We popped in for nail trims for our pups. Our groomer was so sweet with them. Nice selection of supplies and numerous sales going on. There were 2 folks utilizing the self service pup wash. We will be back.

I will never come back. I went in for one item. They lied about the price, ignored me when i tried to talk to employees because they were talking about past customers “poor behaved dogs” and when i finally found an employee to talk to they were very hostile towards me. I went there to try and give my money to the stores instead of online; next time I’ll just stick to Amazon.

Wow! What an amazing transition from the old store. The new staff is amazing and could not be more helpful. I am so happy to be able to find a great place for my babies- especially during the pandemic. Great job team! Keep it up!

Great selection - employees are great - willing to order items they don’t currently carry if available - very knowledgeable staff. They did a lot in a short amount of time since taking over the last pet stores location. Highly recommend.

I’m so happy that these guys took over the PetValu location! They’re phenomenal and the staff is always so friendly and helpful! Now I can keep shopping for my fur babies via brick and mortar instead of shopping Chewy or Amazon, who often have higher pricing!!! AND THEY ARE OFFERING SAME DAY DELIVERY SOON IF YOU ARE A GERM-PHOBE LIKE ME AND WANT TO STAY HOME - COVID-FRIENDLY!! They’re independent owned and operate under Pet Supplies plus, but this owner and his locations are AMAZING.

I took my dog a (Husky/Sheppard mix) to get bathed. You would of thought that I was killing her. All she did was cry and kept trying to leave. Justin was great. (Employee) My dog was very happy when we left the place though nothing personal she just had some sniffing to do.

This is the only store I shop at for our dog and cat supplies. Whether it's food, shampoo or a harness. The staff is consistently helpful and knowledgeable.

After rolling around in the dirt (at the dog park) I had to give the dog a bath before returning him back to his family. The girl at Pet Supplies said I could bring him in & showed me how to bathe the dog & helped me.Everyone was pleased especially in this heat wave.
