The helpful place has always been Ace Hardware slogan. This Ace Hardware exceeds that when it comes to helpfulness. The customer service here is the best. They have a great selection of not only hardware items, but tools to rent or buy, garden supplies, plumbing, electrical, grilling , and much more. Great location. Highly recommended place to shop for the home.

Jono is crazy great, how they fit so much in in a shop that looks so small. The employees know where the products are if you get lost. These folks thrive on customer service, quality products and a huge inventory of.... yup, merchandise!!! Clean friendly and efficient. Love this place!I could go to any of the mega hardware stores, and I've gone to them. They are cheaper sure, but there is a 50/50 shot whatever need is in stock.

My husband loves this place! The selection is amazing - much bigger than it appears from the road. We always seem to find that odd missing link to our project, and it's more pleasant to visit here for project needs because of the service - hands down better than anything around. The people are friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. They aren't bothered or too busy to stop and talk to you so you can select the right item. They give you wise and honest guidance with your project, and have excellent prices to boot.

Great employees and nice clean store.I had taken a leaf blower to a nearby shop for a torn string and was told I needed a whole new assembly package and so forth. So I stopped at Ace to purchase a few items and I spoke to a young man about my leaf blower. In about 10 minutes he had a brand new pull string on the leaf blower and started it several times to prove it worked. I would recommend anyone to this hardware store and their service department. Outstanding service and extremely nice knowledgeable employees!

Alot more to this store than first glance would suggest. There are many twists and turns as you find more and more selections. I was surprised they had live plants in the back. Helpful, friendly staff! Good prices.

Staff is happy to take your money but not willing to wear a face mask during a global pandemic. Not one mask seen on any member of the staff from March 2020 through early September 2020. I'll take my business to Lowes where the prices are better.

My father in-law purchase a Dutch barn shed from Jono and I immediately fell in love with it. The next year we purchased one and they went out of there way to deliver it to Chester county where we live. Britta was very helpful and their delivery driver Gherald was very polite and did a excellent job leveling out the stone and placing the 10x12 shed where it needed to be. Thanks again guys!

Discovered them via internet. Needed parts for a coal stove and the local dealer here closed. The staff over the phone has been amazing. Needed some obscure things and Jonathan has helped me along with everything I’ve needed. Shipping faster than amazon prime and prices below the other internet sites. I wish we had them in my home town.

I have been to this store several times since the pandemic and none of the employees wear a mask! They put them around their necks but never have i seen any of them have them on the right way! I took a box into the drop off UPS and the lady was obviously in a bad mood because she asked me if i wanted to buy a roll of tape for my box. The box was about 6” long and you wanted me to buy tape? But yet i have stood in line and watched other people bring boxes that you taped up no questions asked. Wow is all i have to say!
