Definitely one of my favorite places to eat at in Kittanning. The food here is amazing and the customer service is top tier! Some of the best service I have ever received the waitress was very attentive and friendly. I ordered the pot roast dinner with macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy. And all were amazing especially the Pot Roast! I will definitely be back again! They also offer military discount which is a plus.

I had a delicious breakfast with my best friend, who I hadn’t seen for a month. Our waitress, Renee was awesome! She was pleasant and attentive without being overly-obtrusive to our conversation.The restaurant was clean and busy, and they didn’t mind me asking for substitutions.

We ordered an appetizer, 2 meals, and a child's meal. Most was very gross tasting and we did not eat most of it. The potatoes were old and hard. The soup tastes like dirty water. The burger was made incorrectly and was so dry. Every item did not taste good at all. And there was 1 other table besides us in the restaurant yet the waitress barely came over or filled drinks because they were all too busy hanging out and talking to actually pay attention.

I went today and my waitress, Renee C. Was very kind and fast on getting us what we needed! Checked on us frequently but not overdoing it to the point where we would be uncomfortable!We also get Darlin a lot when we come and they are both absolutely wonderful and super sweet! The interactions with them alone is one reason we keep coming back!

I was just at the valley dairy in Kittanning, and it was an awful experience. We were shown to our table. My wife & I asked for dessert menus and a glass of water. The server who was waiting on us must of forgot and waited on somebody else The manager came up and asked us if we were waited on. We told him the situation. I expressed how unhappy I was, his comment was “ Sir obviously we are not going to make you happy please leave “ I will NEVER go there again.

This diner is always a good place to have a casual meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Friendly staff always today Darlyn our server was no different. Good service and always friendly. Actually this restaurant should be called Friendlys !!! Much better than Dennys or IHOP. Recommend

I liked the entrance, the employees are very nice and cordial. Baden was our server and the assistant manager also introduced himself making sure we had everything we needed, making us feel like we were family. I had open faced meatloaf that was delicious with mashed potatoes and gravy, and Robert had breakfast eggs with sausage and English muffin. Good food! Definitely recommend.

Stopped in for breakfast. Immediately got a booth. Fairly busy. Clean floors, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. The food was typical diner food...tasty, but not great. I ordered pancakes and my wife ordered the French toast. Everything looked amazing until the butter and syrup came in the small, prepackaged containers. The bug is over! Bring me syrup in the carafe. Put my butter in a bowl.The server, Maddie, will be an amazing server one day. She has the eye for detail, the service, and the polite demeanor. She knew exactly how to woo a customer!!! As soon as she perfects her presentation, she will make money fall from the heavens!The price for the meal was great! I would recommend Valley Dairy to a stranger. Can you get better food? Yes. This cheaply for the quality? No.For dinner, try the pot roast or burgers!!!

Dirty, dated restaurant with some pretty pricey dinners. Total check without tip for 3 with tap water beverages was over $30.Food was marginal. The meat in the Burger Club Sandwich was strange and tasted a bit odd.Excellent table and counter service.I cannot recommend this one. Skip or even run by Valley Dairy.

My wife and I love this small chain. Just stopped at this location in the past month and enjoyed it. Staff is friendly, the menu is huge, food is good and prices are good. What more can you ask for?
