This place it a good place to go to, they even gave us a free sample of cat food which our cats love. The people here are very nice and I highly recommend coming here. We will be coming here again to buy a big bag of the sample cat food.

Just went in to buy my pup some treats and the owner had called the cops because my leashed puppy urinated, the owner then argued for me to purchase the merchandise besides the urine even after I cleaned it up! No signs that say no dogs allowed and as a pet store owner this should be expected. Seems like this is the only way the owner can sell dog food so be careful. I used to purchase dog food from this store prior to this incident but I will never bring my business back to this store. If I could leave a 0 star rating I would! Store is always empty and now I know why! Anybody else with bad experiences from this place please share them so anyone who’s looking for a local pet store can know what to expect here at JJ’s. 👎🏼

This place is truly great. I need to special order my cat food from them and they always are so nice. All the staff is really pleasant. Really friendly, awesome local business!

I wish I didn't have to give it a star at all. Went in my first time ever with my daughter. Was looking for dog food and my daughter want to look at the chain collars. She's 8 and has slight autism so she likes the chain collars to play with. I was only like 7 steps away from her when all of a sudden the older woman who was working came up to my child and yelled at her and said she was messing up the collars. I turned around went right over and my daughter was crying and she's like do you need anything, like she wanted us to leave, then she walked away. I looked at the collars and the woman made it sound like a disaster and my daughter only put 5 collars at the wrong spot. I fixed them right away. I was so upset how she made my daughter feel. Horrible horrible customer service. I don't know how they are still running a business. I will never shop there!

I went here thinking they would be open because it say open on gooGoo, but got there and there is a sign for limited hours. Closed Sunday and Monday. Please someone from this store can you update the hours on Google.

Small selection, poorly stocked, has feeder mice, but not rats, small crickets are nearly pinhead, and overpriced. $10 minimum on card.

Small and always empty pet store. I once heard the owner arguing like crazy with a customer that was trying to return an item. However, it always has what I personally need and is very close.
