Took my puppy there for a haircut, she was matted from the shelter. I told them to just do what they can since shes still a puppy, but when I got there all they had done was give her a bath and they claimed she was too out of control to be shaved. I know I said do what you can, but her ears and nails weren’t even done! Mind you, I came in a couple times before my appointment to have my puppy familiarized with the area and when I was asked to drop her off an hour early so they would have more time to cut her hair I went ahead and moved my busy work schedule around to compensate. They still charged me 70 bucks and refused to give me a refund after lying about not being able to shave her because it could mess up her hair, she’s a poodle mix, she needs to be shaved when she gets matted. These people are lazy and rude just like everyone else in King of Prussia, don’t waste your time!

Horrible Do not let "Lauren TwentyFiveLbs E" groom your dog. Suggested to acquire package to work easier around because my dog's fur was matted due to her having to wear a cone agreed to the package to help but left her patchy, didn't notify of any other extra services done to my dog until after, and didn't even ask if I was okay with it. My dog's eye was shut closed when coming home and got an eye infection while at the grommers. Nicole, the store manager, was too busy to come and deal with the matter, so she instructed one of her coworkers to do so and provide me with a free eye solution, this did not solve my problem. Simply awful customer service and experience. If you care about your fur babies do not, bring them here.

never taking my dog to get groomed here again. she came home with small/large scratches all over her body that turned into scabs a couple days later. they were too agressive with brushing or washing. there was no allergic reaction, they probably brushed her too hard. i dont know what happened they told me my dog behaved well.

DO NOT USE GROOMING COMPLETE UN EXPERIENCED RUDE AMATEURS! Nicole and Melissa in grooming lacked skill and professionalism. Was quoted 77$ for service then at drop off was told I have to pay for a “ defurminator” I refused a defurminator because of vet and many other real professionals are against it due to injuries and the fact it cuts top coat plus it wasn’t needed because she’s not a heavy shedder in winter. They did it against my wishes and tried charging me 140$ ! My dog has patches throughout her coat, her paw pads were not trimmed, and they shaved one leg not to mention they gave her back still wet ! And tried to argue they have so many years of “ experience “ what a joke. If it wasn’t for Jake actually listening to my concern and seeing the damage I would of lost all respect for petsmart.

*Grooming*I bought a puppy booklet filled that offered a bunch of coupons and deals. One which offered a free puppy bath. I was hesitant at first because of all the terrible stories you hear on the news about groomers. Although, the people that took care of my puppy were so pleasant! We were able to get some shopping done at the target while he was getting pampered. It took about 4 hours. He got a bath, anal glands done, nails clipped and ears cleaned. Even gave him a little bandana. Highly recommend. Very nice ladies that work there.

Im writing this review months after purchasing my leopard gecko. Now, I’m not one to support businesses like this however I saw my gecko laying under the reptile carpet since there was one hide in there, ONE! A singular gecko needs at least 2-3, a warm hide, a cool hide and a humid hide for shedding. But one hide for two geckos is unacceptable. Though, luckily the individual who was helping me to purchase my gecko was very knowledgeable. Isn’t it sad that this company’s workers are more knowledgeable than the company itself, than the people running it? The photo below is him relaxing on my daughter’s hand, he is much happier and healthier in his 30 gallon tank with multiple hides. Geckos and other living things shouldn’t constantly be in their tank unless they’re an amphibian like frogs, they need to explore and get enrichment. Honestly, this company needs to stop prioritizing money and supporting breeders who mass produce these poor guys for a quick buck. Furthermore, make sure those who purchase an animal know what they’re doing because exotic animals like reptiles and hamsters get mistreated way too much. Start doing research before purchasing people.

They refused to sell me my dogs prescription food because apparently his prescription card expired over a year ago and I wasn't aware...but they have sold me the SAME EXACT FOOD for the past YEAR! I've been going there and they never brought it to my attention before, until my last visit there. So I couldn't even buy the food because I had to get his vet to fax over an up to date prescription which had me wait too long I ended up leaving with nothing. So I had to feed my dog something else (I hope this didn't cause issues on his health). My dog has been on the same diet for over 2 years, they could have looked into my account and see in my purchase history that I've been buying the same exact food, even when the prescription was expired! I don't know the names of the 2 that poorly handled my issue, but the one was a dorky red headed cashier, and the other was I believe the manager, younger kid with a beard.

Save your money and find somewhere better. I understand its convenient, but the quality and condition in which they house the animals are horrible. Moreover, the customer service is NOT there. I interacted with an associate Rachel who seemed more passionate about lecturing me on a process that in the first 30 seconds I understood, acknowledged, and apologized for as their system was NOT straightforward. Her unwillingness to assist as per her job function and me reaching out was mind-blowing, especially given my 15 yrs of experience in retail and customer service. The customer is NOT always right. However, when a customer reaches out for help, DO YOUR JOB and assist them! It will create a lesser need for lectures!

I placed an order for BOPIS. When I came to pick up my order, the lady told me that my order was cancelled. I told her that I never received an email regarding the cancellation. I also told the lady that it was not even past 3 days of the pickup. The lady was nice enough to fill my order again. When she gave the order that she just filled to me, I didn't think I should check. So I never checked until a few weeks later. When I finally reached to the bag (my order), I realized that she did not include 3 of Milk-Bone GravyBones Dog Treat All Ages - Chicken, Beef, Liver, Bacon and 3 of Milk-Bone Dog Treat All Ages - Original. I was upset that I didn't get all of the items that I ordered. I didn't feel like going back to deal with the hassle and the chaos at the store. Anyway, lessons learned. If I am going to come back to the store again, I will make sure I will check each item before I will leave the store. Frankly, I don't think I want to come back to this store. It was not a good experience for me.

This has been my number one place to take my dog to get groomed, however, now out of the blue my dog is now ranked dog aggressive and they will no longer take him. If that was the case they should’ve said that during the last visit instead of telling me he was a good boy and how much they love taking care of him. Not over the phone when I try to make an appointment, it’s very unprofessional of them my dog has NOT EVER been aggressive towards any dogs or people.

Had an online order. Was told by an employee to wait over in a designated area. That employee then left for the day, and I stood there without being helped for about 10 minutes, watching other customers get rung out as I stood and waited for my already prepared online order. Terrible customer service. You don’t tell a customer you’re about to help them and then leave for the day. Awful.

Should be Zero stars. Grooming department is unprofessional and zero people skills. Had an appointment for grooming but rabies vaccines expired 2-days earlier. Vaccines are with Banfield which is PetSmart so why didn’t they know my dog needed a rabies vaccines? It is always something with their grooming department. They need to know how a business runs. Corporate establishment that doesn’t care about who they hire.

I purchased a bag of pet treats that were clearly defected, possibly tampered with. I took time out of my busy day to simply exchange them for a new package. However the store manager, Jake, in King of Prussia, refused to allow me to simply exchange them for a new bag same size. He was very rude and insisted on charging me more money for the exact same product. I contacted the corporate office and spoke to Christina. She assured me that this was wrong of PetSmart however I received no help or email response that I was promised. I will no longer be shopping here or referring PetSmart products to my clients.

My kitty was diagnosed with urinary crystals. Her vet wanted me to use a new prescription wet food, but she kept vomiting it back up. The guy at PetSmart KoP recommended a wet food (non-prescription) that was less $$. My girl is feeling SOOO much better now!!ONE HAPPY BABY, thank u PetSmart guy!!

Went to get the basic stuff for our first dog. The store is great with lots of options in stock. Mellisa(she is also one of the trainers) helped us with all our requirements and patiently explained us all the dos and don’ts while buying things.

The facility is clean and the animals are well taken care of. This PetSmart has aquariums, spiders, crickets, snakes, geckos, birds and fishes. On top of cats and dogs! The Banfield is probably the BEST and DESERVE 5 stars! Shout out to Brittany for helping me with my dogs medications!

I went in to PetSmart for a specific product that I needed for a friends cat's ears And they didn't have very much to choose from the shelf was cleaned out of any ear cleaning products. However one of the employees was very helpful and we both found product in the dog section that actually can also be used for the cats. She was very helpful and I'm glad I was able to find something to help relieve the cats ears.Great selection of cat toys and treats.

Lauren the groomer did a terrible job, didn't follow instructions. My dog's hair still looks the same and she couldn't take even a knot out. Took her here multiple time and the good groomers are gone. I will never go back. Bad service, take your dog somewhere else.
