I can't say enough positive about this company! They truly are professionals and went above and beyond our expectations. We knew we had a leak in our old fireplace, but we didn't know how bad it was. They worked hard to repair and seal our chimney. But that was only the start. They tore out our old, oversized fireplace and built us a beautiful new electric fireplace with a gorgeous mantel and tile surround. When Ryan saw that I was an artist, he suggested we work with an interior designer to make the room into a gallery for my work. Nick and Phil are also gifted carpenters and were able to carry out the vision of the designer to make a stunning new room for us. They really cared about the details and transformed the room into a beautiful new living space for us. To top it off, Ryan, Nick and Phil were all just genuinely nice people. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I would give them more than 5 stars if possible. After a thorough and transparent evaluation process, FCP installed an EPA rated woodburner to replace my old fireplace, and managed the needed chimney repairs. Since then they’ve done two annual maintenance visits. In every case they have been utterly professional, provided documentation of all work, and left the house in great shape.

He did a thorough job and kept me informed throughout the process. Josh showed and explained everything. The fireplace looks brand new. Even Rosie our Golden Retriever made a new friend. The service provided was exceptional! From the point of our first call to FCPros all the way through the service visit, their team was clear, courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. The issue with our fireplace identified and corrected during the 1st service visit. Josh arrived when he said he would, he cleaned as he worked, wore shoe covers while in the house, and provided a detailed report on our fireplace after the service was completed. We will use this service again for our fireplace needs.

FCP is the most competent, professional, and knowledgeable team in the marketplace. Ryan guided me through the necessary steps and inspection procedures. His team (Jim and Chris) performed a complete survey at the onset and scoped out the job in detail. Installation was performed with a step by step procedure in a safe and professional manner and the installation of this pellet insert came out perfect. I needed some paperwork from their office and Carol replied immediately. I’m 40+ years in commercial construction and I’m impressed.

I have used this company for the past 6 years. They are very professional and do a great job. I was looking to buy a home years ago. I had them do an inspection because of many concerns I had about chimney, fire place and wood stove. When he called with my report he said I hope you didn’t buy that house? There were many problems. I later learned the house had a fire. I totally trust this company.

Our wood stove installation experience with FCPros was top notch start to finish. Matt performed the initial inspection and gave us solid, realistic options on which stove will work with our our fireplace set up. The crew (Nick, Phil and Elmer(?)) showed up on time, communicated well, and worked hard all day to get the stove, piping and accessories installed. The crew was pleasant to work with and kept the house clean the whole way through. The stove is a wonderful addition to our home and we have piece of mind knowing it was installed professionally and correctly. I would recommended FCpros to anyone.

Trish, the Service Supervisor who helped identify and schedule my service, was professional, super helpful in helping me understand the level of service I needed, she was pleasant, but most importantly she was honest and dependable and followed up both prior to and after my appointment. I was extremely impressed with the technician who came out to service my gas fireplace. He was friendly, knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and meticulously clean. He left my house cleaner than when he found it. I am very happy and would highly recommend FCP. My fireplace hasn’t worked in 2 years and after one service, it runs like new - and looks new too. Mark did a wonderful job cleaning our chimney and wood stove. He vacuumed out the chimney of all the soot etc. We feel very secure knowing we can use the stove safely. Also important, he arrived on time, texted me while on his way to let us know he would be here soon, and his vacuum equipment is so strong that no dust ended up in our living room.
