The old lady currently running the cash register is very miserable and should not be in sales. If you don't like you're job maybe go somewhere else. I recently bought a zero turn mower for right under 4k the lady had to no concern on helping with the sale when I said I wanted to buy the zero turn out front I seen it online she said we have nothing to do with online. I said I want to buy it that's why I'm here, then I proceeded to stand there while she ran up the other customers walking up to the counter. After she waited on 3 or for customers she looked at me and said ok you are here for what? I said to buy a zero turn mower then she rang me up. I just returned now to buy some accessories for the new mower and once again same old lady giving sass how that's not online, I said I saw the item online it says in stock here and I came for the items. She said yeah idk anything about what's online. Very unpleasant person who needs to be in the back unloading trucks or stocking shelves where people don't have to interact with her. 5/6/24I'll never return to the store, see how one bad apple can spoil the whole batch, but on a good note the gentleman who helped load the mower was very helpful and polite I say they trade positions. So I'll give him a 5 and her a 0 and a 2 overall

This is a great store that is a mash of Trader Horn, Ames, Murphys Mart, Jamesway, Lowes, Busy Beaver, Rural King, Five and Ten, Shopper's Mart and Sears. I'm sure I'm forgetting a few. Then sprinkle it with super friendly associates, and you have a great chain. Just is the world, it is a tad pricey, but they do have the occasional sale that can't be beat. If you need work clothes and boots, go there. If you need chickens, go there. If you need anchor rope, go there. Just about anything you need, and you can't beat the price of propane. Fun just to go looking around, too. You always seem to find what you need

I called today and Chris was so very helpful promptly found exactly what I needed in the store while I was on the phone with her and put our name on it and set it at the counter for us to pick up…we will always shop here. Kittanning store

I called into the store and spoke with Chris to check on product availability.Not only did she check on the product, she advised me on the application and other products that could help. She also referenced manufacturers data and shared with me her own experience with the products I was asking about. She took time to make sure all of my questions were answered and she was enthusiastic about it.Taylor at the register was very friendly also.The people who work at this store are our reason for buying there.

Great store and exceptional staff. They keep the store clean and stocked and have a great selection. I didn’t give a five star because of their pricing practices. The prices at my local tractor supply are much higher than a lot of other locations because they don’t have a nearby competitor: I’ve been driving to a close by town to shop at a competitor and realize an enormous savings.

Called to see if peat moss was available, and the girl told me they had some. Stopped in and the young girl at the register told us we had to go get the bag outside (which is locked and gated) and grab the bag. Customer service skills are lacking and ended up leaving.

Thought only two people worked there at first. Waited for someone to help after the nice lady put it over intercom. Even then the people that came out wanted to help the worker that had people buying a big ticket item. It is what it is, thankfully I don't come out to this particular Tractor Supply.

Vendor delivery- called ahead talked to the receiver, gave an eta of 20 mins. Lined out where I needed to be to unload. Got to the store and unstrapped my load. Called to let the receiver know I was ready for him to receive product. Was told the receiver left for the day. The manager was on a conference call and there was only 1 employee working the floor so I'd have to wait until someone got freed up to be unloaded. Last time I delivered to this location I had to wait for someone to unload , with an appt and call ahead eta.

They always have a very good selection of bird seed for the feeders and fresh the birds line up on the fence for a chance to get some.

The new shelving system puts less frequently sold items on the top shelf. This impedes comparison shopping and requires an employee to lift things down. They also do not order enough Friskies Turkey pate cat food. Unless I get there the day the truck comes in I can never get more than a few cans, and often none at all.

We always get our dog food here. It's neat when they have animals walking around. They have good clinics for pets.Would be a five star if some of their Americana stuff wasn't made in China.

Bought 2 heat bulbs that smoked when pluged in and one cracked into pieces ..they would not take them back.real bad manager.we spend a lot of money there but wont anymore.this store doesnt back its products..if i could give it a lower star i would..

It has everything you could possibly need for your pets or farm animals. Not just that but anything you could need to take care of them from gloves and boots to medications to keep them all healthy. Into gardening most things you would like are there, happy shopping.

It's like harbor freight but not as many tools! You can buy farm equipment, clothes, tools, hardware like bolts, metal stock goat, round and angle! An around the summer time they have a vet on hand for shots!
