As far as Wal Marts go this one at least has adequate cashiers. The aisles are a little wider and they seem to run a tight ship even if alot of the store isn't brand new or up to date. As far as function and lines go this is the most efficient and pleasant WM I've been to and happy that I moved into the area where people do their jobs and are overall friendly. Once you've lived in Pittsburgh and seen the contrast, you'll appreciate the simplicity of a well run store, even if their are nitpicks and whiners who say otherwise in their so called "reviews".

Here to complain!I returned a pull up bar because it didn't fit my doors at home. They put my balance on a walmart gift card. When I tried using the $19 on the card, it said the card was not active. They did not load my return money onto the gift card so I could not use it...

This Walmart is always clean and organized. There is one more very important point to make...the staff is friendly and helpful.

The store was very clean and organized. The employees were gathered up and stocking shelves, but were very polite. Lots of self check out lanes, but almost all of them were having issues (not sure if user error or otherwise). Very pleased with our experience overall.

This location is much cleaner & neater than the stores closer to where I live, but I was near this location. Anytime I know I'll be near the Kittanning location, I'll shop there. Their produce department is very clean without the damaged produce that draws fruit flies!

They scam for Black Friday raise prices the the “amazing deals” are just the original price glorified to look like your saving money. I went there before they started offering the deals saw a computer on rollback for $179 then looked at same one on the Black Friday deal price and wouldn’t you know it was listed at $179. Scummy way to “save” money for the holidays.

They have pretty much everything you could ever need, but they always move everything around so you can’t find it, and end up getting it off of Amazon anyways.

A little confusing they keep moving everything around took 25 minutes to find nail polish they only have 1 instant photo and some older gentleman (no offense) couldn't figure out how too use it the wires don't connect properly so After 25 minutes of that he just left .

Alright. Staff are wonderful, completing the surveys for you if you walk away after self checkout. Wonder if they get rewarded for higher reviews... Also, why the heck would I leave a review at self checkout???I did all the work...5/5 for me I suppose.

There is an almost empty shelf of cat food. The check out lines were so long but there are 2 people standing at the doors just visiting. The focus seems to be pick up today. What about those shopping in person?

Their electronics department sold me a broken cellphone!! When I bought the phone, I asked to purchase insurance on the phone, they told me there is none for this phone??? I've never heard that a cell phone not having insurance??? I thought that was weird, and hesitated, but really needed a phone, so I purchase the phone anyway. There was nothing wrong with the phone the first day that I bought it, it wasn't until the next day when I woke up, I noticed my phone had these strange black lines going down through the whole screen, so I took the phone back to them and showed them, and told them I just bought this brand-new phone off you guys yesterday, and it is broken. They told me there is nothing they can do about it, and tried to SALE ME ANOTHER PHONE!!! I should have known better when they told me that there was no insurance to purchase with the phone. I think these guys in the Electronics department are running a SCAM and it's all about how many sales they can get, so they can make their commission. I contacted the corporate office

Went to the bakery to get a birthday cake for our grand-daughter. With pink and blue inside and with stars and "glitter" looking icing, a color blast cake. Great tasting cake we all loved it!

It's a walmart, its a Kittanning Walmart. It works. There's a better stocked, cleaner and larger one in Natrona about 30 minutes away.

The female & male greeter on the market side of the store, are always friendly. I do wish this store did a little better with keeping stock of products that customers frequently buy because well liked products often disappear from inventory. Other than that, this Walmart is easy to get in and out of and it has all the things!

Please stock your stores. It’s hard to plan anything when it’s 50/50 if you’ll be able to get what you need, and it’s totally random which items may be missing. Also, the way the store is arranged makes zero sense. Why are water purifier parts in hardware?? Shouldn’t it be in the water/juice aisle.The employees present are always working and doing their best BUT lines are always long and it always seems like the store could use more help.

Walmart has about anything a shopper needs except a coffee shop of some kind.Warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Lots of parking available.

Limited product choices at this location and never fully stocked. Stocking is happening during daylight hours when customers are trying to shop. Walmart employee shoppers for online orders are rude and impatient around regular shopping customers. Always long regular and self check out lines. At least the bathrooms are decent.
