My 8 week pure breed pit bull, Sage, had her first visit to the vet! Dr. Robinson and all other staff members are pleasant and attentive. Very knowledgeable, and true pet lovers! The facility is CLEAN to the point where the floor gets mopped (immediately) in between each client check in with the Doctor. Payment plans and memberships are very cost efficient and alleviate future potential costly visits!

Just got off the phone with receptionist Kim who was extremely rude and dismissive of me calling to ask about options for my sick dog. In a 2 minute call she told me they did not have any appointments today 3 different times (I understood the first time), implied that our dog wasn’t a patient (we’ve been taking him for years), and told me our dog could have kennel cough and and immediately said she couldn’t diagnose him over the phone (obviously).My husband also heard the call and we were both truly shocked by how rude she was. I hope Kim is made aware of how upsetting it is to be treated like this during an already stressful time of dealing with a sick pet. This interaction has totally turned us off from KOP vet.

I have been taking both of my dogs to KOP Vet for six years. From my first visit, the staff have treated my boys and I like family. Up front, Kim and Nicole are always warm, welcoming and patient with my very excited boys. They tag team to check us in and out. Nicole does check in/out while Kim plays with the boys. Jimmy the new manager has been great as well, it feels like he’s been there forever. The support staff Michelle, Denise, Kelsie, Megan, Jenny and River are kind and helpful and Denise gives the best nail trims! We have had the pleasure of visiting with every doctor over the years. Each visit they are thorough, reassuring and patient, a requirement when we are coming for a visit as we are a lot to handle! Dr Clarke, Dr Arrison, Dr Robbins and Especially Dr Elser, treat my boys like their own. When I email, the replies are timely, and always end with a sweet message (especially from Kim, she always asks that I give hugs and kisses to her friends! :). Following a procedure (Dr Elser performs their dental cleanings annually) they follow up the next day with a phone call to ensure they are doing well. We have ended up in the ER multiple times as well and when the documents get to KOP Vet, they call to follow up, even though they weren’t the ones that treated them. I could go on and on. I can’t recommend them enough!

Not my usual vet. But I had to bring my pug in for a double ear infection. Normally, Stanley has his tail between his legs. But here, although not doing well, his tail was up and curled. The whole staff was so friendly and thorough. The vibe here is just compassion and love. This vet is now our new home!

Dr. Robbins is the absolute best! My dog Trent had been seeing him for a while and was always excited for Dr. Robbins to greet him. Dr. Robbins adored Trent and gave him the utmost care and love! Today I had to say goodbye to my baby boy and had him put down. It was a very rough and saddening experience for me, but Dr. Robbins was so comforting and reassuring throughout the whole process.

Recently our small dog needed mouth surgery. His Vet, Dr Santa Elser, and staff were excellent!! They were all so caring and very kind. Dr Elser called us after her initial assessment to keep us informed which we really appreciated. Her compassion toward our “fur baby” and her desire to keep him as pain-free as possible was so appreciated. Having worked with many other vets through animal rescue work, I can confidently say KoP is the absolute best. I've been taking my pets here for more than a decade because of the incredible team of wonderful, knowledgeable doctors, techs, and support staff. Everything is explained thoroughly to me, my pets get the best care, and their pricing is fair and up-front. The place is clean and the atmosphere is calm. I really appreciate the ability to make appointments online, plus the pet portal and reminders to help me keep track of when I need appointments and medication refills!

Although I didn’t switch to KOP Veterinarian Hospital in the end due to cost consideration, I called them to ask about if there was multiple-pet discount for office visit fee. The front desk Kim is professional and friendly, who called me back in a timely manner as promised. The first impression is pretty solid.Maybe I’ll give them a try in the near future as they are much closer to us than our current vet. When it comes to vet service, sometimes convenience matters a lot too.

Since moving to KOP over a year and a half ago, we have been coming here for primary care. My dog is a frequent flyer to the vets’ offices unfortunately, so we’ve been to quite a few, and KOP Veterinary Hospital has been my favorite. You can tell that everyone in the office genuinely cares about your pet and my dog enjoys going. They are always very fair in their treatment and recommendations. Can’t recommend them enough!

I cannot say enough good things about KOP vet. I've been bringing my little guy here for 6.5 years and have never been unhappy.I recently had a very unsettling/ unsettling experience with an Emergency vet over the weekend. I called KOP and they were able to fit him in same day. They made me feel heard and that I wasn't wrong. They were sympathetic to MY anxiety, which they didn't have to be. They gave me a plan of action for my little one.The absolute best thing from today is that they were upset on my behalf with the care from the other vet. They really care about your animals and it shows.

Very good veterinary in KOP. They are following COVID measures and we need not to go inside. They will come and take pet inside, they give treatment and payment will also be done by call. Everything went smooth, it’s our first appointment and it’s our first pet. Staff was wonderful thanks guys 👍🏻

I’ve been bringing my dog here since he came into our family at just 8 weeks old. The staff is awesome and they make sure you and your dog are taken care of when coming in for a visit! I have had a few different people do vaccines and checkups on Aries over the time and they are all very good at their jobs. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet!

I have been going to KOP vet for several years. They are some of the most professional, kind, and knowledgeable vets around. I recently had to say goodbye to my 14 year old best friend. Dr. Arrison whom my dog loved could not have been more empathic. She made one of the most difficult days I ever had just a little more bearable. Kop Vet are some of the most caring veterinarians I've ever encountered. They are thorough, polite, and patient. They always take the time to explain everything to you and never are bothered by a follow-up call. The receptionists and assistants are also terrific welcoming people. I enjoy every interaction here and they are priced fairly. My dog Sofie loves them all here.
