First time to shop at a Tops grocery store. So far they had everything I needed when I shopped there.....

Some of the staff is very rude. Others I feel very comfortable with. I love the fact that they deliver with my instacart app. Everytime ive gotten groceries delivered, the person shopping for me ( I’ve had I believe 4 different people) all very kind patient and informative. Fast and convenient! Tops has really good pop sales but overall they I think are overpriced. But that’s every Tops store I believe. Their meat has always seemed fresh and better than most stores that I’ve bought meat. They are open later than any other store in Kane along with DG which also makes it convenient for me. Oh and Tops is the only place in Kane that sells Banana almond milk!

Not sure what happened on the last month or so, but the "cream filled" doughnuts no longer have hardly any cream in them. Consistently there is only a quarter size dab in both the long johns and the round ones. Very disappointing, especially now that the price has gone up too. Going to tell the bakery.

Prices are extremely high, a lot of the shelves were empty, the pepperoni in the pepperoni rolls was burned and the last three times we've purchased long johns with cream filling...there was so little filling you might as well have not bothered. What a shame because you used to have the best cream filled long johns.

Always has people who help you from can't find something to if they're out of it and they find it. If they're out the rain check it. People are always friendly especially the meat department people. They go out of there way for you.

Stopped here while in town visiting family and had low expectations I would find any vegan options, so was very pleasantly surprised at the array of vegan items and even plant-based sections! Very impressed. Seemed like a lot of options in general. The staff was also very nice.

Tops Market in Kane has a nice selection of fresh fruit and vegetable, produce and a great deli. Their meat department is awesome ! They go above and beyond to make sure you are getting the freshest meat, and will cut it any way you like. I'm not going to lie, the prices are kinda high, BUT....their weekly sales make up for it ! And the fact that they double coupons up to .99 and give GAS POINTS on top of that....you can't beat the savings ! This store doesn't have a gas station, so you will have to redeem your gas points in either Bradford or Warren. A lot of people I know save enough points to FILL their tank with gas for free ! That's definitely worth the drive.

The workers are weird, one is a ginger and one of the brown haired ones is making plans to switch to the store's number 1 competitor. Really embarrassing that they'd hire these people, 10/10.Seriously though it's pretty good

Place is filthy and falling apart. Ceiling tiles missing, roof leaking in several places, floor is gross and uneven, food has dirt and dust on it, overflowing garbage. I have bought several expired or close to expiring things from here so always check the date before buying. One of the worst places to work for. Not all but most of the workers act like there just there because they have no where else to work and are unfriendly and often fighting with each other. Several complaints about the guy in charge. Save yourself a few bucks and goto Save A Lot or the grocery store in Jewette.

I can find most items I need. Staff is courteous and willing to help in any way possible. Having said that prices are to high and the majority of population, which is elderly and on fixed income cannot afford to shop here. SAVE A LOT, does not carry brand name items that most people like, so their forced to shop at Tops.

Constantly rotten fruit and veggies. Out of stock items all of the time. I've called corporate and still today bags and bags of rotten oranges....My wife went to the store yesterday (2/24/22) and her finger went through a rotten sweet potato.

Fair selection of products but often run out of sale items. They do give out rain checks for items they don't have but it may take weeks to get them. Most staff are pleasant but some should be avoided.

Love my local, Tops. Smaller super market. The have fresh baked goods, sliced deli meats, and fresh cut or ground pork, chicken, and beef.Everything you'd expect from a market.

It's clean, insanely expensive BUT it is the only place in town to get quality foods. There are some goods you just don't go cheap on. If you're not willing to risk quality for price, this is the place to go.
