I just want to say I showed up here without an appt. at 7am on a Friday In crisis mode because my Boston Terrier was bleeding. They took me in for emergency surgery. Granted her platelet count was low and she needs overnight treatment elsewhere. I am the upmost grateful for what they did and how compassionate they were. Truly Professional and they have my service for life and recommendation to anyone reading this.

Dr Miller is amazing! I can not say enough GREAT things about her and the entire practice. I've had animals my entire life as well as my entire family. Lash"s vet practice is a family tradition as my grandparents and great grandparents used them as well. The veterinary care is fine. But is anyone else getting endless emails and solicitations for various products and services? When you try to unsubscribe, you are required to download an app to do so. I’ve called and asked to be removed from the emails but it was ignored. Also a bit disappointed that the emails remind me to make appointments for my two dogs who were just there as well another dog who died in February.

they did more vaccines than necessary for an indoor cat, costing me more money. soon after, i called when my cat wasn’t feeling well. they called back the next day, when i had already scheduled an appointment with another vet. i wish they would have not given her the extra vaccines.

The whole staff is very friendly. They have been doing are farm calls and now I take my puppy there. I have never had any issues with them and refer others to take their animals. The veterinarians are very good with all our animals.

My English Bulldog recently needed emergency surgery. The staff at this office were the best! Explained everything perfectly. I even received a call a few days after her procedure to check to see if my pup was feeling ok and to check on healing. Worth every penny! Would recommend them to anyone!!

Couldn't even make an appointment! I have kittens and a adult cat that have ear mites I tried to make an appointment to get them seen to get their ears cleaned and medicated. And the receptionist decided that she was going to diagnose my kittens over the phone of what they had. They had the symptoms of ear mites and the looks of ear mites and they tried telling me that it was maggots which it was not. And kept trying to diagnose over the phone. I believe the receptionist said her name was Lisa.

Got an appointment in 1 day! Staff is very friendly & knowledgable. They have curbside service. They have 10 vets on hand. Some are farm Vets. Will come do home visits with an appointment.. i took my one rooster to get checked.. was there maybe hour & half & only cost me $87 with Medicine. I am very pleased with my service & would recommend them.

Took my dog there today for a problem. day. Also caught her up with vaccines. Was treated very kindly and professionally by all staff. Dr. Meleason is amazing. His assistant today was so helpful and friendly.

You can clearly see that the staff cares deeply for their patients. Even though one of my dogs was agitated and aggressive, the staff was still very caring. They made a stressful situation easier on my furbaby.

No stars of possible. I fully believe they're responsible for my dogs death. They put us off for far too long before they'd see him and pay attention. We made an emergency trip to see a different vet, who ultimately had to put him to sleep.

I was disappointed a couple weeks ago when we had an emergency and they didn't take us seriously. Called in at 8 am and told us probably not until 4. We went to butler vet hospital a d they took our pet immediately. 😕
