Cool little shop with a little bit of everything and a lot a bit of personality. You can find bagged bulk items like candies, nuts, and granola. There's also a kombucha refill station I thought was pretty unique. The deli seemed to have a nice, fresh variety of items as well with a cute, quaint dine-in area.

Such a wonderful historic general store with a variety of candy, gift items, store branded clothing, a deli (our Italian hoagie was delicious), and a wide selection of grocery items. A great place to visit!

This store, along with the staff and customers, are the nicest and friendliest group of people someone could come by!I was stuck wondering away from the highway looking for gas and they helped me out. As well as I got a delicious sandwich while there. Everyone stop by this place while in the area!

yo this place was dope. the sandwich i got (they call them hoagies for some reason) was extremely good. the staff was nice, and they had all the country food you could ever want in their grocery area. would 100% go back and buy too many chocolate pretzels

What a beautiful little store! I'll be going back to try the deli. But the gift shop side has some really pretty stuff. Live bait was super fresh and cheap! Caught some great fish with their nightcrawlers.

My 3 star rating is for Italian hoagies, good flavor, where's the meat, very very thin sliced too expensive for $11.95, not worth it. Groceries are expensive, great unique gifts highly expensive. Overall EXPENSIVE!!

Great homemade sandwiches (cold and hot) and hoagies. Outdoor picnic tables available. Fast and friendly service. They also have such a cute general store with unexpected knickknacks, trinkets, keepsakes, etc. Lots of local handmade items also. Family friendly. Fishing supplies so you can enjoy the neighboring lake (Leaser). 10/10 would recommend to anybody

Came back to the area after being gone over 20 years and was so happy to see the place was still in business. Of course things have changed, but the store still looks great. Was nice to walk through and remember things from being a child.

I absolutely love Wanamaker's General Store ❤️ Their menu in the deli is always changing, but just the other day I was so delighted to see the return of their springtime strawberry wrap 😋 The store itself is always filled with so many unique gifts, treats, and surprises! My family is never disappointed when we leave there 🤗

Drive by all the time and decided to stop. Wish we would have stopped sooner! Such a cool little place! Will definitely be back. There was SO much that we wanted to get!! The baked good all looked amazing. We got the Funny cake and it was delicious! We also got sandwiches and they were great! So much different candy and snacks! Going to have to visit again before the Holidays.

Love this quaint little store! Don’t get here very often, but always stop in at Christmas time when getting trees locally or when hiking at Leaser Lake. Excellent sandwiches, friendly staff snd just a fun place to shop. Always come home with snacks, candies and other little specialties. Recommend if in the area!

Absolutely love stopping into Wanamakers for my last minute needs, an amazing wrap before a hike, or seeing what they have that’s new especially from other local businesses. Stark Juices are amazing. I like Bad Farm products as well. My favorite wrap is the Chipotle wrap & their seasonal strawberry balsamic chicken. Can’t wait to stop by again soon!

I have been going to this store for years & as the more time goes on, this store is getting worse & worse. The owner Kiera is extremely moody & she is very condescending and demeaning to her staff. She is only nice to her personal friends.They usually have good wraps, which kept me going back but after this last wrap, I will never be back. They have been getting worse & worse, but this time it was awful. They didn’t even cut up the chicken in my wrap. The chicken was chunky, squishy, and gross. I gagged on my first bite.I included pictures of the chicken. This sandwich was a 0/10.If this store gets a new owner, I will happily go back and see if there is an improvement.
