A while back I gave this store a bad review. They were closed for quite a while but now they are back open. I visited the store this week and I Goatta' say I was pleasantly impressed. The place is neat, clean and well stocked. I hope they will be able to keep this going. Kutztown needs this store!

Worked at this dollar tree and enjoyed my time there. I’ve recently started to shop here more with it being dollar tree plus now. Now they have a sign stating “Closed to further notice”. On top of the short notice closing down they need to correct the grammar and state “closed til further notice”. Besides this latest incident, the store and most employees aren’t too bad.

Amazing selection of snacks, crafts, and party supplies, office, toys, kitchen items. Employees have good customer service. Cleanliness was terrible. Overstock in the isles blocking items on the shelves. Don't even think about needing to use the restroom. They need a professional cleaning company to take care of that ASAP... 🤢

The reason for it that they are closed until further notice is that the landlord is taking his sweet time to make serious repairs in the building. Work order have been turned in and no response

1 person working, he was obviously struggling & had a huge line of people. I searched the store for the manager. Found him stocking shelves. Asked for his assistance up front, then after waiting 20 minutes he tells me he won't fill my balloons (I get my balloons filled at this location regularly) I then am frustrated and say ok I'll just buy some of yours at which time every single balloon I chose was out of stock. Thr manager wasnt very friendly but overall it was upsetting that his employee is clearly overworked and he did nothing to help

This store has improved so much in the last 6 months. I went in and was shocked that stuff was actually organized and neat. Whoever took over this store is doing such a good job.

Prices are cheap as I'm sure everyone knows woman at counter was very friendly and held a conversation till I was finished very nice place

This store is so trashy. Would never visit the store again. Trash on the floor. Products thrown all over the place. I know this is a college town but you could at least have more respect for your store. Just gross!

I go in here a lot for convenience but i feel like this is the dirtiest and unorganized dollar tree ive seen. But cashiers are always super nice even though it seems theyre understaffed.

Great if you're a teacher, librarian, or college student. Usually a decent variety of supplies and school/bible school decorations. Also has a small frozen food section.

The most disgusting unorganized Dollar Tree I've ever been in. Plus you can hear the managers talking about how they hoard essential items for themselves and just inappropriate dialogue in general; I don't know why you'd be so stupid as to talk in front of customers like that but....you can't expect everyone to have common sense I guess

I was the second person in the door at 9am. The floors were filthy, boxes everywhere in multiple isles. Shelves were quite depleted. I have to say this is the dirtiest dollar store I have been in!
