Great workers. I deal with John in the morning, and he gets me in and out quickly. I go here every day for my coffee. On a side note, all of the employees I've dealt with are very friendly and helpful, and this is such a clean and inviting store. Top notch guys, keep up the amazing job.

I love Sheetz. It's convenient. I like that it's open all night as I have insomnia and I'm up and about late. I've made many 2am trips for milk, coffee, lottery... The employees I seriously think all need retrained on the lottery... They basically are clueless is something unexpected happen. Like the kiosk took my money but tickets didn't print... I was told I had to call the lottery myself to get it resolved. Yeah. No. I worked lottery myself in the past. And the customer always gets their money back and we were the ones calling to figure out how to fix the problem... Customer service has gone down the toilet in the past few years. Not cool at all. What happened to " the customer is always right?"....

Update: 06/28/2023 I did, of course contact the next day. I asked for nothing so that no one thinks I want free sandwiches. It would be cool to be treated with respect and professionalism in Kittanning when I am spending money. I want to learn proper etiquette. It goes a long way. Your employees should be polite.This used to be my favorite Sheetz. Tonight, I needed a phone charger and needed help to know which one to choose. Tech is not my area of expertise. After asking for advise on which charger to buy I said, "I swear I'm not dumb just because I am a girl." The graying, pudgy, middle aged man with square glasses replied "You think the only reason we think you're dumb is because you're a girl?" That's an appropriate response for your cousin or childhood best friend, but that was unprofessional and hurt my feelings. I returned the charger I bought and will be boycotting this location and calling customer service on Monday.

They must hire any and every reject possible to make the mto orders. Every time we order the food is either undercooked, Ice cold or missing items or all of the above. It’s ridiculous. Paying for items and not receiving them is straight up theft. It’s not hard to make sure we get all the items we ordered!!!!! Hire better, more intelligent people please!

I love Sheetz and they usually have good service. At this specific location, though, they always seem to mess up my order. I bought a sub and instead of putting tomatoes on it I got Italian dressing instead. I didn't order Italian dressing. I'm still going to continue to shop here but I'm checking my order everything I leave from now on.

Someone stole our mobile order before we got there to pick it up. The store remade our food for us and gave us a coupon. They made it right even though it wasn't their mistake.

Was there Thursday about 11pm out of food on there app sampler menu (all they had was cheese curds and pickle chips) so I ordered hot dogs and asked them to put pickle on them cause it's not on the hot dog menu and then again when I paid I asked them for pickles. So I wait 15 min and get 4 plain cold dogs. Please put pickles on your hot dog menu. And try cooking your hot dogs. Worse sheetz ever!

Kittanning Sheetz is reacting poorly to covid19! Everytime I go into this Sheetz no one is made to wear a mask. I was the only customer to have a mask on. The sign on the door clearly reads that you must wear a mask. We are already living in sad times and I'm so shocked that this franchise is not following life threatening rules... I gave one 🌟 only to post my review. I go to several different Sheetz, but I will no longer return to kittanning pennsylvania Sheetz...

My wife and I went to Sheetz tonight and we're literally followed around the store each manager that was on its shift was in a different aisle each aisle a regular crew member or employee was floating and we were being eyeballed by the cashier and actually looking at each item I seen the manager watching my wife's hands and me and I've seen this over a period of a few weeks I don't appreciate being stereotyped or even looked at like I am a thief I spend a lot of money and have the receipts for everything that I've ever bought in that store this is my review and I give it a one trust and Believe claim will be filed getting ready to call the manager right now

I was just in sheetz and one of the guys in there his name is Levi has the worst attitude didnt greet me at the register didnt say anything just stayed quite. And for some reason why nikki is working there as mto the food I order is always cold. Its absolutely horrible how these certain people treat their costumers

It's a sheets so the gas, tobacco and food are going to be as cheap as you can find it around this area. This is a older sheets layout and not nearly as nice as the big ones their building now.
