They do a fantastic job at this store. I've been ordering groceries online and picking them up in-person from here for years. Their employees have always been extremely friendly, customer service is excellent, food is fresh, and they consistently get my order correct. If something isn't in stock, they almost always pick a replacement that makes sense for my needs (unlike many other online grocery shopping experiences...). They even organize and bag everything so it's easier to put into the fridge/pantry! 5 stars!

This is for the floral department. For $20 I got the most beautiful arrangement and wrapping. I came early in the morning and a young lady helped me so kindly rewrap the flowers. I will be coming back to get all my flowers from wegmans! So happy with the flowers!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent experience at Wegmans store, which has left a lasting negative impression on me and my family.On 1st of January 2024, my wife (28 years old), our 1.5-year-old baby, and I (35 years old) visited your store with the intention of purchasing some items to celebrate our baby's recovery from illness. Our shopping list included food, toys for the baby, and a bottle of champagne to mark the occasion.Upon reaching the cashier, we were asked to provide identification for the purchase of the champagne, in accordance with Wegmans policy. I complied, presenting my ID, but when the cashier noticed my wife, he also requested her ID. Unfortunately, my wife had left her ID in the car. This is not an uncommon scenario for us, as we communicate in another language, and sometimes details like this escape our attention. I complied, leaving the bottle behind and proceeding to purchase the remaining items. Baby became capricious and wife went into the car with him. I've tried to buy champagne once again without them. At this point, Manager Nate intervened and decided to restrict the sale of the champagne. However, the confusion and frustration led me to seek clarification from Manager Nate about Wegmans' ID policy, especially considering a similar situation had occurred without incident on a prior visit.Manager Nate (also he looks pretty young, not sure if he is 19) quickly invited another manager, Chase, to join the conversation. To my surprise, they not only refused to sell me alcohol but also informed me that I was banned from the store. I tried to understand the rationale behind this decision and requested clarification on the duration of the ban, but my inquiries were met with laughter and a lack of professionalism.In an attempt to rectify the situation, I left the store to retrieve my wife's ID from the car. Baby was crying and I drove them back home and returned in 20 minutes with both IDs, ready to purchase the champagne as per your policy. However, I was once again denied the sale, with no clear explanation provided. This process was not only unprofessional but also felt arbitrary and discriminatory.I asked for clarification on the specific rule or guideline that warranted such actions, but all that was presented to me was the general policy about age verification. Furthermore, when I requested to make a photo of Manager Chase's badge, he refused, hided it and walked away, further adding to the lack of transparency and professionalism displayed.This entire experience left our family deeply disappointed and disheartened. Our baby had been unwell over the Christmas period, leading to canceled celebrations and plans with friends. The day we visited your store was meant to be a small but significant celebration of his recovery. Instead, it turned into a distressing encounter with Wegmans' store policies and management.I sincerely hope that you take the time to investigate and address this matter promptly. As a loyal Wegmans customer, I believe in the importance of constructive feedback and hope that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents from happening to other customers in the future.

A few evenings ago I wanted to purchase distilled water for a couple humidifiers in our home. After seeing a few gallon jugs on the shelf, I knocked on the door of the grocery back room and a employee by the name of Jamie offered assistance. I explained that I was looking for cases of distilled water because of my need. I explained that I thought I could purchase them in cases of three. He said he would look into it by inquiring in the back. When he returned I realized that he did not even work in Grocery, but continued to go beyond the call of duty to assist me with my need. Shortly, another gentleman walked out of the back room who was obviously assisting Jamie by the name of Adam. They were both amazing!! They asked me to wait for a few minutes and they would have the water for me. Adam within 5 Minutes or less was coming out of the door and both he & Jamie put the boxes on the bottom of my shopping cart and checked to see if I needed more assistance with handling it. After explaining that I could handle things, I thanked them both and both wished me a good evening. Adam went back to what he was working on in Grocery and Jamie walked off to another department.This explains why Wegmans has always been a “happy place” for me!! Thank you Wegmans for the Customer Service training you provide your employees, it definitely shows.

Rude older lady in the morning at the cafe. I usually just take my breakfast sandwich and leave without having to talk to anyone, the one i wanted wasn’t out yet so I asked her if there would be any today. She rudely said “they’re right there” like i was blind or stupid. she then told me she doesn’t open until 7 which is fine except she said it in a scolding tone. 2 stars cause i like the store and most the employees.

One of the best grocery chains in the area. Always well stocked and clean and covers pretty much everything. Their cafeteria has one the best pizza and the associates are helpful and welcoming. Plenty of parking in the area. Their international section is very well thought and have nice selections. Also their cheese and charcuterie boards are a must try.

My family and I visited this Wegman while we were in King of Prussia to get some fruits for my child. They have great selections of fruits and vegetables, I did stop by to get coffee and it was pretty good.

Fresh is quite good and prices are same when compared to other stores. The organic section is little pricy. Baby food spread is less. You will not find Gerber food pouches but they have plum and some other brands. It gets crowded at times and seems to be a rush on a weekend. He bakery section is huge and looks appetizing. Parking is good and spacious. The Aisles have clear boards which makes it easy for navigating for specific stuff.

This store is a reason to keep ordering through instacart. I won't be ordering from the Acme through them because I'm sure they'll be out of stock on some things (bad experience with replacements).Wegman's had every item I ordered, the fruit was top shelf (fresh and pretty), and their pulled pork & coleslaw made an excellent sandwich. I can hardly wait to taste their other goodies!

It's 8am. Wegmans has just started stocking shelves now? Ridiculous! When I come after work, the produce is rotting on the shelves. If you come early, nothing is out. This Wegmans produce department has gotten so bad. Going to Giant.

I usually like Wegmans but am very disappointed in my recent shopping experience. My wife and I tried to purchase NON alcoholic wine from there and they refused to sell it to me because my wife didn't have her ID. They then lied and told me it's state law. It's not state law, I have purchased non alcoholic drinks many times at many places and never has anyone asked for ID let alone my wife's . Also I am 44 and my wife is 39! I had my id and more importantly again it is non alcoholic?!! I purchased non alcoholic wine at the liquor store and they didn't ID me. I purchased non alcoholic mock tails from Wegmans and they did they didn't ID me. But today they refused my purchase because my obviously way above 21 year old wife who was with me didn't have hers?? Stop telling people it's state law, just say it's your policy and honestly change it. Adults should not have to show ID to buy non alcoholic drinks and they most certainly should not have to have their significant other show theirs. Do better Wegmans management!

Wegmans is a grocery buying experience! This store manages to bring together several different types of food at very reasonable prices with a very high quality. We've been shopping here for years and it remains our store for stocking up all of the essentials. We get other products from local stores when we need to fill in. Our only complaint about this store is that there are not enough Wegmans around. Judging from the crowds that we see at this store, many people feel the way that we do.

Many people come for the shopping centers my hometown has to offer. And grocery shopping is so easy with WEGMANS around.Wegmans has been my HAVE to go grocery shopping center. It has dominated all other stores and made them go bankrupt or have low income. When people come and travel around this area they need to go to WEGMANS.Many varieties of one single item. Has vegetarian options in its own area in the store. Has a restaurant, pizza place, hoggie store, salad bar, suishi area, and a buffet. It has many beer and wine options. Has all necessities such as toiletries, kitchens tools and other things, and has BALLOONS. It’s sells everting.Cleanliness and service are so good, bathrooms are well maintained so for the dinning areas.

Visited this location for the first time today and was really amazed with the wide selection that they had of everything! It is the first regular grocery store which I have discovered Vital Wheat Gluten at, so I will definitely be back to get more of that. I noticed a lot of off the beaten path items that I have seen listed as ingredients in my many vegan cookbooks. The produce section seemed very fresh and well stocked. When it came time to check out the speed and kindness of the cashier were excellent. Although there were a decent amount of people there for a Sunday mid-day, the atmosphere did not feel too crowded. I would say about 60 percent of customers had a mask on.

Everyone who knows me knows I love wegmans. And will drive out of my way to go to one. I am not sure what has happened to this wegmans over the last year but the QUALITY is seriously lacking for the cost they charge. The produce is always out of stock or moldy. The fruit is always leaking and the “out of container” vegetables reek of stale water remnants. The dairy sections are always under stocked and there is scattered items about the store. This wegmans seems to be going down on a sinking ship and I’m sad to have to either drive to Jersey for the next closest one or start shopping elsewhere.

Prices have increased everywhere, however, wegmens has increased prices much more than other grocery stores on many products. Also, wegmens has gotten to the point where its generic wegmens brand is completely dominating the shelves. It used to be nice because for certain things the generic brand was fine and the price difference was greater, but now the prices are similar to the branded products and there seems to be much more wegmens branded items and less of other brands. (Especially well researched brands and not just the mainstream ones) When grocery stores approach food manufacturers to make the generic brand they do not try to go above and beyond with product ingredients, it’s just a matter of using the most standardized recipes and often times this means using bad ingredients. I’d rather spend more and see local brands on the shelves and less of wegmens generic brand.

Quality of this location has plummeted since it opened several years ago...Dirty, surley staff.... And why has every suoermarket deli in the world decided that taping the lunchmeat plastic bag slide over with the price label that has the stickiest adhesive ever invented - it"s so strong that to remove the price label to open the bag requires you to conpletely destroy the bag, resulting in dried out lunchmeat and cheese two days laterGrrrrrr....

Very nice store. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Great produce department with plenty of variety. The Asian section has Angelo Pietro Salad dressings. The selection of items in the Asian department is excellent. Fast and friendly staff. Checkout was great.

HIGHLY INSULTED BY CONDESCENDING GIRL NAMED JESS WHO REFUSED TO SELL ME A SIX PACK OF COORS LIGHT TELLING ME I WAS INTOXICATED SHE COULD SMELL IT ON ME!I JUST HAD LUNCH AT TRUE FOOD AND A BEET JUICE TO DRINK. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT WEGMANS AGAIN AND NOT THE CONCORDVILLE OR DOWNINGTOWN LOCATION. LONG TIME SHOPPER HAD A CARTFUL OF FOOD. WAS IT BECAUSE I HAD A SHAMROCK PLANT AND I AM IRISH? I FEEL I WAS RACIALLY PROFILED. AND ANOTHER VERY STRANGE THING IS SHE HAD HER MIND MADE UP BEFORE I EVEN APPROACHED HER BECAUSE I WENT OUT TO CAR TO GET MY ID. SO WHY WAS MY CART OVER THERE BY THAT GIRL WHEN I HAD NOT BEEN NEAR HER?HOW COULD SHE SMELL IT ON ME WHEN I WASNT EVEN NEAR HER? AND FOR THE RECORD, I DO NOT DRINK, I WAS BUYING IT FOR COMPANY. I love the catering department at this location of Wegman's! I have hosted several events that I need to cater for 50-150 and they always come through for me.
