I think my relationship with Dunkin may be over after this last order. Most of my orders for the last two years have been rather disappointing no matter what location I go to (I usually rotate between three of them). Today kinda sealed the deal though. I mobile ordered a latte with whole milk and churro syrup. What I got was a cup of iced milk with a hint of flavor. I couldn’t tell there was even coffee in the drink and the picture is after I added my own coffee. I should’ve taken it back inside and asked them to remake it but I was on my lunch break and I felt bad because the kids working were very nice. I decided to cut my losses and just throw it out. Dunkin coffee is basically water with coffee flavor and it seems like they are never consistent with recipes.

The staff is usually pretty nice…But there’s one girl there that’s always super rude to me. She wears glasses and has brown/black hair and always has a “I hate my job” look on her face. Anyways she always is rude and well I turned her into Dunkin Corporate today after being denied a free donut with a purchase of a beverage. I placed it on mobile like I always do and she said I had to make the purchase in store….but the riverhawks card says free donut with any purchase of a beverage not anything about mobile or in store. Anyway she claimed to be the manger but I know it’s christian then she denied giving me her name so I called corporate. Also she made my drink and put no flavoring in it which was def intentional.

Nice quick meals that actually taste good. Well maintained and friendly staff is always a plus and recognized as a staple of a good, professional business. These chains are not meant for sit down, take your time meals but the convenience is hard to beat. Definitely recommended

This location should not have a drive thru. People are too stupid to use it. If it's backed up, people sit on the road and block traffic to get in line. Worst setup ever.

When ordering I said "no cream filled, no cake, and no powdered donuts please". So I paid for 6 to throw 4 away. Not to mention they messed up another part of my order that I want back thru to have fixed.

Worst Dunkin I have been to. Got a large ice coffee and forgot the cold foam. I also got 2 hot coffees and asked for cream and sugar and they didn’t put any cream. I went back thru drive thru and the girl was not understanding me so they gave me a cup of creamer and told me they would remake the pumpkin spice ice coffee. So there “remake” was a small black coffee with cream.

liza i believe her name is was rude the whole time and was talking about a customer loud enough to hear anywhere in the store. i wouldn’t like someone talking about me like she did. i would not like to have her working for me. she is going to run the business downhill. will not go back till that girl is gone. i know many people and will tell them the same thing. smh

Drive thru a little slow for 6am but window service was good. Food was ok, but croissant wasn't very toasted, filling (egg & bacon) was little more than lukewarm, cheese was still cold/unrelated. So jot real impressed with temp but all was there and edible.Parking: Drive-thru is tight but possible, even for a full-size pickup with dual back wheels

Place was dirty. I had to wipe off my own table. Food and dirt all over the floor white powdered fingerprints across the wall at my table. Staff was not friendly didn't even get a greeting. Staff was too busy screwing off behind the counter. The ladies room was absolutely disgusting there was blood all over the toilet. Staff knew because two was in there before I went in. If they have free time to screw off behind the counter they have time to clean. I will not be going back to that place. I asked for the manager they said it would be 30 min waited 1hr never saw a manager.

Ordered 2 - Frozen Hot Chocolate medium drinks. Received them with No Toppings (whip cream and chocolate swirl) because "I didn't ask for them"... REALLY. Almost $10 for 2 drinks. Went inside showed them a picture of the app of what I expected and they would not just add the toppings because we touched the cups. Okay I understand, so they made us new ones. However, they were very unkind and rude with their behavior while making and handing us the new ones. We had 3 drinks and 3 pieces of lemon bread totaling over $24 for a quick snack. Sad that a fun outing ended so miserable for my kiddos.

I've never personally had a problem with this Dunkin' location other than the lack of glazed munchkins from time to time. My coffee is always made correctly and in a timely manner. The drive thru is a little on the slow side in the morning sometimes but that is due to the large amount of people and how busy they are. I worked for and managed Dunkin' locations for 4 years and know exactly how to order for the best outcome.. I know the menu, the products, and exactly what I want. Slower times are typically (not always. There are plenty of times it is the employees or lack there of) due to customers not knowing what they want or not understanding what they are ordering.

I love this Dunkin, used to get my morning coffee 4x week here, but I have a foul taste in my mouth after today. Ordered my drink and paid for it on the app. The store closes at 6 I pulled through the drive thru at 5:53. The lady came over the speaker and asked if I had the mobile order for Kaley (myself), I said yes, and she proceeded to tell me, “sorry we’re closed.” I pull through the drive thru and saw my drink sitting at the window, ready. My drink was already paid for, I simply just don’t understand why my drink couldn’t be handed to me. They denied me my coffee despite the fact that I paid for it and despite the fact that it was ALREADY MADE waiting at the drive thru window. Everyone has always been so nice and polite until my experience today… there were obviously employees there and available to take 5 seconds to hand a drink out the window, but whoever was working the drive thru could have cared less. It was really disappointing going in to my 12 hr shift with no coffee when I support this business 4 times a week.

Ive been going here for 8 years pretty regularly and everytime my coffee gets messed up and i have found one worker that aways makes my coffee right and really the only one that actually listens to you about your coffee with how you want it. Matt has been amazing and needs more recognition because he’s really the only one i enjoy making my coffee. Others have said the same about him!

Let me start by saying I'm only going to pick up my wife or friends order. I don't get anything from here so i can't comment on quality. Drive through is quick, they are polite, and so far i think they've gotten all the orders right lol. But definitely polite people!

It has been a while since I went to Dunkin donuts specifically because of the service, unfortunately today was not different. The cashier who was taking my family's order was not patient or courteous. I ordered the 2 bagel deal I didn't get to choose what I wanted and was cut short of finishing my order because he was obviously bothered by our presence. We were ordering our drinks and he gave the total when I had to say the last drink he gave a disgusted look and said size. I informed of the size and was about to ask about the bagelsHe just totaled the bill and requested payment. We paid obtained the receipt which also contained an order of 6 donuts that we did not order or receive. My husband asked the cashier a d he said just come up when you done and you can choose them and walked away. When the food was ready a young lady handed the food to my husband no drinks, so he inquired and she said they will be coming. I asked my husband to see if they had strawberry jelly no one would answer him. They literally walked away without acknowledging his presence. The donuts are not that wonderful that I am willing to subject myself or family to this complete disregard. If you work in the service industry you should be a people person. You do not have the right to be rude to patrons.

Staff is always rude. I go everyday either before or after school. Always mess my order up. Livid today Bc I’m pretty sure the milk they used in my drink has gone bad. Drink taste foul like old milk. Took one sip n tossed it out. Disgusting. Disappointed with the workers. Bad manners.
