I was initially nervous about bringing my anxious, large dog Rocky anywhere for grooming, but Heart + Paw is an absolute gem for pet owners like me. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness that immediately put me at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making Rocky feel as comfortable as possible throughout the process.Jess, the groomer, did an excellent job, and Rocky came out looking great. It's clear that the staff genuinely loves working with animals.I highly recommend Heart + Paw to anyone in need of pet grooming services. They made the experience enjoyable for both Rocky and me, and I'll definitely be returning.

I have been going to heart and Paw for my pup’s grooming needs. My dog, Max is kind of timid. He absolutely adores Sara! Just this past week, Max started to wag his tail before we made it to the door. The comfort level he feels is heartwarming. I love Heart and Paw so much, I am now using their veterinary service. I definitely recommend Heart and Paw.

I took my cat, Zigzag, to Heart and Paw for a checkup and nail trim, and I could not be more pleased. I was having trouble giving Zizag his medication (pills) for relaxation prior to the appointment so I called the office for advice. One of the staff arranged for me to pick up a VetOne piller and some soft treats to put on each side of the pills. I was then able to successfully give Zigzag his pills. The staff was very understanding and accommodating about rescheduling the initial appointment. They took care of Zigzag’s nail trim and exam, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great experience! Doctors are great! Dog was treated for nail injury and also dental surgery. They provided frequent updates when dog was sedated, helping to keep me calm. I’ve been going for about 4 years.

Brought my mom's puppy here. Excellent care by staff. Only complaint is the amount of time I had to wait to be seen. I arrived plenty early and it was still about twenty-five minutes after my scheduled appointment time before the puppy was seen.

The entire staff here is amazing! My dog gets extremely anxious & requires extra care when coming to the vet. The team went above and beyond for her & treated her with great care. Taking my pet to the vet is always stressed & they make it so much easier to handle.

From the moment we made the appointment until today Heart + Paw has been nothing short of remarkable. Dr. Blazic not only identified a life threatening condition on our first visit but then made the calls to get us the care we needed. We arrived at the ER with a nurse waiting and our records already in hand. That alone was more than we could have asked for and certainly deserving of five stars but that is when Heart + Paw really went above and beyond in the kindest way possible. They have checked in on us every day since then offering support and kind words and after taking the time to read through Lily's ER files Dr. Blazic reached out to wish her well. They have taken care of all the necessary follow ups, blood work and post ER grooming and all in one convenient and welcoming space.Thank you to everyone at Heart + Paw KOP, you have been monumental in how we navigated this past week and we will forever be grateful.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. It was our first time grooming here and we were excited because we had a good experience for just a nail trimming. My sweet 8 pound fragile Pomeranian came home completely traumatized. After he came home, everytime he eats his food he looks around all panicked. He no longer wants to put his harness on probably because he was kept dangling in a grooming harness for too long. His demeanor is completely spooked after he came home. I will never be going back here and urge no one else to.

Best vet around! I recommend them to all of my fellow pet owners. My boyfriend and I have been bringing all 3 of our fur babies here for years and they’ve treated them with so much compassion. You can tell the staff are knowledgeable and genuinely care about the animals. They go above and beyond and have even reached out via text to check-in on our cat Simba after they learned he had to make a stop at the emergency vet. Simba also has asthma and Dr. Youello has really helped us manage his symptoms and get it under control. He always explains his rationale and thought process when treating our animals, which I really appreciate. They also offer prevention plans, which really helps manage the cost of vet care for 3 pets.We recently moved to Philadelphia, and although there are a few other Heart & Paw locations closer to us, we still choose to drive to King of Prussia to visit this location.

Awesome care from Dr. Ortiz and his team. They were able to see my cat the same day I called with a concern. Dr. Ortiz takes his time thoroughly explaining things, and doesn’t rush any questions or concerns you may have.

If I could give more stars I would! Heart + Paw is probably the best vet clinic I have ever visited. They really listened to all the concerns I had about my cat. They were so informative and explained everything thoroughly. Our vet tech Rachel was so sweet, gentle and knowledgeable. Dr. Blazic was also very observant and kind. I felt that she really cared about my cat and doing what was best for him. They both took extra care to explain what medications to give, and offered recommendations. Throughout many years of fostering, and working with rescues, I have been to many animal hospitals/ clinics, none are superior to Heart + Paw. Cannot recommend them enough

Best veterinary service I have had in a while. I started taking my cat since 2020 and treat him like a king. Everybody there gives the best attention possible and always have a positive attitude. My cat was diagnosed with diabetes and they have been very helpful with his treatment.

This was Nalas first experience and they did well keeping her calm and competence e high to trim her hair . She was nervous and shaken at first but Helen made it a point to calm her and make her feel comfortable I appreciate that will definitely be back!

Pedro, my Chiweenie, doesn't hesitate and has no fear going to Heart and Paw of King of Prussia. He loves all the attention that he gets from everyone there. The staff including the groomers are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The office and exam rooms are bright, cheerful and always clean.Dr. Youello is the most caring, compassionate veterinarian I have ever known. And this is why:I had to make a decision to have my previous dog euthanized. it was the hardest decision for me to make. Dr. Youello took time to explain my dogs' condition and the options we had. When the time came, he was so compassionate and caring towards both my dog and me. He sat with me while I cried.I trust and highly recommend Heart and Paw of King of Prussia.

I’ve been taking my Border Collie to Heart and Paw for a couple of years now and am confident that he’s getting a high quality of care. The vets and vet techs at Heart and Paw have been on top of helping us manage a condition that isn’t very common but that we’ve been able to manage quite well. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone considering a new vet!

As a first time customer, I appreciated the Friendly Groomer and satisfied with the grooming.The experience…I notified the team I would be 15 minutes late which I know is late (but out of my control). What I was upset about was about a $25 late fee for being over 15 minutes late. I arrived at 11:17. When H&P rescheduled my this appointment from Friday to today (out of the establishment’s control), I was very nice and accommodating about it and would have appreciated the same consideration being a first time customer.Because of this experience alone, I’ll be returning to my normal groomer and looking for vet services elsewhere.

First puppy visit. The staff were wonderful, knowledgeable and shared our level of excitement over our new fur baby. This is where we are going to go for all our pups needs. The center’s environment is clean and welcoming. Puppy didn’t even feel her shot.

Dr. Micah and Kate, were awesome! They got down on the floor with Loki and made him feel so comfortable, even though he was not feeling good. The staff here is very nice. They go above and beyond here to make sure your pet feels good and safe. They have reserved parking spots behind the building which is nice for how busy the town center is.

This place deserves negative stars. We adopted a cat a while back who we were told had extra dirty ears at the shelter. We cleaned them regularly, until we noticed continuous head shaking, pus, and him bothering both ears consistently. We made an appointment at Heart and Paw, and after ear swabs and samples we were told it was an ear infection (which on the surface, it was). This problem continued for around 3 months and we were prescribed Tresaderm for the ear. We visited Heart and Paw about 4 times for this issue, and every time paid a small fortune for the same test, same prescription, and the same answer. Not once did anyone care to look at why it was happening, even after my questioning and requests. After wasting enough money for practically being charged for breathing in their office, we switched vets, and on his initial visit the vet looked in his ear and within 2 seconds saw bilateral ear polyps and ruptured ear drums. This required an IMMEDIATE emergency surgery costing us well over $3000. Not including the close $600 at this terrible practice. The new vet told us about how polyps are not hard to see, or determine. And how the medicine he was prescribed could have made things exponentially worse, even causing brain and neuro damage. Post surgery, he is now happy and healthy, although is completely deaf, which could have been PREVENTED had anyone at H&P knew what they were doing. Please, if you love, or remotely care about your pet at all- stay far the hell away from this practice. I wouldn’t trust H&P to even pick up our dogs crap correctly.
