Always having to stop at Home Depot for something or another. I love this one in King of Prussia the best because everyone there is always so very helpful and friendly. It's never a hassle for them here.

I had a fantastic experience at Home Depot! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making my shopping easy. The store had a vast selection, and I found everything I needed for my home improvement project. The prices were reasonable, and the checkout process was efficient. Overall, a great shopping experience – I'll definitely be back for my future home improvement needs!

Concerning Experiences at Home Depot Kids WorkshopI recently attended the Home Depot Kids Workshop at the King of Prussia location, and I feel compelled to share my experiences which have raised concerns about inconsistent service standards.During the January 2024 workshop, I understood and respected the policy requiring children to be present to receive a workshop kit. However, I couldn't help but notice several parents, all of whom were non-Asian, receiving kits despite their children's absence. This discrepancy in policy enforcement was disheartening.The March 2024 workshop further solidified my concerns. I witnessed a parent being given two identical kits for a single child and another receiving two different kits, while my own child, who was present, was denied the opportunity to choose a preferred plant start kit due to "limited quantity". It was particularly disappointing as these parents, unlike myself, were not minorities.I am left to question whether there is a double standard in the service provided at the Home Depot Kids Workshop. My daughter and I, as part of a minority group, simply seek equal treatment and the same courteous service extended to all customers.I am not familiar with the name of the receptionist in question, an elderly lady with white hair, but I feel it is important for Home Depot to address and rectify these inconsistencies. All other staff members have been very kind, and it is my hope that this feedback will lead to a more equitable experience for all families attending the workshops.

I went there for the sole purpose of copying a front door house key. Got four different copies. Different patterns cost different prices ($3.5-$5.5). It's a self-service machine, there was no line, it was very self-explanatory, and all the keys worked well at home. All in all, a success.

Do not use Home Depot for installations. The sales staff was very professional but any customer satisfaction stopped there. It was extremely difficult to schedule a storm door installation. I had to schedule the installation for only one time (7AM) and very limited days which were convenient for the installer. Not me.The installer did a sloppy job and didn’t finish off the job properly. I also paid an additional $54 to have screws installed in the door frame (Secure Brickmold) or the one year installation warranty would be void. Those screws were never included in the installation.Home Depot also installed new windows in my entire house. It took three sets of different windows until the windows were finally delivered and installed. First they were not measured properly and then didn’t include argon gas or insulation. Two of the special order windows were not installed properly resulting in leaks and window damage. The installer was fired from Home Depot due to that install screw up. Home Depot has reneged on multiple promises to replace these improperly installed windows.Management has not returned multiple phone calls and emails to discuss the issue.Home Depot used to be all about Customer Service and Satisfaction. Unfortunately the company has given up that motto and now appears to only be interested in bean counting.

Man O man.... I went to Home Depot (with my blown light in hand) to purchase replacement light strips for the company bathroom and was completly confused. Of course I've purchased regular lightbulbs but have never purchased light strips.In the middle of my confusion an associate name James appeared and helped me out. To some folks it might seem like it's not a big deal but to me it was.James took the time to show me what the numbers & letter on my old light strip meant. He looked thru the area and informed me of my options.He also let me know that it's okay not to know something and "we can learn daily and all we have to do is be open to it." This is soooo true.Going forward this Home Depot will now be my location off choice.EXCELLENT customer service James!! I found out he it's from Baltimore and I want to give him a BIG.... SHOUTOUT!!!Fantastic hire Home Depot!

I come to this home to leave merchandise. (painting) for truckers, this home depot has a lot of space, apart from that it is located in the main avenues. The staff that recive are very friendly. In general, like any place, you can drop your deliry without problems.

nice store, i went it for rugs but couldnt find any latest designs. quite old. the staff was good but rest of the things felt pricey when compared to other stores. so watch out and compare before you buy something here.

Currently Home Depot has a pretty great selection of affordable appliance combos. I really do enjoy going to different stores, because they all gove you a vastly different experience. From the organization and tidyness to the way the associates treat you every store is completely different.

Been buying and renting stuff here for years. This guy came out of nowhere asking us to pay the stuff we have in our hands while browsing stuff that's outside. Lol 😆Edit: Went to a different homedepot in Plymouth meeting and wheelbarrows weren't chained. And no, we didn't steal them. 🤣

Jeff at the christmas tree section was a huge help. Great friendly service and made sure the tree was secure to my roof. Highly recommend going to this Home Depot in king of Prussia and seeing Jeff. He’s in the christmas spirit in his Ralphie bunny suit so you can’t miss him.

The staff was EXTREMELY helpful. I bought a large fireplace that i would not have been able to get into my car much less on the cart. They did EVERYTHING even waited at check out and organized my back seat so it can fit perfectly with my double stroller then insisted on opening my door for me like a gentleman I couldn’t be more happy with the service here!!!!!

It is fine. Typical Home Depot. Had what I wanted and I could locate it relatively easily. Good location and easily accessible. I like that they have self checkouts (which I don’t believe Lowe’s has yet for some reason). Relatively easily to get help and folks are generally friendly and knowledgeable.

They wouldn't cut the 2 pvc pipes that I needed cut. Was told to buy a bunch of smaller pipes or buy a cutter and do it myself. Just going to go somewhere where I can get what I want for the price I want. Won't be back.

The absolute worst, most disrespectful customer service from Kim, Jined and Caroline. I asked a simple question about where the gardening department was and they simply do not have the courtesy nor kindness to help in a respectful manner. They began laughing and mocking me for not knowing where they have their gardening department. When I asked them why they were do rude they told me to get out of the store and not return. They’re racial jerks and I’m going to Lowe’s and never coming back here again. Management clearly doesn’t know how to hire appropriately.

I would give 0 starts if I could. My husband and I had an appointment with Frank, the kitchen designer at the King of Prussia location. I canceled things on my schedule to meet him, I had my kitchen measurements, ideas and everything written down. From the moment we got there (he knew we were coming in because again, we made a formal appointment with him) he didn't even bothered to open his computer!!!! He said he could not do anything until Home Depot comes over to my house and take the measurements (which costs 129$). I said I had the measurements and I wanted to see kitchen ideas before signing my kitchen renovation with Home Depot, and, if the professional measurements has to be done first, why the kitchen manager scheduled us an appointment with Frank? I told him I had an idea of the cabinets I wanted and he pointed at some cabinets that were at the store inside a carboard box! How can I see something that is completely packed? He barely looked at us and did not make any effort to help. I don't know if he does not know how to work with the computer or if he just did not want to do it, based on his attitude, is seems like a little bit of both. I left he store fuming because it was a total waste of time and he was so disrespectful!!!! I called the manager and explained what happened and they apologized and asked for me to make an appointment with a different designer! I actually made an appointment with a different company, it was a great process, my kitchen will be ready in 3 months and Home Depot lost a 73K kitchen renovation due to Franks lack of professionalism!

Good luck finding someone to help you in this place.Jim in plumbing is possibly the only employee who cares and is not trying to hide from customers.Walk down an aisle that has someone in an orange apron and they will not make eye contact with you and/or pretend they are busy.It's not going to change, the store already has you in the door and the place makes money...so why improve customer service?Can we pay for customer service

Customer service has slacked here. Some know what they're doing. Most do not. Today I stood for 20 seconds across the checkout counter from the 20 something writing on her notepad. I eventually had to tap the counter to even let her know I was there. Then I asked her where I could find yard bags. The paper ones. She didn't know. She looked it up and sent me to the storage area inside. Once I found a competent employee, she told me that the yard bags were in the department that I had just left. The department that the 20 something should know something about. Waste of my time

Awesome store here in King of Prussia. I have visited this store many times and I find the customer service great, staff are friendly and easy accessible. Love their rental tool department. Plenty of parking and 2 min drive to King of Prussia Mall, 76 and 422.

I ordered Ryobi ONE+ two piece drill set. I ordered it online a month ago as I ordered ahead of time, as I get ready for a project. I opened to box today and to my surprise, I only have the 1/2 drill driver and the 1/4 impact driver with battery missing. It is also missing one drill bit. I paid this in full during the promo period. So disappointing

This is my first time ever writing a google review, but I want to warn others...please DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE from Home Depot. I bought a washer/dryer because my dryer had broken. I chose a pair that could be delivered within a week. When the delivery team came, the dryer had a huge dent in the front. They took the items back and told me someone would call for a replacement. It took over a week and half to get a replacement. We finally got our washer/dryer and the washer is defective. When I called to inform Home Depot, they said a technician needed to evaluate it. So I waited a week for a technician to come and tell me that the washer is defective. A few days later I received a recorded call stating that a new washer would be delivered on a particular date a week out. That date did not work for me, so I called and they changed the date. Now they inform me that they have no documentation of this call, and I am waiting over a week to get a replacement. It has been a month since I ordered, and I still do not have a functioning washer/dryer. The most upsetting part is that Hope depot has no way of expediting any of this (the delivery, the technician, anything). I strongly advise that you DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCE FROM Home Depot.
