I've been getting my prescriptions here since I was a kid. No issues. As an adult I've had maybe two visits where it didn't go as planned but both were due to my insurance. Not the pharmacy itself. Most of the time the staff is very helpful and nice.

Everytime I go to pick up my prescription, its never ready. I went up tonight to pick mine and my sons up and they didnt have my sons completely ready after almost 7 hours. The sign on the drive thru window said they close at 9. I go in and the lady that I had delt with was very rude. I will no longer be going to that one. I will be going to the one in Ford City.

Absolutely horrible communication between my doctor and the pharmacy staff. I’ve had to make so many calls trying to piece together my own prescription. My last call to the pharmacy I heard that my prescription was approved by insurance but the dosage wasn’t aligned correctly with the script itself. Weird, but ok. I called my doctor and they fixed it on their end and said everything was fine. I drove to this pharmacy for the second time only to hear that my medication was in fact NOT approved and they couldn’t do anything. So is it the dosage or the insurance approval? Where is the miscommunication coming from? Complete waste of my time and honestly theirs.

Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 minutes to Walmart for anything you may need. 18 dollars for a small bottle of itch lotion is extortion and twice what Walmart is for the off brand. You wonder why these stores are closing and can’t compete against Walmart? Way higher prices for the same thing.

Nice place but the mens bathroom was filthy. I didn't really want to use it tolit was dirty sink was dirty floors were filthy. I've been to the one in Butler on route 8 and it was spotless. Send the manager in west Kittanning to Butler and show them how it is and how to clean.

Completely incompetent staff in the pharmacy. They are Incapable of doing even the most menial of jobs; probably due to their extreme laziness and lack of care to even try to please customers. Will DEFINITELY be taking my business elsewhere.
