This is the best place for crickets, I couldn’t recommend them enough!Shipments are prompt and speedy, ordering local means I never have to worry about deliveries being dead on arrival, an issue I had too frequently with big brands like Josh’s Frogs. What’s even better; Five Points has a climate controlled shed for customer pickup! This is huge for me in the winter months when delivery isn’t an easy option with my schedule.I also want to shout out Lynn for always being available to answer me the few times I’ve had questions. She and her crew have absolutely made me a loyal customer 😁

We are Crazy Frog Lady LLC and this has been our supplier for years. I can't stress enough the lack of communication from the owners. We been getting complaints from our customers that are shorted on Boxes of Crickets and Superworms. We try to communicate but all they do is send out a replacement and recharge us for there error. This is beyond good Buisness practice, as most companies weigh there Feeders Insects 10% over and this company seems to weigh 10% under. If you are a business who wholesales from this company. STOP NOW. This company will give your Business a Bad name. That's why we stopped. Look us up and reach out to us. We can try to match there prices and give you exactly what you need. I can also provide you with tons of other business who have had or had the same issue as us with Five Point Cricket Farm. We hope that the Better Business Bereau works with us to help resolve this issue, and shut there doors or at least give there customers the correct amount that they order

Got 1/2 crickets from them... took 3 days longer than my garenteed 2 day shipping... then the crickets arrive half dead and the wrong size and species. I emailed em about it and they asked me for a picture and when I sent it they never responded back. Horrible customer service. I wanted to take the 3.8 stars for granted and try it out, but they dont do their job right. I'll be getting my crickets from buyfeedercrickets from now on.

My crickets arrived on time and not a single one dead. I got the amount I asked. This is my second time ordering and both have exceeded my expectations. Will be ordering from them for both my reptiles. The prices are very good and you save a ton of money than going to the pet store. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase

We order from here all the time usually it’s pretty good but we ordered 1000 super worms did not receive them or any notification about them not having them and we emailed them twice no response within two weeks I realize there is a problem with super worms right now but as a business you should get back to your customer. at least answer the question or notify them. I am a breeder and in need of super worms and if I would’ve known This I would have I went elsewhere. so we ordered 2000 more and received our crickets but did not receive our super worms again. they are not taking phone calls or receiving emails. I need too know what’s going onPs the web site says there in stock

This is probably my 10th or so time ordering from 5 points. I highly recommend! The prices are great and shipping takes about 3 days for me. Crickets and mealworms have always arrived alive and well. Highly recommend if you have chickens or reptiles to feed! You save so much money and time! They offer the best value compared to other cricket farms in the area. Make sure you check out the map on the site to see if you are in their shipping zone!

I purchased saturday and its already wednesday and have yet to receive a notification of tracking. They advertised they do same day shipping out the package. Called 4 times during their business hours and email plenty. 0 follow up and 0 reach out to me. Definitely not what i was expecting.

There idea of customer service is ignore all forms of communication and they will go away. Most of my crickets were dead and very very small. Not what I ordered. The package was horrible to open as well. My refund no response. I may stop contacting you but I will post reviews to warn other potential buyers! Be warned!

Just recently ordered and EVERY cricket was dead, despite retrieving my package directly from the fedex worker. And I have them every chance to make it right by sending 3 emails, calling and leaving 4 messages. All to no avail. DO NOT , I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I just ordered more crickets if they had sent them when I ordered they would have been ok. They used to care enough th!t when it was going to drop over night to freezing Temps they did not send. After covid hit the customer service went way down. I do not recommend them anymore

Terrible service. I ordered and paid for my crickets on Saturday, 3/2, and here we are, over a week later on Monday, 3/11, and the crickets still have not shipped. I emailed Five Points Cricket Farm on Tuesday 3/5 and not one response . My crickets STILL HAVE NOT BEEN SHIPPED AND NO COMMUNICATION FROM FIVE POINTS. Really awful experience. I will not be shopping here again, and that's a shame because I buy crickets every month.UPDATE: CRICKETS ARRIVED TODAY, MARCH 13TH (again, I ordered and paid on March 2nd) AND EVERY CRICKET IS DEAD!!! NOT ONE LIVING CRICKET. WORST CRICKET FARM EVER!!!

Crickets arrived more than half dead. Beware when you open the box They literally ship the crickets in a box so the minute you open the box there crawling all over you. Waste of money. Even though it’s there fault they don’t fully refund you. I will not do business with this company again.

Ordered 5000 large mealworms, thru Ebay and very few were over 3/4 inch. If you want tiny worms for your Bluebirds this is the outfit. This is first time and last order from them, ripe off. See sample below.

Great overall. Have not been able to place an order for mealworms the last 5-6 times I’ve tried they were sold out. Bummer for me but I’m sure it’s because the great service is meeting the mealworm demand.

Packaging was terrible,all the crickets we're different sizes. On a positive note they we're cheap and I got 1000 crickets I'm down to 50 now and I've only seen a few dead ones.

I just got my first and only order from five points they sent me the wrong size crickets and then when i reached out to them i get an email talking to me like i was stupid and dont know how big a 1/2 inch cricket is supposed to be and on top of it about half where dead i wouldnt suggest five points to anyone

I have been trying to get in contact with these people their phone isn’t working I e mail them and got no response at all. I’ve order 500 crickets and didn’t even get 500 crickets on top of it they weren’t even 3/4 inches. Ad I paid 23 bucks for these crickets yet they ignore my e mail.

Turn around and as fast as you can and purchase your crickets from anywhere else but here if you care about your time and money I ordered my crickets on the 26th and paid 16.00 for two day shipping and on the 26th I received a Email saying my crickets have been shipped on the 29th I tracked my package at FedEx they said my package is due for delivery on the 1st I contacted the owner and let her know I paid 16.00 for 2 day shipping she basically told me to go to hell and its my responsibility to read the delivery times what that is supposed to mean who knows what I do know is if your business gives the option and charges for 2 day shipping thats what a honest business does bottom line she is not going to refund my money and she also told me that they give no refunds NO MATTER WHAT so that take a picture within 24 hours if you have a problem SCAM I'll let everyone know what I received when my package is delivered
