creaky, and some minor water damage in one of the bathrooms. Again, these were not huge problems just small nuisances that could be easily addressed.The location was great – lots of trees and deer that came pretty close to you if you fed them (the cleaning staff said it was okay to do so). That Lake Harmony was a walkable distance away for a big plus. There were 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms so each family in our group was able to have their own “private” bathroom that only their family members would use. Would definitely rent Red Rock again, or another Pocono Mountain Rentals property.For those who have never rented a cabin like this: beware that while they do provide you with toilet paper & trash bags, it’s just enough to tide you over until you are able to pick up your own supplies. You shouldn’t expect a stockpile of such goods to last you the whole stay, especially of you have a high # of occupants and plan to stay more than a couple of days. That’s not at all a complaint – just a heads up.Also note that not all bedrooms had A/C so some couples were a little hot (again, in early July). The living rooms were didn't have tons of seating so if you have a larger group and want to watch or play something altogether, it will be a little challenging. Having a list of nearby grocery stores and restaurants would have been helpful but we managed and looked them up onlinePROS: Efficient amount of plates, cups, forks, and kitchen supplies available (even for our group of 16). Nice hot tub. Lovely location and distance to the lake. Peaceful, tall trees. Main public areas were well air-conditioned. Great exhaust on the stove. Pool table was nice. Excellent barbecue grill and outdoor seating areas. Lovely tall windows that let in a lot of light.Overall, would rate this experience a solid 4 stars, if not slightly higher.

Staying at Treehouse was amazing! We had a group of 26 adults and all fit very comfortably for both sleeping and lounging. All the amenities worked perfectly with the notable exception of the WiFi connection for the TV on the top floor (only reason for less than 5 stars). The staff did their best to accommodate by resetting the WiFi router but no luck. The connection worked just fine on all other TVs so it wasn’t too big of a deal. I’d definitely stay here again for another ski trip and I think a summer trip would be even nicer. Highly recommend!

We rented the Matterhorn for a weekend to celebrate a birthday with 4 families. With a total of 19 people, we had more than enough space for everyone, both sleeping and hanging out. The house was very clean, beautiful, and PMR was excellent to work with. This is our first rental with PMR, and I cannot imagine booking a Poconos home with anyone else in the future. Thank you!

While I enjoyed my stay 3 months ago with family, I am very disappointed at the customer service I received after I checked out. The power was out the morning of departure and I inadvertently left a pair of earrings on the dresser--a nice pair of blue topaz studs. I called 3 times, including the day of departure before I was even out of PA, and never received a call back. Someone is enjoying my earrings, but it's not me. Enjoy the house but be careful when you pack, especially if you are in the dark.Thanks for responding. We stayed at Summit from 9/21/23 to 9/24/23.

We stayed at Gobblers Knoll and the property was amazing. Cleanliness 10/10 and did not need to contact them at all. They sent multiple emails explaining everything and it was just as expected. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a big house for a group of up to 20 people.

Our 2nd Rental with Pocono Mountain Rentals. This year we had a smaller group and chose to rent the Wine Down home. We picked it because it had 7 bedrooms (no one had to share!) and a game room that had shuffleboard! It did not disappoint. This is a truly professional vacation home rental establishment- they provide you with clear info for check-in and out as well as let you know what to bring, what’s provided etc. once again it was nicely stocked with pots, pans, coffee makers, enough dishes and glasses (LOVE that we don’t need to use plastic or disposable glasses). There is not a little emergency pantry stash (olive oil, sugar, salt and pepper etc. so be sure to pack!). The place was spotless from tubs in the bathroom all the way to the clean hot tub! I can not recommend this company enough for a flawless stay.

We were 11 high school friends that graduated in 1972. We travel together every year. We loved this home and it was perfect in almost every way. Beds were so comfortable and the house was spotless. We loved having two ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers. We would suggest adding sheet pans, serving and baking dishes, and sharpening the knives. We saw a bear and had a great fire outside. This is a wonderful home for a memorable stay in the Poconos.

Our family weekend at Cascade was wonderful. We really enjoyed the weekend. The house was beautiful and exceeded our expectations….it was spacious and very clean. I loved the proximity to the lake. The kids enjoyed the game area, the hot tub and the fire pit. It was a nice experience and a really nice community. I will definitely plan more trips with PM rentals. The process was smooth and the information sent prior to the trip was very helpful. It was the perfect choice for our family getaway.

We have been staying at PMR properties for many years. We are never disappointed. Eagles Nest was spotless, spacious and had all the amenities our group (4 different families) needed. I do suggest having a privacy fence around the hot tub. I hope they put the Pac Man/Donkey Kong game back in. Love the new/updated paint and decor. Beds were very comfy. The bar downstairs in the game room is a great addition. If they can put a little fridge underneath that would be perfect! The deer came up and the kids & adults loved it. We also loved the new firepit outback with benches. Kids enjoyed the smores. Thank you, Bob, Carmen & the rest of the staff for another amazing weekend up the mountains. Our yearly tradition. My only regret is that we can't go more often!

The house was incredible and had everything we could have asked for and more. The 2nd floor had a great area for all of us to get together and watch football/play cards after the golf tournament was done. I would highly recommend anyone booking the house and will be looking at it again next year

Great house! Plenty of space for everyone inside and outside. Comfortable beds, individual room thermostats and ceiling fans in most rooms. Large tables inside and out for group to gather to eat and play games. House and bathrooms were very clean upon arrival. Loved the pool table, arcade game, hot tub and fire pit. Great amenities, has something for everyone. Short drive to Hawk Falls.

Have stayed at this home several times now and have always had a lovely time! The large kitchen is amazing for cooking for groups and it is well stocked with pots and pans - so convenient. The home is cozy and comfy and love that there are rugs on the floors unlike some other rental homes which tend to get chilly. We had one small issue with some outlets not working and management helped us right away! Looking forward to our next stay!

A super nice place!! Plenty of space for our large family. Modern and bright. AC quiet and efficient. Lots of light and plentiful ceiling fans. Easy to access the house via the code. Plenty of room for parking. Wifi worked pretty consistently from what I could tell.It would have been good to have a “book” with info about the house, like an instruction manual and info about the area and amenities (beaches, shopping, etc).The company took 2 (or more?) days to respond to our call about the beach passes, that’s too long.The deck furniture was very heavy and solid, clean and comfy. The grill was good. The kitchen table was huge and solid. But the living room was pretty sparsely furnished and the couch was not especially comfy.Kitchen:The kitchen was equipped with plenty of dishes and eating utensils. The cookware is by far the highest end cookware I have ever seen in a rental! Very nice. The “starter” stuff like dish soap and paper towels was nice but it would have been good to have a few very basics, like kitchen towels and salt and pepper! Maybe some small appliances like a mixer and/or blender. Also the kitchen was lacking pantry space, nowhere to go with all our stuff. (Oh-if they are looking for the Keurig machine I put it in the closet on the shelf to free up counter space)Upstairs bedroom and bath:Our bedroom furniture was fine and the mattress was comfy. Needed more bath towels (and one was pretty raggedy) and more hand towels, needed washcloths, need to replace the somewhat worn out sheets. Bathroom needs towel bars. The shower in our room needs a good steam cleaning or some bleach to address the mildew. Sounds like a lot of complaints there but really we were comfortable in the space and slept well!Laundry:It was great to have a laundry set. The washer door needs repair. The washer also needs a thorough cleaning!
