Overall, GREAT PLACE. MOST of the employees, are professional, friendly & exhibit amazing customer service. I usually shop here for my love's needs. I like their variety of products. The ability to wash your love without the hassle of bringing your own products is a blessing & for such a cheap price. DON'T FORGET THEIR REWARDS PROGRAM

I love this store. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable and really make a big deal about my dog when we walk in. We also take our Shih Tzu to get groomed there and they are amazing with her. I feel completely comfortable leaving her in their care and they always do an amazing job.

Great friendly and helpful staff. A lot of great products mostly for dogs and cats too. Not a large selection if you've got small animals or fish though. Good specials and sales. Carry all the top rated brands.

I love this store. The staff is friendly and helpful. This time I was there to try the groomers who have a room in the back. They squished me into their schedule and did a great job.

Has a wonderful groomer, who can clip any dogs nails that others can't! My dog always looks great after i take her to kenett square Pet Value, and she always puts cute bows on her and my male dog got a tie ! They matched, it was adorable! !!

Absolutely fantastic location. The staff are friendly and wonderful to talk to. The selection of food is too notch. Also the cats available for adoption from Castaway Cats brighten my day!!

I corrected my rating as I thought I put four stars not three! Plus the ONLY reason I did three not four is the prices are a tad bit high. But they carry top products and have a GREAT rewards program! Imagine my joy when I found out they opened a store in Cape May Courthouse Nj! I have a home in Stone Harbor and was always having to cart food down from Kennett when we ran out! The food we feed our boys in only sold at Pet Valu.

I was shocked at how amazing this store was, there was so many choices from cats to birds to fish! The employee that helped me was so nice and the store was so inviting! If you have a pet you need to stop in this store!

I never write reviews, but I have to for Pet Valu. After my two dogs got into a fight over food, the beta pup was terrified to eat. She was slowly starving herself to death for weeks. Pet Valu employees listened to my issue and gave me great advice for getting her to eat again. They even hooked me up with samples of different foods to entice her, and they let me return a bag of very expensive food that she wasn't interested in. Their advice saved my dog! Can you buy cheaper products online? Probably. But you won't get the service from Amazon or Wal-Mart that you get from Pet Valu in Kennett Square. I will never stop buying my dogs' food from them.
