Can't give it too high of a rating yet haven't been there in a few years. But hopefully when I go home able to stock up on some canned goods and other necessities for my apartment. To me the odd brands taste just as good as the name brands most of the time there.. most of the time they're produced by the big-time manufacturers but you're getting the stuff at the end of the production or it's more broth and vegetables and smaller pieces of meats and stuff but in a pension tide you over and get you through the day or till your next meal nothing wrong with that..

I’ve shopped at this location for many years and it’s one of my favorite stores. They have a large selection of food and household goods at highly discounted prices. You would be shocked if you did a side by side comparison of their prices to other grocers.The weekends tend to be very busy, some food is nearing expiration or already expired. The key is to look at dates for everything, but majority of the food is not expired.The staff are friendly and the store is clean. You’ll find new items that will make you debate if you should just get one item to try. When I do that, I mostly regret that I didn’t buy another yogurt for $.33. They carry conventional and organic products, gluten free item, a whole aisle of shelf stable treats, baking goods, seasonings.If someone were to shop here and not find a cart full of things to try and save a lot of money, my mind would be blown.

Their prices are absolutely great. The workers keep the place stocked very well and orderly.My only complaint is that some of the fridge products are extremely close to expiration dates. But, it may be due to the type of store and product they get shipped in, especially for the prices they have.Definitely would recommend shopping here, especially if you are trying to get more bang for your $$$👍👍👍

Been going here for about 27 years. Love the discounted prices. Miss the days when they were in town Knox. Used to be able to fill up 2 buggies for less than $100. Even with inflation, the prices are still good. Wish we didn't have to drive 45 min. But it is what it is. 🙂

This place is great if you're trying to save money on groceries. The things we buy/save on the most are snacks, frozen veggies, yogurt, juice, cereal, bacon, canned foods, almond/oat milk and blocks of cheese that we cut up and freeze. They have a little bit of everything at Sharp Shopper. There's no other store nowadays that we can fill a cart for a cpl hundred dollars. We used to go here for groceries when we lived 45 min away because it's worth it. The employees are always so polite too, highly recommend!

Some good bargains, check the exp dates. These are things that haven't sold well elsewhere in some instances, and maybe there's a reason, so be selective.

I have never been disappointed while grocery shopping at Sharp Shopper. The prices are fantastic; I can fill a whole cart for less than $150. Which is impossible at Aldi or Walmart. Perfect place for stocking up for lunches for kids. We happily make the drive from Marienville to the Knox location.
