the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, and your food is in the same backroom. The smell of uncleaned bathrooms running thru the store, is that brown mark poop or dirt, no one knows.

This location does not have a floral department on site, per say, but they do have a large selection of individual roses by half a dozen and at a very reasonable price. There is also a large selection of bouquet add-ins, such as green leafs, baby's breath and more, to make your own beautiful floral arrangement for any occasion or just because. They did have a few floral arrangements made up (3), but I thought the individual half dozen roses looked healthier so we chose to make our own. It also looked like a larger arrangement with the add in of green leaf stems and red leaf stems. For just under the cost of a half dozen arrangement, you can make it a full dozen roses and create the bouquet yourself.

The deli is terrible!! College kids working there that don't wash hands touch trash cans the handle food. Go in Friday for a pizza which is on special and no pizzas are made and was told it would be 20 minutes until they could even make a pizza! They have plenty of employees to cover the self check outs, but no employees to run a register. Best thing about weis in Kutztown is the pharmacy! The problem at the store starts at the top with the manager who's very unprofessional!! He doesn't say can I help you sir...he says can I help you pal! To many employees looking at cell phones

This is my favorite Weis in the area; I will go out of my way to shop at this Weis over most other stores. It is always well stocked and clean. Today's experience is what spurred me on to write this review. Today is my daughter's birthday and she wanted a specific kind of ice cream that only Weis sells. When I got to the freezer, there wasn't any left. I asked an associate if there was any in the back and, after looking, discovered they had it but it was buried in the back of the freezer at the moment. The people in the back took the time to dig out a container of my daughter's favorite ice cream for me. I was truly blown away by their kindness and customer service.

I purchased the grass fed filet mignon at $19.95 per pound. What I got was not filet mignon. I grilled it light medium rare only turning it once. It was extremely tough, and had a lot of gristle. We ended up throwing away almost 1/3 of each piece. Even chuck would be better quality. We're new to weis and won't ever purchase beef there again!

Weis markets is always good. I had not recall any issues. If thay were out of a product thay would get it in later and thay givebyou a rain check. There were no problems that I found. And no matter with weis or any food store prices are high or low and you look for sales. Not all things are cheap depends what you buy. On the other hand not that long ago of this year. When your at the deli to get cheese or lunchmeat. I only ran into I think it was 2 isues the young guys meaning 2 young guys I dont think thay know what thin means its next to lunchmeat being chipped thats about the next step is chipped but its not about the meat being chipped its about thin its o most next to being chipped. Thay dont know what thin slice means. I had no problem with the young girls who work in the back behind the counter. It was only the 2 differnt guys. I dont have any major isues at weis. Altho the shelfs look empty cause of covid and vaccines and maybe shortage of truck drivers and also another reason behind not haveing enough truck drivers on the job. We can not always believe what we hear in the media. Im sure there is a shortage of drivers im sure its about the vaccines. And im sure there is something else with all that. And a lot a lot of young people I see work at weis. A few older ones. But it was always like that from way back way back. Lot of young people work at weis.

Today is 9/25/22Time 2:54pmRegister 12I have been coming to this weis, my entire life. I have never had a bad experience before. Customer service is always incredibly friendly and everybody is incredibly helpful. today I went to register 12 one checking out and asked the kid how he was doing. He looked up and stared at me. I thought maybe he didn’t hear me so when I got closer, I asked him how he was doing again. He gave me a weird look and just kept looking at me. I thought he might be challenged with speech. So I did not push myself. Then he asked about my reward card and checked me out like normal. After he was done, I said have a nice day, and he looked at me again. Talk about 100% rude customer service. Next time I come here I will be avoiding This kid. I have worked in customer service my entire life. I understand that sometimes we have bad days. But this was just completely unacceptable. In seeing all this I will still come here because it’s still an amazing place to shop at. And still has tons of friendly employees. But this kid’s attitude is unacceptable. I saw everybody else with a name tag. I understand why he didn’t have one on now.

Love the quiet atmosphere (not frenzied, like Wegman's). Employees are always pleasant and will go out of their way to assist you or even greet you. Pharmacy can get a little busy, but their pharmacists and technicians are always nice. Prices are high though. I didn't want to remove 2 stars though when they seem to be doing everything else right.

Great shopping experience. We went in for a few items and came out with a cart full. Wonderful selection of multiple brand name items. The shelves were well stocked and plenty of amazing deals for award members. Sure beats Walmart over in Trexlertown for shopping.

I order flowers through doordash and the only flowers they had should have been thrown out was disappointed and mortified when my friend showed me the flowers I was embarrassed and glad I did not include a card as to where they came from. I will never again order flowers without picking them personally.Not the door dashers fault

A few items low on stock the past 3 weeks. Employees pleasant and helpful. Only 1 manned register open for 7 customers. 3 self checkouts open. Courtesy desk refused to open more registers.

The store is clean and well organized. The employees are cheerful and friendly. Weis brand items are usually first class. The only thing keeping me from giving five stars is not the fault of the workers. It has to do with the "specials". Just be sure you read the fine, fine print on a sale item before carrying it to the checkout. If you pick up an item expecting to pay, lets say, $3.49 keep reading down the tag. Some items force you to buy two or more of the same item to receive the sale price, others want you to buy several "selected" items for a discount. There can be two "sale prices" for the same item. All in all I would recommend Weis Markets to everyone. Just look closely at the tags.

Manager Will is a punk. He likes to treat employees bad. He tries to bully them. Treats women bad. Would not recommend working there especially while Will is still the manager. Corporate has been notified.

Wonderful. A lot better than the oley Weis. Loved the way they put your coke slaw, etc containers in bags. So many times I have had the kids come off in my grocery bags over the other food. So many more items than the oley store.

Taylor and Jennifer and I think Nicole all went out of their way to make us happy !! No matter what had to be done they did it with a smile and we all even laughed. That would never happen in Las Vegas where I am from !! I highly recommend shopping here and if any problems they are quick to fix and make the customer happy !!

I've been going here for a long time. If you're not an idiot, this is a great place to shop. The prices can be a little bit higher sometimes than at Giant. No you might not be able to get help the second you mess up the self-checkout, but if you can't get through them without needing help, you shouldn't be using them anyway. Overall this is non-busy and good place to shop.
