The High schooler employees did nothing wrong I enjoyed them, the manager/older female on the other hand was not so pleasant, she was negative and demanding of the younger employees she was creating a hostile work environment for them and it was obvious. Food was alsokinda dog water and who gonna spend 5 bucks on a tiny bowl of mid chicken soup.

Called in was placed on hold, then hung up on. Called back and said “placing an order for pickup” stated my name and the guy said we don’t have an order for that name. I SAID IM PLACING AN ORDER! Guy says oh oh ok what do you want. Ordered 2 large..1 turkey(no onions) and 1 Italian w everything sweet. Go to pick order up and they made 2 Italians, re made the turkey. Get home and the turkey had onions on it and the Italian had nothing sweet on it! Not rocket science on how to make hoagies, this capriottis gives a bad name to the good ones. Terrible service and I’ll never go back to this location. Maybe hire some people that aren’t brain dead or just close!

Food was good, called ahead was given 20-30 minutes wait time. Arrived 25 minutes after call and waited an additional 20-30 minutes for two large Italian hoagies. Hoagies were good but service here was not very friendly, they presented as tired, frustrated maybe overwhelmed. I understand if you're understaffed but possibly let people know this when calling in. This is the 2nd time I went to this Capriotti's, I think I'll just go to West Chester one from now on. I just never feel my service is valued here. But maybe it was just the frustration in the air.

I came I want to say either Wednesday or Thursday! Food was amazing ! Seem like there was a change in management because The girls where Soo sweet!! Everything was Soo clean ! No one was rushing me! They made me feel Soo welcomed !!! I even convinced my husband to do capriotti's twice a week!! Because our food was that good ! And the energy was very welcoming!! Thank you lady's Soo much for your hard work and the love you guys put into making our food !!!

I’ve lived in Delaware all my life and been eating Capriotti’s all of my life. I paid $28 for a large turkey sub and two small bags of chips. The amount of meat in the sub was about half of what they used to give you. So disappointing. Not the same Capriotti’s. Probably go to subway and get a better sub.

Love cappriottis!!! I am a philly kid who grew up eating quality hoagies and steaks and this place is right on point with some if the best. The Bobbie is amazing the only place to get it! There are others that try to emulate it but none co.e close. If you never tried one your missing out on a flavor explosion like no other.

We purchased both a cheese steak and a Wagyu Slaw Be Jo Friday night the 1/20/23 and both were awesome. My host was Ella and she was friendly and courteous. All 3 women behind the counter were great, especially the grill person who made my cheese steak. Everyone had a big smile.

I absolutely love the hot Bobbie, but I have officially given up on this place. Out of the first 4 times I ordered, my order was incorrect twice. My request: no cranberry (not a crazy request in my opinion). On the first time, I threw out my sandwich and took the loss. On the second time, I returned the sandwich and requested a refund. They apologized and said my credit card would be refunded within 48 hours but it never was. Since then, I have accidentally tried to go twice after 6pm on a Friday (closed). Dumb, but my own fault. But today, I showed up at 5:37pm, happy to see the lights on. Unfortunately, they could not make me a hot Bobbie because they had already turned the grill off 🤦‍♂️

Really need to work on getting your orders correct. I’m 0 for 3 my last 3 visits. Ordered an Italian sub and a bbq chicken cheesesteak with no slaw today, ended up with two bbq chicken cheesesteaks, both with slaw.

Horrible service. Horrible sandwiches. Horrible manager. Horrible employees.Incompetent team associate took my order, then I waited over 20 minutes while several other customers got served and left before me.The guy that took my order took forever to make my sandwiches & no one stepped in to help. I even watched him leave to take a several minute bathroom break before returning to my order. The manager watched him being inefficient & knew I had been waiting a while and did nothing to help complete my order. She was useless and rude behind the counter. The employee and the manager should be fired. I ordered 2 homemade turkey subs with cheese and a Bobi. After paying $16.99 a sandwich, when I got home the order barely had any turkey, and there was no cheese. It was all lettuce with an overwhelming amount of mayo. I will never go back.

ordered over the phone and the girl was so rude that i was scared to go in and pick up my order. i’m allergic to eggs and i had clearly asked for only turkey and cheese on my order, and she made me feel bad for not getting anything else on it by asking me if im “sure i don’t want mayo or lettuce”. what i received was my order plus mayo- which is lethal to me. never going back. could’ve died today.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this was.I love sandwich shops and delis, but usually chains let me down. This one however did not. I got the 'cold one.' The bread was perfectly made and great tasting. The turkey was awesome and the ratio of the slaw, Russian dressing, and mayo was perfect. It was also well crafted. Will be going back!

AVOID. Loud, inexperienced employees who gives and charges you for a large a sandwich when you ordered a regular salad. Girl at the register who doesn't know what to key in after you order. Another chick behind the counter who curses loudly while customers are in the store. Group of employees yelling inside the store that makes you suspect violence is happening inside. Overall: UNPROFESSIONAL, and underskilled.

We usually love Caps. This location has just being going downhill. They always get something in the order wrong, the employees are often rude and incompetent, and they often don’t understand something in our order. The girl who took our order today didn’t know what kid size was and when we asked about the shorter hours she said “it’s the summer hours”. Summer hours mean longer hours *smh* we might have to go to the Hockessin location from now on

Their Bobbie sandwich with Real Turkey, Stuffing, cranberry is terrific 😋Just returned on April 30th for another delicious 😋 Bobbi sandwich and this fabulous Kennett Square location included a generous serving of cranberry sauce on the side for no extra charge, and when I mentioned that our Bull Dog puppy was waiting in the car, they gave me a small serving of turkey for her. Highly recommended!

We recently sent a concerned email to their customer service team about this particular store because the past 4 times we've ordered from them our order was completely wrong. The most recent order had PLASTIC WRAP in one of the sandwiches.... the email was forwarded to the franchise owner Penne Finkley and she replied internally... check out her email.. before you go to this store ask yourself what kind of business you are supporting where the owner refers to customers as "That F-ing B, she can go F herself".
