I really love this place but really wish it could be more consistent. I've had so many good things and then you get the random bad meal. I want to be able to recommend to others but hold back because of this. Great place and food but today had cold raw dough Stromboli. Pizza was good, the special but we ordered without sour cream, came out with it. Second one was probably rushed and could have been in oven longer. Tasted great though. Brought home to cook longer later. We love this and will come back, just please be more consistent so I can recommend with confidence! Oh, and we like the byob!

I thought this was a unique little rustic place. Being located near town... parking was almost impossible. But, once you get inside, the atmosphere is what you would expect from an old mill. It's a little quant with ties to the old mill. Including the brick walls, open ceiling and high windows. They use old American decor, dim lighting and wood furniture to further the experience of the old mill. For the area I felt it was a nice experience and we had a good weight staff taking care of our little party. It's a good little place to grab a bite anytime.Dietary restrictions: My sister has a gluten allergy and they are able to accommodate this.Parking: Due to its location the parking is scarce. But if you're willing to park across the street or wait a few minutes you can find a place.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly atmosphere and some smaller dishes to choose from

Visited this place a few times, decent food. Pizza is good but everything else is just okay. Have gone on a slow day but service time rakes a while no matter what. Had Mac and cheese bites, which were good, but cold from the inside 😭. Pizza was a solid 6. Overall atmosphere and vibe of the place is very nice though. Clean, cozy vibes.Overall, okay spot compared to nearby areas but food is decent !

I highly recommend The Mill. The wood fired pizza is one of the best pizza's I have had in this area. There salad was also outstanding...with homemade dressing. The atmosphere and service was excellent as well.

Went to The Mill for the first time tonight and what a little gem this place is. We sat in the upstairs dining room next to the fireplace, great rustic ambiance, wood fired garlic parm wings were cooked perfectly. French onion cheesesteak was amazing - meat melts in your mouth. Delicious grab pretzel as an appetizer and let’s not forget the s’mores dessert poutine, which is funnel cake fries with marshmallow sauce and chocolate. Our server, Jackie, was friendly and attentive. Overall great experience and this place will be added to our list of regular spots!

BEST PIZZA in the area! Great variety of options and they always have new dishes in their menu. Gluten free options are available and each of their dishes have a unique flavor!

Do NOT sleep on the Mill. Wow!! The food was better than I could have thought! I've driven by this place for years wanting to try but it seemed small and maybe just another pizza shop. Damn I was wrong. The staff is super nice, atmosphere ✅, the place is spotless clean. Food came out pretty quick even though it was lunch rush, the portions are huge and the price is right. I can't wait to try everything. I had the trifecta sandwich and crab poutine fries. Go go go and if you haven't gone yet, go!

Great server, Melissa! The atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming. We ordered the tomato bisque shrimp and crab soup. Very hearty and flavorful. The Buffalo egg rolls and the crab poutain tasted good but could have been heated a little more. The Philly cheesesteak and the Bickles pickles cheesesteak tasted very unique and delicious. A nice visit overall.

Updated: The Mill reached out to me right after my review and offered to fix things! Maybe I was a bit harsh because, overall, I’ve been to/ ordered from the Mill at least 7-8 times since moving here this year! They still have the best poutine (get the frenchie!) and amazing shortcake dessert, and when I do get their pizza, aside from today it’s always been amazing! I highly recommend the Ticket. I can easily scarf almost the whole thing down by myself because it’s so light but so filling and good! I appreciate them a lot for reaching out so fast :)Original: Ordered a pizza and it tasted off.. checked and it’s just raw dough. Had to just throw the whole pizza away. Would call except it took an entire hour for them to even put my pizza in the oven until I got there.

2024: had lunch here today and even though it took over an hour on a slow Wednesday to get our food, their pizza was undercooked. The dough was floppy and chewy, kind of gross. To take an hour to properly cook a small 12” pizza for $18 is very disappointing. My $15 cheesesteak was decent, the house made chips are great. Service was great.Nice place, service is decent (which is always hit or miss), food is good as well, but pricey. Seating is upstairs. I was a little disappointed they overcharged. The Frenchie is advertised as $11 online and on their menu, but they charged me $13.99 plus $2.99 up charge for a few leaves of lettuce for what’s called a side salad. $17 for a 9” sub with extra lettuce seems a little pricey to me. Clientele is your typical Merck crowd, mostly business like people and since it’s BYOB it’s very relaxed and chill.

This may be an unusual review for this place, but I guess it is the opinion of one. I picked up dinner here on 4/19. It was awful. The pizza was sogy. The wood fired wings were charred and tasteless. As always the service was slow and it was overpriced. Again, the mill is always full of customers, but I will not be one for a long long time. I suggest you start caring more about your product or eventually it will effect your business.

My husband called to make a dinner reservation last Wed.evening. When we arrived, the hostess told us whoever took the reservation didn't put it into the system. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table. She was very apologetic. Once we were seated, she and the server were very attentive. We were compensated for the wait with a discount off our bill and a complimentary pizza card, which we appreciated. The food was good. We enjoy dining at The Mill and since we all make mistakes, will return.

This is always a spot I will recommend! It’s a great spot for food that is huge portions and very decent prices! The atmosphere is great for any occasion big or small. And half their food is cooked in a wood fire that just added that extra layer that seals it all together! Highly recommend! The picture I took is half of a Buffalo calzone!

Cheesesteak pizza was very good, Margarita pizza seemed to be missing something. BBQ mac & cheese poutine was very good. Waitress definitely could have been more attentive. Overrall nice dinner.

Absolutely delicious! Started with the hand breaded chicken fingers and hubby had the pretzels. Yummy! Then I had the traditional pizza with pepperoni and he had the French Dip. All of the food was amazing! Highly recommend!

The Mill is amazing. Offered with the choice of self service downstairs or upstairs for full table service, we chose upstairs. The many pictures and historic descriptions on the walls made the journey up the stairs interesting. Seated by a window we started with Fried Mac and Cheese bites. My wife had the chicken pot pie and I had the Buffalo Chicken Stromboli. I opted for the personal size which turned out to be so generous that I had to take half home with me. Possibly the best meal we have had since moving to PA. Yes and the bill was only $28. The staff was helpful and gracious. Top notch!!

Great experience at this restaurant, glad we found it! Overall service was great, Jackie was amazing!Great atmosphere, with kids menu and crayons to keep little ones occupied. Menu had great options for everyone.We had a spread of buffalo chicken egg rolls, wood fired pretzels, mango salsa fish tacos, pizza, cheeseburger and chicken Caesar salad. Everything was delicious.Not from this area, but travel here frequently for youth sports. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Lunch here was absolutely fantastic! And the decor is beautiful exposed brick. We sat at the top of the restarant - to get their once you enter look for a set of stairs going to the second floor. You’ll pass a set of bathrooms and then take the little steps to finish your accent. You’ll know you’re in the right place when you see a small bar on your right although there is more seating in addition to this. Given how popular this place is for dinner make sure you get a reservation. Food wise it was all excellent and a fair price and the service was top notch. All in all we had a great experience and can’t wait to be back soon!

Everyone needs to eat here the food is unheard of we literally get takeout from here 24/7. You definitely need a reservation for seating but it’s bc the place is packed bc it’s so good!!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten freee pizza was top notch
