Purchased my Sadie at Tropical in 2019. Wish I had picked up her brother at the same time though. 4 years later, Sadie is doing great. Best pet ever owned. Update.. Feb 01, 2024. Was so happy with Sadie, I went and brought home a BFF for her from Puppies and More. I have yet to settle on a permanent name for the Pembroke Welsh Corgi. But so far, Corgi is loving his new home. breaking everything in and refusing to rest, he's very fond of water as he's attacked all the water bowls, lol. Very loveable and very very energetic. As I searched for a good match for Sadie, staff were patient and eager to help. The beauties that they provide are very well taken cared of obviously. I thank them for their help and fantastic personalities. Sadie trying to teach Corgi how to get a window seat.

The facility was clean, and dogs look well taken care of. However, there was a little girl with her mother, and the little girl was harassing and screaming in the dogs faces and jumping at the puppies to scare them, sicking her fingers in the cages. No one at the facility said a word. I couldn't watch anymore, It did make me think how much trauma the dogs go through, just from irresponsible customers. I had to leave.

Purchased an absolutely perfect Rottweiler from puppies and more two years ago. 125 pounds of perfectly placed muscle, short wide snout, wide head, robust chest and amazing temperment.

I went there to the pet shop to look for a puppy, and I fell in love with this puppy PAPTESE, black and white Jeffery that works there help us. He really likes his job and takes good care of the animals. I love my little Nicko. 💙 🐾👑 puppy boy

Young girl at counter is a joke. Couldn’t be bothered and wouldn’t let us see the dog our daughter want to see. She asked if we are buying it? Well, isn’t that why we are here and why you sell dogs? Needless to say, the Dickson city employees are a tad more pleasant. We will be buying elsewhere based off this place’s ignorance. Train your employees better. Disgusting client experience skills. Not even a greeting upon entry.If I’m paying over $2000.00 for a dog I want to introduce our family to it first. The other negative reviews I was skeptical until we witnessed it first-hand.

Great staff, Leah is upbeat, helpful, and friendly. Other staff are very good as well. They let me sit with a Dachshund pup for an hour, two separate days. In their hangout area. Very cooperative. A superb pet store with an owner who personally investigates breeders, or families, which supply the puppies. HIGH STANDARDS.

This is an excellent pet store. Idk exactly which ones (as in the names) but there 3 total. this Kingston loc, one in wb on main st, and also another store up by the price chopper in wb idr what that street is. Anyway, they are all affiliated with each other, just an fyi. So, if store A has one male of a particular breed chances are store b and c have the other brothers and sisters if they didnt sell yet. Just something to remember. if you like a particular breed but not that specific animal ur looking at, they may have other options at the other stores.Anyway, my English bulldog is now almost 3 years old. His b day is 4 20 18 lol. Hes a super happy and very healthy English bulldog. His height, length, weight are exactly where they should be in respect to the breed. A male is only supposed to weigh 55 pounds max and hes hovering right there maybe a pound or 2 more. (Hes not the super unhealthy fat show dog that weighs a min of 20lbs more than its supposed and lives to 5 years old at best). No health problems. No skin issues. Amazing personality. They had a few of them, one male sold before i got to see them all. He had 3 sisters there (within the 3 stores) and him. All the staff said he had the best personality n he def does. He really is the best dog ever.My sister used to work here for a few years when she was younger and knows the owner and knows the process more than others and also how he operates. I wouldn't have purchased this dog from him if i didn't agree with where he purchased his animals and esp certain breeds he is very particular about, i cant stress that enough. If he wanted to make many thousands of dollars a month hed always have English bulldogs for sale but he doesnt because he cares where they come from.A dog that was damn near 4 grand, is not cheap and I could go to any reputable breeder myself across the u.s. and get a dog with awards blah blah blah. I chose this store because it was obviously convenient. Just happened to have a dog I wanted when I was looking and the colors that I personally preferred.I cant say enough good things about this store. Amazing owner with great employees and well cared for animals. Thank you.

Usually Filled with children yelling and screaming for the dogs, not the employees fault though it's unpleasant. One of the employees ( I do not know her name) did not talk very clearly seemed she could've been using. I ended up having to go to another pet store for my animals food.

Went in with every intention of purchasing a Newfoundland dog they had there asked the girl if I could see him cause I was interested and told me he was already out today and walked to the back. When she came out I said so I have to buy him before I can see him? Well lost sale there for terrible customer service!! Never buying a dog from any of their stores. Drove all way there for just to be in there for 3 minuets before deciding I won't be purchasing a dog from someone that wouldn't help a customer.

I go there once in a while. Just to look, not buy. I love the puppies! They seem to be well cared for. And the store is clean. And the employees are nice, and friendly.

So I've gotten 3 dogs from this location, a puggle, and two Jack Russell's... or so i was told. When i purchased my JRT, Melvin in 2014, he is perfect. So naturally, when i went to buy my second JRT, this is where I went. $1,400 and one year later... Lola is NOT a full breed, she mixed with god knows what. Her personality is off, she acts more like a pomeranian than a JRT, she is twice the weight of a JRT, and at last 8 inches too long... plus, she's way to tall and has a monster head. I'm disappointed to say the least. As a puppy, she looked similar to Mel, just a little bigger so naturally I assumed she was older than when I got him, they even docked her tail, so i have no way of knowing if she had a normal JRT tail.If I wanted to have a mutt, I would have adopted from the SPCA.

Bad customer service -- person working ignored customers and gossiped on the phone the entire time. Puppies are said to come from "private breeders" with a rotating selection of dogs. Store was dirty.

Stop breeding dogs/animals for profit. Many animals are euthanized daily. Adopt don't shop.

Excellent curteous staff...showed us a couple of dogs and found one we wanted..explained and took us through financial options for purchase...store was clean and stocked...no pressure on sales- gave us as much time we wanted in play pens with them..

There was a German Shepherd mix pup placed in an enclosure on the floor that was skin and bones with some hair missing, I have reported it and hope something will be done about it.
