The reason I don't recommend this store is not the staff or anything unique to this location but really the "franchise" as a whole. I've priced ALOT of hardware stores and some of the markups on even basic supplies like zip ties and other basic items are often 3 to 4 times what they are elsewhere. I've never gotten sticker shock as often as I have from this place as it has frequently been cartoonishly ridiculous as to what they charge for something I could literally walk down the street and get for a fraction of the cost. Go to Tractor Supply or really anywhere else if you can, the higher ups that run this place seem to have no clue what competitive pricing is. It seems to only stay in business in places where it is the only large hardware store in proximity, otherwise it is literally the last place I'll visit for anything.

Chris and Noah have repeatedly helped me accomplish difficult purchases in a very efficient manner. Helped me load the car and everything. Would recommend this store to anyone. Awesome staff!

I walked in and was greeted by a worker as I found the perfect cart for heavy stuff right in front of me. Another worker asked me what I was looking for and walked me to the products I needed. As I was checking out it began to back up with customers and someone recognized it quickly and got everyone through in a timely manner. The sale items are placed perfectly for impulse buys. I walked in for one thing and ended up walking out with six things. Good place to shop.

Lots of building materials that are hard to find else where around our small town. Most things are quality and are decent priced but there's also alot of items that I feel IMO are over priced too much and that's why I dropped 1 star. The employees are always nice and the girl at the register is always sweet.

Got to watch that thing at the register match the price on shelf tags. Outside of that, the staff is polite and helpful. Usually in and out quickly. Keep going back for most of my needs. Worth a look.

Most likely I won’t be back to this store I’d rather drive 20 miles to another store went in for a screen door got one where it was marked $139.99 got to the register it rang up 279.99 wouldn’t help me go get the right one cause there was only 3 of them... so if you don’t have the time to help the customer or make sure your stock is in the right place or make it right that’s bad business and I’ll save myself the aggravation and go somewhere else

BEtter than other big box improvement stores, more selection than wallmart, a true fully stocked hardware and outdoor decor store. Every contractors go to place for everything needed to build and maintain a home. If you need hardware, keys, signage, garden supplies, plumbing, tools, electronics etc., skip Tractor Supply and go here. They are always perfectly staffed and Mike and all the others somehow have every item memorized and can tell u in a second which row and shelf. CLearly numbered and perfectly organized. Best prices, they will load anything ou need for free, and they carry plants, seeds and fertilizers as well as every construction supply. Remodeling a neighbors house I've been there weekly and they are caring trusting people. Returns accepted no question. NO HASSLE, they get you back to work fast, and they can teach ou how or answer any building related questions.

They usually have just about everything you need here for most projects! Staff is always very friendly, sometimes hard to find but friendly and helpful! The new remodel is very nice and helpful once you familiarize yourself a little bit.

I love going in this store the customer service is fantastic, my only complaint is the hardware section does not have any of the smaller bolts, nuts, e clips, etc... For hobbyists.

Was greeted with a smile from 2 employees as soon as I walked in the door. Then asked the price of something and was helped right away. Only one time I had a bad expirence. The guy was so slow it was ridiculous.

This store is always out of product they need a better ordering system and they never have enough of their advertised product they always try and up sell you must be the bait and switch

Don't buy the studs. They are cracked and warped. This store in general is okay but it is sometimes out of stock on regular supplies. I usually leave somewhat frustrated because they don't have what I need.
