Clean store; good selection. We did our basic weekly grocery shopping here this time. The lack of grocery bags is killer, however. I would consider doing my weekly grocery shopping here if it wasn't for that. Instead, I do the majority of my grocery shopping where they give me bags for my groceries.

Good selection of products here at not so bad prices.Much more online of course.Parking is right outside the door so no problems there.There isn't much more to say.Basically, you go in, get your stuff, pay and walk out.Don't forget the 'pay' part or that could land you in trouble.

Backstory first so this may make more sense. I got sick and went to the hospital with a really nasty infection. Spent a solid week on iv antibiotics treating that and my just then discovered diabetes and was generally loopy throughout. I had so many questions about the process because when I was discharged I was just so exhausted that I didnt know what to ask and just didn't know what I didnt know. The tech, I think his name was Paul, was so kind and helpful answering everything he could and helping me pick out the supplies I needed. It was so refreshing to see someone who seems to genuinely care about his job and the people he was helping. And the patience he showed with another customer who was bordering on being a Karen was that of a saint.

After several visits, it is clear that this is a below average Walmart. The pick up service is routinely delayed and then can take 10min to an hour to receive your groceries upon arrival.

My experience with Walmart has consistently been positive. The variety of products, competitive prices, and convenient locations make it my go-to choice for shopping. I will legitimately never return to this location in my lifetime. As an Arab minority, I was completely disrespected by a store associate and her manager on a level that way beyond imaginable. They were both yelling at me and argued with me for about an hour in the store, so much so, that TWO other managers needed intervene; which did not suffice - to say the least. The ironic part is that the manager, Jocelyn, who refused my return initially - ended up being the only manager who could properly issue the return ultimately. So, had she simply done her job, as she should have, I would have not been disrespected in such a public setting. I followed up with customer service, as directed by management and Walmart Corporate ultimately hung up on me. All in all, The entire ordeal lasted multiple hours. The entire ordeal could have been completely avoided, if Jocelyn was not so apathetic towards her job. She simply just did not care to be of customer service.

Over the past few years this place keeps consistently getting worse and worse. Its crazy the people there are making almost double minimum wage but have ZERO customer service ability. Nobody on the floor can ever help with anything nobody ever at any stations like electronics or hunting. And they keep hiring the most incompetent people in the deli

Me and my family had a good experience at Walmart in KOP, we found everything we need over there also our better experience was at the moment we get to the cashier OMG what a sweet lady named Amy ❤️ she is so sweet and compassionate she has a wonderful customer service she helped us a lot organizing our shopping car and gave us some tips of how better organized our stuff i wish we can tips her at that moment but they can accept tips next time I go there I’ll look for Amy again ❤️ we need more people like her to make a better world 🌎❤️

I normally go to Walmart in East Norriton but their customer service is horrible so I will try not to go there unless I have too!Today, I went to the one located in King of Prussia, PA and got help from Dee in customer service who was very friendly. Dee had me in and out in no time!

I was shopping here a few nights ago, and there were no cashiers. Customers with carts full of items were forced to use self checkout, where there were only paper bags available to use. It was a mess.

Worst Walmart Store. Worst Customer Service at this store. On Dec 11th early in the morning I went to shop around 300 dollars worth of items (around 50 items) and due to the lazy Manager David on shift that day refused to open the check out counter & asked me to self check out all the 50 plus items by myself even though there were 6 to 7 employees in the store. Also, there were no customers in the store except me at that time. I just had to leave the cart with 50 plus items in it that I had picked up after wasting an hour or more. Bunch of lazy Managers and workers. Not all but these type of folks are a disgrace to any place they work at. Shame on them.

Due to its location “King Of Prussia” you would think it’s a store that is top notch and have things in order. Out of all the Walmart’s I been to, this is the only store that never has SHOPPING BAGS for its customers. YES you read this right “NO SHOPPING BAGS” so customers beware, if you enter this store you will be walking out bag-less. If they do have supplies this is the only Walmart in the area that makes you pay for shopping bags. I suggest customer not to come here, I had to help 2 elder people carry out their shopping because I felt so bad they couldn’t carry items to their car. Very sad of the hardship the employers make customers go through. Someone is either too cheap to re-order or management keeps forgetting to order them. Out of all the things you would not expect from “King Of Prussia” REALLY plastic shopping bags.

Anyone else see the pictures? Why is there a Walmart worker taking a piss in the bathroom as a picture of the bathrooms that's not funny and honestly you're going to offend the Women that shop there nothing about that was funny and if you work at this Walmart and posted that picture (not to be a Karen) should be fired for disrespecting your Job. Shows how loose you really are and should be thrown out not let go dragged out in front of everyone and I'd like that Job if offered.I love this Walmart and really don't appreciate your lack of respect for it that's seriously not funny.

I come here because I'm autistic and it's a safe place and I'm familiar with the greeter lady.I just have one complaint. There's a lady who's walking around wearing all black and approaching customers about a "walmart gift certificate". Pretty sure that's a scam. Might want to look into it. This is the second time in a month she's approached me. Weird.

If you ever go for curbside pickup, bring a book. A long book. We waited over an hour and finally gave up and cancelled the order. Ridiculous. Had better success inside where I didn't have to depend on any employees.

Went to get stuff for burritos for dinner. All of them were like this. Gross. Makes me wonder what else they sell out of date. This Walmart also has a very limited selection of what they have in stock most of the time. Everything they have is the bulk sized items. I’m at Walmart, not Costco!

The wost service ever... First I waited around 25 minutes for help to get a light bulb for my car, I was bagging for help all around the store... when finally someone shows up I ask for a Light bulbs with a price mark on 23.88 so when I walked to pay the price increase to 45.88 and then the cashier calls for the manager and a woman and a man shows up and they just told me the price is 45.88, you never gonna get that product on the other price like telling me I'm trying to stealth or cheat here This guy is the manager of the store at this time 6:27 pm. He told me that's the price like I was bothering him so much... and treating me like a thief. He is managing the store you can take your own conclusions. I feel very bad and frustrated right now. KENNETH is the name of this gentlemen.

Its a nice Walmart compared to several I've been at. With Covid19 the shelves were pretty bare of cleaning supplies but I actually got my hands on 1 of the 3 Lysol they left. I got my mini me with me thinking she's funny with the eye crossing.
