The first time I came here for the pharmacy, they forgot to give me half of my prescription. Keep in mind that this was hours i left the hospital and needed my prescription immediatelyThe second time i came THEY REFUSED to refill my prescription even though my doctor sent it in and said I needed it.The pharmacy here is grocely incompitant and should be shut down. If you can go anywhere else do it. I'm am switching to CVS across the street

Pharmacy regularly shortfalls your prescriptions. Customers beware. They will try to cover it up, but it will continue to short you again and again. If it happens to you contact customer service and report it to your insurance company.

Update: they seem to be doing much better over all 2023Everyone has always been nice there. I rarely get prescriptions but the last 3 or 4 times My wife had to make several trips back because nothing was ready when it said it would be. The one time they told me to wait and it would be just a few minutes and I sat in the chair for about an hour and then just left. It wouldn’t be a problem if they just gave an accurate time, but three times trying to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be ready days ago is kind of ridiculous. I understand the problem is not with the people working there but with the company. Stop being a bunch of cheap skates and hire Some people.

I've been a Rite Aid customer for years in Covington.Hated it.Transferred to Family Pharmacy but they soon left the area.I went to Hamlin the other day & what a difference. Covington told me my meds weren't covered & it would be $300. Brewed on the script for 3 months & decided to go to Hamlin. Less than $15 after they went through the trouble & got me a coupon deduction & Insurance did pick up some. I'll stay out of Moscow as attitudes even are Apples to Oranges. Hamlin more than willing to help

I shopped here recently on a very slow day. I believe just a couple of customers. My sister and I went to check out. However, we waited until the cashier finished her conversation with another coworker. As I placed my items on the counter, the cashier checked her cellphone. I actually said, "you've got to be kidding". She finally began ringing up my items. Not one single word from her. My purchases total was not a small amount. She handed my receipt. Not a thank you or anything from her. Lesson learned...I'll go where business is appreciated with thanks. Perhaps a few classes in professionalism. And definitely no cell phones in the work area.

Solid Rite Aid with a clean facility and well organized aisles. They were missing a few items I was looking for which I believe has to do with the general lack of stock many folks are dealing with these days. Specifically in the note book section which was a bit of thin on options and stock.

Where do I even start. Refills are never ready when they say they are going to be, regardless if you get a text saying it is ready. The line is always very long and takes forever to move. Most of the time the staff are rude for no reason as all. Work someplace else if you hate your job so much. Anytime I call the pharmacy no one picks up the phone, it just goes back to the automated system to press number 3 for pharmacy and no one picks ups back to the main message you get when you first called. Rarely have I gotten someone but sometimes I do. I have sat at the drive through window watching staff help people walking in and just leaving the people in the drive through to rot away. When I press the button to say , hello,Please help me, have been sitting here forever I just get a nasty response and look. I go to this pharmacy because it’s close to my house, and CVS does not have a drive through. With my disability and children this is a must. I am so disappointed with this Rite Aid. Any other one I have used in NC, NY, and PA is fine. This one wins the award for the worst. Hopefully something changes soon

The store part is okay, clean and organized, the cashiers are friendly.I loved the convenience of the pharmacy drive-thru, however the service in the pharmacy section is poor. Long delays, jacked-up prices, staff "forgetting" to apply insurance to the total, etc. Also, with every prescription, they make you sign a slip where you have to check a box. Either "I have been counseled by the pharmacist on how to use this medication" (or similar) or "I decline to be counseled by the pharmacist." However they certainly never offer, and when I have asked about medications, they did not have answers. Some of the staff members have treated me like every question is a huge inconvenience.

As a local, I prefer Rite Aid for my pharmacy. I always get my prescriptions on time. The ability to do refilling on their website is an added bonus. If you need over the counter medication or vitamins they usually have great deals.

Employees closed store 5 minutes early and refused to help out multiple customers and chose to lock them out instead. Why bother putting your store hours until 10 if youre not going to stay open until then?

I effing hate this store.There are MANY (several) rude and incompetent workers at this store-- both in the retail and pharmacy sections.I, literally have NOTHING good to say about the scum and morons who work at this sham establishment.Apparently, Rite-Aid does not care about its' customers and is yet, again another place that employs the "it costs too much to fire" anyone policy, so we are all stuck with rude, moronic, incompetent "workers" because Rite Aid can't "afford" to fire the bad workers.Grow a pair AND DO IT ANYWAY RITE-AID HIGHER UPS!!!!!!YOUR COMPANY IS LITERALLY LOSING (profitable, big money $$) BUSINESS BECAUSE OF YOUR LOUSY EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!I will gladly take my business elsewhere and be happy I don't have to deal with the scum workers at this hell hole.

Avoid this store at all costs.Staff goes out of their way to avoid customers and no matter when the prescription is dropped off, the pharmacist only starts to fill it when you come back to pick it up.It took them 3 days to fill an online order.

Many of the locals dont even know that Jeremy is actually the mayor of Hamlin. That chubby little delight always makes my day with his beautiful smile and attitude. I go straight to Jeremy for candy and cigarette recommendations (two of my food groups), and he always know exactly what I need. Yesterday I asked him which cigarettes would make me forget that I'm alone with no one in a great big scary world, and he recommended camel unfiltered. Although they were stale, he was right and I forgot all about my girlfriend disappearing to Canada in the middle of the night. Thanks Jeremy!

From the delivery driver to the cashiers - people are rude here. There are a few other options for pharmacies in the area. I suggest CVS or Weis.

I think 80% of the pharmacy staff is rude and not courteous at all They make you feel like your a bad person because you are on a controlled substance go fight a war and sustain injuries rather than get carpo tunnel from punching in a keyboard ..Rite aide should get a new pharmacist not so stuck up a hour and a half for one prescription
