This store used to be super nice and clean, now it is actually filthy dirty. I was horrified by the filth and the trash when I first came through the front doors on the floor and throughout the store. Then I went into the bathrooms and it was disgusting and smelled really bad and this wasn't the first time, I was trying to hold my breath it was. I usually don't give bad reviews but lately a lot of businesses are going downhill. It's just that we're in different times now and maybe people don't want to work. But the store is filthy. I'm just telling the truth sorry I have to go this way but even the lady in front of me was talking about it and told the manager and we both agreed. I don't know if I'm going to go back but I'm just trying to get decent deals. The young girl at the cash register was super nice. I think the store seems like it's either going to go out of business or it just needs a complete makeover and somebody to keep the store clean throughout the day. But Big lots not too far away from there is basically the same way a lot of stores in the area like this and there really isn't an excuse the manager's fault or again maybe they can't find help who knows

Great store to grab those random things for the house, the store is a bit messy but if you can over look that you can find some really good deals the book section is my favorite, the the kitchen section has cast iron pans for cheap. Cleaning supplies is another great deal.

Ollie’s is a solid store but this one really depends on if the assistant manager Christian is around. ALWAYS friendly. Knows exactly where everything is located if you’re looking for something specific and is great when I need any customer service. Lived here for 3 years and Christian has been the face of this place the whole time.

Ollie’s is cheap but so are most of their products. Don’t expect to find any high end items here. Ollie’s relies on quantity items that sometimes aren’t the most popular but do the trick. For example, you might find no name or low brand IPhone charging cords for $4 that you may pay $8-$10 at another store like Marshall’s. They have an excellent book section with tons of well priced items.

Amazing discount store!! My whole family and all of my friends are just as addicted as I am! I worked there for a couple of years just for the extra discount. A little bit of everything!

This place is too jammed. You. Any get your cart down most aisles because of product being stacked everywhere. Cashier was wonderful.

Normally the store has been pretty well staffed and has courteous people work there. Tonight was a different story as I waited 13 minutes in line because the floor supervisor wouldn’t cancel out a transaction that someone had left hanging. He didn’t care there were four other people in line waiting for him. Very disappointing. His fake smile and attitude just exacerbated my frustration. I left without being able to purchase what I came there for.

Always love shopping here!! Great stuff for a bargain of a price.... I get juices for the kids and snacks... products range from books to bedding.. hair products, car products, toys, cleaning supplies, out door decorations, kitchen appliances, and much much more.. staff is very friendly and so helpful.. public bathrooms are closed due this covid thing going around!!

We took over 20 minutes trying to purchase a gift card. No one in the store could figure out how to sell us a gift card. We could see our credit card had been charged but there was still no balance on the gift card. No one had a clue.

I went to the New Garden shopping center Ollie's this week and wanted to find a through rug for my house, Ollie's have a great selection of them. This is not the problem. The problem is no one helped us. Every place that stores the carpet was in such disorder I could not get to look at a carpet. The carpet table had so many carpets on it no one could ever look at any carpet except the one on top. If you walked around the carpet area you took your life in your hands. They were sprawled all over making a tripping hazard every aisle you walked in. I would think that the manager would take customer safety first priority and there employees safety also. If they don't have enough employees to manage that area shut it down, rope it off and straighten that area up. Open that area when you have help. I will not go to that store untill it has a better safety policy and have more help.

1 item that was advertised in this Sunday's flyer, the Scotts 14000 sq ft was sold out. I was a little disappointed. Hower, still bought a lot of other items.
