We highly recommend Bulldog Refinishing. We bought a historic home and wanted to preserve the cast-iron tub. Not only did Bulldog make it beautiful again, but the experience was excellent all around. David is a wonderful communicator and I appreciate how quickly he was able to send someone to refinish the tub after my contractor finished the bathroom.The technician took great care in our newly renovated bathroom and our home. He was polite, professional, and courteous. We love how our tub turned out! It is so bright and white! I have shared some before and after photos.

Large warehouse with a variety of vintage porcelain sinks for us to choose from. David is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He's not great with phone calls; texts are better but still not perfect. But don't give up! It's worth the effort!

Originally gave a good review, however after a couple months of use, the glazing is lifting in chip form, and around the drain of my blue colored tub that was glazed white. I spoke to them about it, and they said they would send a small amount of the glaze compound, to touch up. After three weeks of waiting, I contacted them again. He said “I’ll check” to see if he sent it out. Another two weeks went by, and no reply. So I contacted them and thanked them for nothing. I would not recommend because now the tub can’t be re glazed again, and must be replaced. Meanwhile I’m out $600.Service: Bathtub refinishing

Called for a quote on a product and he went on a racist rant over the phone for no reason. I also saw that he verbally abuses his employees on Facebook constantly. The owner also was found guilty of defrauding the USPS for over $20k in June last year. Won’t be using this company!!

The owner of this business David Steele and I had a very lengthy written and by phone conversation about what we were purchasing. He took full payment for the cabinet we ordered and over the next 11 months put us off with excuses of why it was late and continued to give us false deadlines for completion and shipment. ..And finally we had to ask for our money back and it took 2 months to get it. We drop shipped handles to him for our cabinet and he has yet to pay for them or return them. Turns out he never had what he sold us. And now he's trying to sell another cabinet with our handles on it. Don't do business with him he has no customer service skills you will be chasing him down for info. I have all my texts and emails if anyone wants to see it for backing up this review. His response to this review is unprofessional and he knows he's wrong. Again it's been weeks with you saying you were sending the money for the handles. You have not responded to us or kept us informed as usual. Not complaining! Just leaving a review as to help other people when they are making the decision on whether or not to do business with your company. Had you given us all of our money back that we were out there would have been no review. You didn't earn one penny of that $50 so why should I let you keep my money?

Dave was very knowledgeable, he was always able to communicate even while he was uncomfortably ill and understaffed. It was finished at the exact time we needed it and came out exactly the way we asked and he even gave us other suggestions that tailored to our situation. The man (Owner) needs some major anger management classes. I called for a quote, after waiting a week¿ i received a call back. I had already sold a very rare tub, toliet, matching sink, and some tile to a competitor. Since He has been calling me non stop. Ive had to block him. He even showed up at the one of the units i needed a quote on. I had to have my husband threaten to call the police. . I pitty whomever uses his company. He is very rude and SHADY!! I know he is going to come back with some nasty response but I will leave it at that. Hope you find an attitude adjustment, as well as work on your business an people skills. STAY AWAY!!!

I texted the owner that I am ready to purchase a tub last week. Asked questions about the different types and measurements which he answered promptly. When I for pictures of an actual tub I could purchase, he said he would get back to me. On Monday he said he hadn't gotten to his warehouse. I called on Tuesday and he said he would be getting back to me. It is now the end of the week and I texted him a couple of days ago and did not get a reply. Don't waste your time and find a reputable business.Also, if you note the reply, the owner blames me for not responding in a timely manner. Here is the exchange of our texts for readers to make up their own mind. I called and spoke to him on Tuesday. Yesterday is Thursday Feb 24th when I didn't get a reply to my third inquiry.. I waited the entire week before leaving this review.
