Terrible service here. You’re a number, not a patient. My husband needed to pick up 2 prescriptions, one he already takes regularly. But the other one was his first time taking it. So Patricia, the PHARMACY MANAGER mind you, comes over for a “consult”. She gave him instructions for the medication he already takes! Not the new one! We had to point out that there was another one he needed counseled on. She didn’t even realize there was another medication in the bag. And she rushed through the instructions, so we still don’t even know how he’s supposed to take it. And she didn’t even give us any time to ask questions, after she rushed through everything, she quickly walked away to the back of the pharmacy. I’m very disappointed. They clearly care more about numbers than patient safety and care. We will be switching pharmacies immediately.

Worst place I've ever went to get prescriptions done. Every month they screw something up. They never order prescriptions knowing they are low and always have an excuse on why it didn't come or why it's not there. I'm 100% fed up. I'll be taking my business back to giant eagle where they never mess up my prescriptions and always order things knowing they are low. I'm very upset that this has happened every month for that last year n a half. Please fix the issue or I'll be warning people about the Walmart pharmacy and how "great" (sarcasm) they are! I've given many chances and I'm finally done. My health is something I will no longer continue to risk because of this unorganized pharmacy!!

Meds not ready when the 1st visit was told they be ready in 20mins still not ready after two hrs cuz I couldn't wait the 20mins due to a drs appointment and now I'm still waiting for them ridiculous!!!

The people who work at this pharmacy are obnoxiously rude and act as though the customer is wasting their personal time. I had one prescription to have filled there and after the way I was treated I promptly took my business elsewhere. Hiland pharmacy in W. Kittanning is family owened and operated and they know their customers by name.

Had surgery today. Needed 2 prescriptions filled. My daughter took them in 64 minutes ago and is still waiting. 30 minutes,,, ok,,,, over an hour,,,, UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Super helpful. Filled three new scripts for new customer. Took 40 mins instead of 30- big deal. They were nice to me.

They keep coming up with reasons why I can't get the stimilus. Each and everyone I speak to says something diffrent. So I would say now don't go. Go at your own peril.

This is the worst pharmacy ever! Even if your doctor calls in a prescription it takes hours to get ready. Everyone that works there is very rude to customers as well.

Had hernia surgery the hospital called in prescription. Went to pick up .was told I had to wait twenty minutes left went back three hours later and told the same thing luckily the medicine given her at hospital carried through till I could finally get prescription quit playing games with people Walmart
